While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement Port of Kimberling Marina & Resort LOVES PETS! We know that pets are part of our guests’ family and we want families to enjoy their time here together. We also respect the wishes of customers who don’t want to encounter other people’s pets for health or other reasons. In recent seasons, a handful of guests chose to ignore or evade our then-current policies, and the result of those decisions led to injuries to persons and other pets, arrests, property damage, and eviction from the premises. In the interest of everyone’s health, safety, and enjoyment of the area, we observe the following policies regarding pets. All customers checking in at any area of the property must sign the Port of Kimberling Pet Policy Agreement; annual slip customer execution of a lease constitutes an agreement to observe the Port of Kimberling Pet Policy. ALL PETS BROUGHT ONTO THE PROPERTY MUST BE CURRENT ON VACCINATIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RABIES. AGGRESSIVE PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. VIOLATORS MAY BE CHARGED A $250.00 FEE AND BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES WITHOUT A REFUND. “AGGRESSIVE” WILL BE DETERMINED BY POK MANAGEMENT, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY GUEST WHO REFUSES TO COMPLY WITH THE POK PET POLICY. POK STAFF MAY CALL THE POLICE FOR ASSISTANCE IF PET OWNER BECOMES UNCOOPERATIVE. Hotel: -hotel guests must sign a pet agreement -Pets of any kind are not allowed at the hotel. If a pet is discovered in a customer’s room, the customer may be charged a $250.00 fee and be asked to vacate the hotel without a refund. Cabins, Campground (Tent Sites and RV’s): -campground guests must sign a pet agreement -One (1) dog under 40 pounds may be allowed per CABIN and a $50.00 NON-REFUNDABLE pet fee will be charged per stay. No other type of pet is allowed in the cabins. Check-in will not be allowed if the dog exceeds 40 pounds or if there are multiple dogs in the party. -Pets are allowed on TENT SITES and RV SITES. -Due to the proximity of cabins and sites, customers may be asked to make reasonable accommodations regarding their pet in favor of the enjoyment of the campground by nearby guests, at the sole discretion of POK Management. -Customers are responsible for observance of quiet time rules by their guests AND their pets. -Customers/Guests must walk their pets off the main paths and clean up after their pets. -Customers/Guests must maintain control of their pet and keep it restrained to their site or on a leash at all times. -Cabin Customers/Guests must keep the dog inside a kennel if left unattended in the cabin. Housekeeping and maintenance staff will not enter a cabin if a dog is left unattended. -Customers who violate the Pet Policy, or who bring a dog that is over the weight limit or exceeds one dog per cabin, or refuse to cooperate with POK Management/Security requests may be charged a $250.00 fee and asked to vacate the cabin without a refund. Marina/Slips: annual slip lessee must sign a pet agreement -Pets are allowed on the docks and customer boats; pets must be under the control of the owner and confined to the customer’s boat or be on a leash at all times. Due to the proximity of slips, customers may be asked to make reasonable accommodations regarding their pets in favor of the enjoyment of the dock by nearby guests, at the sole discretion of POK Management. -Customers are responsible for observance of quiet time rules by their guests AND their pets. -Customers must walk their pets off the main paths and clean up after their pets. -Customers who violate the Pet Policy or refuse to cooperate with POK Management/Security requests may be charged a $250.00 fee or, depending on the severity of the violation, have their lease terminated. Rental Boats: -Pets are not allowed on rental boats. The $250 rental deposit will be retained if a pet is on a rental boat. FOR BOAT RENTALS -You must first call (417) 739-4511 to reserve our boats or PWCs before making your deposit. -Anyone born on or after January 1st, 1984 must have a Boater Certification card to operate any watercraft on Missouri waterways. It’s the law! -VALID DRIVER LICENSE REQUIRED for anyone operating our watercraft. Minimum age requirements to rent are 21 for ski boats and 18 for WaveRunners. We hold the license of all drivers while the unit is out. All prices are subject to change without notice. -All renters, operators, and adult passengers must sign the Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement to be on our watercraft. If all adult passengers are not going to be present when the boat is picked up, print off the form and have them sign it before picking up the boat. All passengers and operators must be disclosed on the Waiver and Release of Liability Agreement. To print the form before arrival, click on the underlined link in this paragraph. -Renter is responsible for all taxes and fuel. -$250.00 Reservation/Damage deposit required. The boats and PWCs come with a capacity number of orange life jackets. Ski vests may be rented for $3.00 + tax each per day. -72-hour cancellation or change policy strictly enforced. Any change or cancellations of a reservation must be done 72 hours before the start of your reservation or you forfeit your Reservation/Damage deposit. -Sorry, no pets are allowed. -No towing or tying up to other boats. Boats must be kept away from the shore and not beached. No towing, tubing, or skiing is allowed behind WaveRunners (PWCs). -Multi-day rentals are allowed to be kept where you are staying as long as you have a covered slip to keep it in and can tie it off 4 ways. -Boats are not allowed to be out on the water after dark. All watercraft must be back in a slip before sunset. -All-day rentals are 8 am – 8 pm during peak season and vary as daylight & store hours permit. -Half-Day rentals consist of 4 hours. Call for availability. Please be here one-half hour before your scheduled reservation time to complete paperwork & get checked out on the watercraft. Due to other half-day reservations, time will not be extended or altered if you are late for your reservation. -Other rules and regulations do apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY: -Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable. -Campsites: Seven days before arrival date for full refund less $5.00 cancellation fee. -No refunds will be made if the reservation is canceled or changed within seven days of the arrival date. Kindly notify the campground of changes to your reservation as early as possible. Early departures are non-refundable. If you must cancel, please call the campground at (417) 739-3883 within 7 days before the arrival date to obtain a cancellation number per the following cancellation policies. An invalid credit card will automatically cancel your reservation.
