Check-In Procedure - Check in 1 PM - Cabin Rental and Country Cottage Check in 4 PM - Check out 11 AM - Early Arrivals: Please call ahead. - We cannot guarantee your site will be available before check-in, but if the site is available an earlier check-in may be possible. - To Extend a Stay: By reservation only and subject to availability. - Please visit, call or e-mail the office if you want to extend your stay. - Please give us as much notice as possible to ensure availability. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Booking - Reservations are taken year-round, up to 1 year in advance. - Guests can choose site if available. - Site numbers are not guaranteed (check with your resort if they offer the ability to guarantee a site with a non-refundable Site Lock fee). Deposit - Deposit taken on booking reservation via credit card. Deposit Structure: - A deposit required at time of booking via credit card. - 1 - 3 nights: 100% - 4 - 14 nights: 50% - 15+ nights: 30% - If your booking is made within the cancellation period your deposit is non-refundable. Cabin Rentals Damage Deposit Policy: - $200 pre-authorized held on credit card at time of arrival. - No cash deposits. - Housekeeping to confirm upon checkout. Shoulder Season - No minimum – exception for Long Weekends, must equal 3 nights. Minimum Stays - Peak Season for Voyaguer or Rental Units - Weekdays – 1 night - Weekends – 2 nights - Long Weekends – 3 nights - Off Peak & Shoulder Season - No minimum stay requirements. Site Fee Payment - Remaining site fees must be paid in full upon arrival. - Extensions may be paid as you go. - All rates are based on two-person occupancy, maximum of 5 adults per site (18+) and 8 total guests (including children). - Additional adults are $5 each per night. - Visa, Master Card, Debit or Cash are all accepted payment method. - All rates in Canadian Dollars. Vehicles - One (1) vehicle per site only. Bicycles - All bicycles must return to sites by dusk each evening. Tents - One (1) tent per site. - One (1) see-through additional dining tent is permitted. - No tents permitted on full service sites, with the exception of one (1) see-through dining tent. Voyageur Pet Policy - One (1) well-behaved pet per site is permitted. - Certain dog breeds are not permitted, please check with the team when making reservations. - Pets must be on-leash at all times. - Pets are not permitted in Cabin Rentals or the Country Cottage. - Excessive noise, allowing pets to roam off leash or not picking up after your pets could result in you being asked to leave the Resort. - Pets are not allowed in any buildings, in the playground area, or other camper’s sites. - It is the guest's responsibility to care properly for any pet and to clean and restore any areas where mess or damage has occurred. - The Resort Manager reserves the right to refuse entry to large or aggressive dogs. Cabin Rentals Pet Policy - Where permitted, (check with your resort on pet-friendly units) a maximum of 2 non-aggressive pets are allowed in rental units with prior arrangement with the resort. - Pets cannot be left unattended. - Pets must be on a leash outside of the unit and guests must clean up after their pet at all times. Campfires - Open wood burning fires must be attended at all times. - Wood is available for purchase at the resort store. Quiet Time - 11 PM to 8 AM daily. Smoking - No Smoking - The use of tobacco and marijuana (including e-cigarettes and vapes) is not permitted in public areas of the Resort or the Rental Cabins or Country Cottages. - Where designated smoking areas do exist, they are restricted to tobacco only. - Smoking is not permitted in any water amenity areas. Additional - The Recreation Hall, golf carts and pools are glass free. - Sound equipment is not permitted. - ATVs and Motorboats are not permitted. Rate Structure - Based on two (2) adult / two (2) child occupancy. - Maximum of six (6) campers per site. - Limit of four (4)adults of the same family on one site. - Each additional adult - $12.00 nightly fee.
