Check-In Procedure - Cabin Rentals/Cottages Check in: 4:00 PM - Cabin Rentals/Cottages Check out: 10:00 AM - Early Arrivals: Please call ahead. - We cannot guarantee your site will be available before check-in, but if the site is available an earlier check-in may be possible. - To Extend a Stay: By reservation only and subject to availability. - Please visit, call, or e-mail the office if you want to extend your stay. - Please give us as much notice as possible to ensure availability. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Booking - Reservations are taken year-round, up to 1 year in advance. - Guests can choose a site if available. - Guests are provided with site number on completion of the booking. - Site numbers are not guaranteed (check with your resort if they offer the ability to guarantee a site with a non-refundable Site Lock fee). Deposit - A deposit is taken on booking reservations via credit card. Deposit Structure - A deposit via credit card is required at the time of booking. - 1-3 night = 100% of total rate - 4-7 nights = 50% of total rate - 8+ nights = 25% of total rate - 15+ nights: 30% - If your booking is made within the cancellation period, your deposit is non-refundable. Cottage Rentals Damage Deposit Policy: - $200 pre-authorized held on credit card at time of arrival. - No cash deposits. - Housekeeping to confirm upon checkout. Shoulder Season - No minimum – exception for Long Weekends, must equal 3 nights. Minimum Stays - Peak Season for Rental Units - Weekdays – 1 night - Weekends – 2 nights - Long Weekends – 3 nights - Off Peak & Shoulder Season - No minimum stay requirements Site Fee Payment - Remaining site fees must be paid in full upon arrival. - Extensions may be paid as you go. - All rates are based on two-person occupancy, a maximum of 5 adults per site (18+), and 8 total guests (including children). - Additional adults are $5 each per night. - Visa, Master Card, Debit or Cash are all accepted payment methods. - All rates in Canadian Dollars. Vehicles - One (1) vehicle per site only. Pet Policy - Well-behaved pets are welcome. - Pets must be on leash at all times. - Excessive noise or allowing pets to roam off-leash could result in you being asked to leave the Resort. - Dogs are not permitted on the sandy swimming beach. - There is a posted dog-friendly area in the northwestern corner of the Lake. - Voyageur Pet Policy: Up to two well-behaved animals per site are welcome in the Resort. - All pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the unit, and all pet waste (including in your site) must be picked up immediately. - Pets are not to be left unattended at your site. - Excessive noise, allowing pets to roam off leash or not picking up after your pets, could result in you being asked to leave the Resort. - Pets are not allowed in any buildings, in the playground area, or in other campers’ sites. - It is the guest's responsibility to care properly for any pet and to clean and restore any areas where mess or damage has occurred. - The Resort Manager reserves the right to refuse entry to large or aggressive dogs. - Cabin: Where permitted, (check with your resort on pet-friendly units) a maximum of 2 non-aggressive pets are allowed in rental units with prior arrangement with the resort. - Pets cannot be left unattended. - Pets must be on a leash outside of the unit and guests must clean up after their pet at all times. Campfires - Open wood-burning fires are permitted. - Fireworks are not permitted. Quiet Time - 11 PM to 8 AM daily. No Smoking - Smoking is not permitted in any common areas or in rental cabins.
