About the Park

Previous owners and founders Jeff & Patti Jester had been coming out off-road and exploring the desert with their family since 1982. The Jesters had the vision to build an RV park focused on family fun, making good memories, and off-roading adventures. With positive feedback from other off-roaders, they set out to build the Blu-In and were finished in April 2009. After years of hard work and good times, Jeff & Patti sold the Blu-In RV Park to the Manthei family in the summer of 2021. The Manthei family has been in the RV business since the 1970s and is excited to continue to provide a desert haven for family fun. Ocotillo RV Resort is closed from May 2 through October 14.
