Rules

Please refer to our website and/or your reservation details for a complete list of all Campground Rules and Regulations. RV SITES - CHECK-IN time is 3 PM - CHECK-OUT time is 1 PM - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - SPEED LIMIT is 5 MPH - CHILDREN must be supervised at all times - QUIET HOURS are from 10 PM to 8 AM - BATHHOUSE AND LAUNDRY facilities are open 24/7 with access code - THE OUTPOST OFFICE AND STORE hours vary by season. Refer to the hours posted on the entry door and reach out by phone or text, as needed. - WASHING DISHES in the restrooms/bathhouse is not permitted - OPEN FLAMES outside of any designated fire pits or BBQ grill areas is not permitted - SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED anywhere within the campground except inside your own RV or vehicle - A SEALED SEWER CONNECTION is required at all times - CARPETS, RUGS, MATS, ETC. are not permitted on any grassy areas - GENERATORS are not permitted - NO CONSTRUCTION of porches or decks - NO OUTDOOR STORAGE next to or underneath your RV - PARKING VEHICLES, TRAILERS, OR EQUIPMENT in empty sites or on the grass is not permitted - NO UNSIGHTLY SKIRTING under RVs during winter months. Only approved man-made materials for winterizing purposes. - SITES TO BE LEFT CLEAN. No garbage left on site. Dumpsters are conveniently provided nearby. - ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING requires approval from the office. An additional fee applies. - THEFT OR DAMAGE. Campground owners and staff are not responsible for theft or property damage of any kind. Children - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult North Haven Pet Policy - PETS MUST BE ON A LEASH and under the owners' control at all times. Pets may not be left unattended. Aggressive dogs and excessive barking will not be tolerated. - PICK UP AFTER PETS and dispose of pet litter bags in a trash can or dumpster - North Haven Campground will allow a pet to accompany a guest in Cabins 1 and 2 ONLY and all RV sites based on the following terms: - Pets are welcome - Pets must weigh under 75 pounds - The reservation for the guest must have a credit card on file. If you paid your pet fee online, you will need to come into the office to swipe your card. - Each pet may not exceed 75 pounds. - No dangerous animals, animals perceived to be threatening, wild animals, or other unusual animals will be allowed. - North Haven shall make the final determination of whether a specific pet will be permitted on the premises. - If the pet at any time threatens another guest or campground associates, North Haven reserves the right to request the pet’s removal. - If the pet causes damage, barks make other noises or is otherwise a cause of guest complaints, the campground reserves the right to require the guest to remove the pet. - If the guest is not available to remove the pet, the campground reserves the right to remove the pet and relocate it to another area. - In addition, if noise complaints surface and inconvenience other guests, we reserve the right to charge the pet owner’s account for any rebates given to these guests as a result of their discomfort. - The campground prohibits pets from all of the following areas of the campground: Outpost store/office and bathhouse. - Guests MUST clean up after their pets including in RV sites. - The pet must be kept in a pet carrier when campground associates must be in a cabin to clean or provide other services and/or if you plan on leaving the pet by itself. - If the pet is not in a carrier, the campground reserves the right not to enter the cabin for any reason. - ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES: The guest fully accepts responsibility for any and all damages caused by the pet, including but not limited to, property damage to the campground or other guests or bodily injury to campground associates or other guests. The guest agrees to indemnify the campground for any such damage. - IF THE CAMPGROUND IS UNABLE TO RENT THE DAMAGED ROOMS WHILE THE ROOM IS BEING REPAIRED, THE GUEST SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST CABIN REVENUE INCURRED BY THE CAMPGROUND. The charges for such damage and/or lost revenue may be charged to the guest’s credit card. The guest also agrees to hold the campground harmless for claims relating to the removal of the pet from the cabin. - The campground, at its discretion, is not required to provide any warning or second chance for violation of these policies and the decision of the campground will be final. - You will be required to sign a document agreeing to these terms and conditions and provide the following information: Type of Pet & Breed, Weight, and Pet Name.

Cancellation Policy

- A non-refundable pet fee of $50 for cabins and $20 for RV sites are to be paid upon check-in. Additional charges for damage may be imposed, if applicable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable. Deposits & Payments - Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase Scheduled Deposit - A 100 percent deposit of the remaining balance is collected 7 days before arrival. - We do not give refunds for early departures or evictions. - Reservations made after refund policy deadlines are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. - We recommend you purchase trip protection if you think you might need to cancel. Cancellation prior to 7+ DAYS before check-in receives a full refund less a $40 administrative fee (RV sites less $20 admin fee.) LESS THAN 7 DAYS the full reservation is forfeited. NO REFUND. No-Show Policy: - All guaranteed reservations will be held until 9:00 am on the morning following your scheduled arrival. - After 9:00 am, your reservation will no longer be guaranteed and your site/rental unit will be canceled and no refunds will be given.
