RV Resort Rules -Each RV site shall be used for recreational purposes only. Permanent residency is not permitted within the resort. -During the hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., guests must refrain from making any loud noises or creating disturbances that might interfere with the rest of fellow guest. Motorcycles, vehicles, or machinery that creates noise must not be operated in the resort after 10 pm. Children under the age of 18 must be under the direct supervision of the parent or sponsoring adult member during this time. -No smoking is allowed in any resort buildings. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor designated areas and must be extinguished in containers provided. -Incoming RV’s, motorhomes, and travel trailers must be in good condition and self-contained. Due to the high standard of quality in the RV Resort pop-up trailer, tents, or home-constructed units will not be permitted. Resort management has the right to refuse the use of sites to RV’s which do not meet these criteria. -RV’s over 10 years of age must have RV Resort approval upon arrival. -Self-contained vehicle waste storage tanks must have the outlet plugged except when a sewer connection is available. -Only one recreational vehicle permitted at each RV site. RV’s must be occupied and attended overnight to be a guest. RV Resort Safety Policy -For the safety of all owners and guests. All signs and rules posted by resort management must be observed. The speed limit of 10 mph must be observed by all vehicles, bicycles, and skateboards. Parents are asked to enforce this rule with their children. If owners or guests bring a bicycle to the resort, the bicycle may not be stored at the resort when the owner or guest is not visiting the resort. -Children are welcome at the resort but must be supervised at all times. For the protection of all children at the resort, parents are responsible for the well-being of their children. -The resort strives to make the stay of every guest a relaxing and safe experience. Owners and guests are responsible for the conduct of family members and guests while visiting the resort. -To ensure the safety of all guests, campfires may be burned only in designated and barbecue pits where available. The Resort Manager may prohibit or restrict fires when hazardous fire conditions exist. Campfires must be extinguished when leaving the campfire area. -In case of an emergency, the Resort Manager is authorized to move guest’s RV equipment or vehicle without notice or liability, to evacuate the resort, or take any other reasonable action to protect the health and safety of the guests. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Cancellation Policy

Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable. In order to avoid a charge of one night's site and taxes relating to this reservation, it will be necessary to advise the RV Resort of any amendment or cancellation by 6 pm Mountain Time on your arrival date.
