Pine Acres Golf & RV Resort Rules & Policies Registration & Arrival Check-in: 2:00 PM for campsites | 3:00 PM for cabins Check-out: 12:00 PM for all sites Early check-in or late check-out is available for $5/hour, based on availability. All guests must register at the front office. By registering, you and your party agree to all resort rules and terms & conditions. Spot requests are considered, but final placement is at the manager’s discretion. Visitors & Guests All visitors must register at the office, whether staying for a few hours or overnight. Day visitors: $5 | Overnight guests: $10/night Visiting hours: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM Visitors must follow all resort rules and policies. Golf Course Access Registered guests may access the golf course and cart paths during posted golf hours. Call or stop by the clubhouse to book tee times. Pine Acres is not liable for damage caused by golf balls. No access to the course after dark. Campfires & Firewood Fires are only allowed in designated fire rings. Fires must be fully extinguished before leaving or sleeping. Firewood is available for purchase at the store/office/clubhouse. Alcohol Policy Alcohol is allowed under these conditions: Must be 21+ (legal age in PA) No walking with open containers No excessive drinking, rowdiness, vulgarity, DUI, or disturbances Violators will be evicted without a refund. Pet Policy We reserve the right to refuse any pet deemed unsafe or disruptive. All pets must be registered at check-in. Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and not left unattended. Barking or aggressive behavior is not tolerated. Bring proof of vaccinations. Cabin pet fee: $15 per stay Pets are not allowed in buildings or amenity areas. Owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by pets. Service Animals Only ADA-trained service dogs are allowed in buildings and amenities. Emotional support or therapy animals are not recognized as service animals. Service animals must remain leashed and under control at all times. We may refuse entry to animals posing safety risks. Quiet Hours Quiet time: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM No loud music or disruptive behavior at any time. All children must be on their site and supervised during quiet hours. Violators may be evicted without a refund. Fireworks & Firearms Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited at all times, including holidays. Bicycles & E-Bikes Bikes and e-bikes are allowed; no riding after dusk. Bikes must be stored at campsites. Children under 12 must wear helmets. Pine Acres is not responsible for bike-related injuries or accidents. Golf Cart Rentals Operators must be 16+ with a valid driver's license (copy required). No standing passengers or unattended keys. Golf carts must remain on the campground roads. Rental carts are not permitted on the golf course. Pine Acres is not liable for golf cart-related accidents or injuries. Speed Limit Speed limit is 5 MPH. Please drive slowly and cautiously for the safety of all guests. Photo & Video Release By entering the resort, you consent to the use of your name and image in any media without compensation. Reservations & Payments Full payment is required at the time of booking. Holiday Reservations Two-night minimum for: Memorial Day Weekend 4th of July Weekend Labor Day Weekend Waste Disposal Dumping gray/black water on the ground is prohibited. Waste must be properly disposed of at designated facilities.
