Check-In Procedure - We will hold your site till 9 PM on the date of your reservation arrival. If you will be arriving later than 9 PM you must inform us of your new arrival time so that site can be held for the remainder of your reservation. - Check-in: After 3 pm - Priority check-in when available after 10:00 am – $11.43. - Checkout: Campsites – before 1 pm - Sites must be renewed by 10 am. - Extended checkout when available $14.29, stay til 9 pm - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - You will check out of the Rooms and Cabins before 11:00 am, but are welcome to remain at the resort until 1:00 pm. - Priority check-ins or extended check-outs are possible, depending on availability. Extra charges will apply. - Minimum 3 nights stay on long weekends. Minimum 2-night reservation for weekends in July and August. One-night stays may be possible depending on availability, but reservations will not be taken for one-night stays. Contact us for more details. - We will guarantee your selected site type and will attempt to honor your reservation for a specific site/unit, but there may be times when this is not possible. - If you would like to guarantee a specific site number please add the lock site option to your reservation. Should a site/unit change be necessary you will be placed in an equivalent site/unit. Whenever possible we will attempt to notify you of the change prior to your arrival. Quiet Hours - Quiet time 11:00 pm to 7:00 am - Any activity or noise which may affect the comfort of other campers is not permitted. Damages Policy - Damage to or defacing of property will result in a financial penalty. - We are not responsible for accidents, break-ins, thefts, or losses. Vandalism, as well as disorderly, illegal, abusive, hazardous, or offensive conduct and/or language, is prohibited. Prohibited Objects - Glass containers are not permitted outside of your campsite or room Pool Policy - No glass in the pool area - Children under age 12 must be supervised by an adult near pond and pool areas. Children and Youth Policy - Children and youth under the age of 18 are permitted with adequate adult supervision only. - Residents are responsible for the care and actions of their children and youth or any child and youth left in their care at all times. - Uncontrolled destructive children or youth will not be tolerated and may result in their being banned from the park or in your eviction. - Children without adequate supervision may be asked to leave the area. - All children and youth under the age of 18 must be at their designated campsite/motel unit or be accompanied by an adult after 11:00 pm. Those in violation of this rule will be returned to the care of the adults in charge of supervision. Ducks Policy - Our ducks are our campground greeters. Please treat them with respect. - Supervise your children and dogs near the ducks. Pets Policy - Pets are welcome. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. - Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - No pets are permitted in the pool area, Rec Building, or pool hall. - Barking dogs or those of which complaints are received will be dealt with promptly. - Residents, who cannot contain their dogs from disturbing others or dogs that the Manager deems as dangerous to the well-being of other Residents, will be asked to remove their pets from the Resort. Amenities/ Facilities Policy - Please remember that all amenities are on a seasonal, weather-dependent schedule. - Limited operation of facilities may be available in the spring and fall. - We reserve the right to close any facilities due to weather conditions or for Health and Safety reasons without prior notice. - All public buildings, lodging units, and pool areas are smoke-free. Wristbands Policy - Wristbands must be worn at all times while at the campground. Failure to do so may result in loss of privileges. - If you lose your wristband a replacement may be purchased at the office. Visitors Policy - Please have all visitors stop at the office to register upon arrival. - Visitors must purchase a visitor day pass. - Any visitors without wristbands may be asked to leave the campground. - The registered site holder is responsible for the actions of their visitors. Alcohol Policy - Alcohol is permitted on the grounds; however, Rubber Ducky Resort is a family resort and therefore we ask all our Residents and Guests to drink responsibly. Drunken, disruptive, and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated at any time. - Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to consume alcohol in the park in accordance with government regulations. Noncompliance may result in your eviction from the park. Fire Policy - Fires are allowed in fire pits only. - Do not leave garbage in firepits upon departure. Rules Agreement - Rubber Ducky Resort and Campground is not liable for any loss, injuries or accidents during your stay at our Resort. - By entering the property, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations.
Our cancellation policy is 4 days prior to your reservation date of check-in for campsites and 7 days prior to check-in for rooms and cabin. - If you cancel 4 days or more (7 for rooms and cabins) prior to your reservation date of arrival you will be charged a $15 administration fee. - If you cancel within the 4 days (7 for rooms and cabin) prior to your reservation date of arrival you will be charged one night's fee. - Reservation change fees and site lock fees are non-refundable. - If you fail to cancel you will be charged the full amount. - To cancel or modify a reservation you can send the details by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or text to 204-514-6599 - A deposit of one night will be charged at the time of reservation. - Balance for reservation is payable before arrival. - We accept Interac, Cash, Visa, Mastercard, transfer. - We do not accept any cheques. - Rates and policies are subject to change. - Any changes to dates or sites will be a charge varying from $4 to the first-night charge based on time before check-in. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
