Nashville Shores Lakeside Resort is a recreation paradise located just 10 miles from downtown Nashville on 385 wooded acres beside beautiful 14,000-acre Percy Priest Lake. The property features an RV Resort with 84 full hook-up concrete pad sites, 24 lakefront cabins, 7 hillside cabins, first-class waterpark, exciting ropes and zip line park, jet-ski and pontoon boat rentals, marina, a BBQ restaurant with live music, a shuttle to downtown Nashville and much more. It is the perfect place for your next RV adventure or cabin getaway. The RV Resort at Nashville Shores is the perfect place to camp. Conveniently located just 10 miles from downtown Nashville and on the banks of beautiful Percy Priest Lake. Experience all the sights and sounds of Music City while enjoying the beautiful nature around you. There are 84 RV sites, including back-in and pull-thru sites. Our sites are full hook-up concrete pads that range from 41 - 63 feet in length. We accommodate all types of RVs, from pop-ups to Class A.

PROPERTY TERMS & CONDITIONS: -Check-in time for RV guests is 1:00 pm and cabin guests 3:00 pm -Check out time for all guests: 10:00 pm -Quiet Time for all guests: 11:00 pm – 7:00 pm -All Cabins and RV sites accommodate a maximum of 6 guests per cabin/site. Violators may be charged additional -fees and be required to vacate without refund. -All motorized watercraft must be kept at our Marina and are NOT permitted in the RV park or at the cabins. -Loud or disorderly conduct, firearms, and fireworks (including firecrackers) are NOT permitted. -Firewood may NOT be brought onto the resort, in accordance with national forestry guidelines. Cutting of trees or -fallen wood is prohibited. Fires are to be contained to the fire ring provided for each site and MUST be supervised at all times. Do NOT place or burn trash in fire rings. Firewood can be purchased at the General Store. -Alcohol consumption MUST be contained to your site/cabin and is NOT permitted in ANY common areas. -Please be mindful of posted speed limits throughout the park. DRIVE SLOWLY! Watch out for children, wildlife and pets. -Trespassers found in any restricted area, such as the waterpark or Treetop Adventure Park after hours or without paid admission, be ejected from the property with NO refund. CABIN TERMS & CONDITIONS: -Cabin keys MUST be returned to the front desk at the General Store during business hours or to the Late Arrival/Key Dropbox located to the right of the General Store door if departing outside of business hours. A fee of $25 be applied to the card on file for any keys not returned upon departure. -Vehicles must be parked in the parking spaces provided near the cabins or the overflow lot adjacent to the cabin parking and must have parking tag (provided at check-in) displayed prominently in the window while on the property. (Maximum 2 vehicles per cabin) Do NOT park next to the cabins along the curb or along the driving path. Parking in these prohibited areas block access for the other guests and emergency vehicles. -Cabins are expected to be generally clean upon departure. This having all dirty dishes washed, and all trash bagged and taken to the receptacle provided outside. All dirty/used towels and linens should be placed in a pile on the bathroom floor. (See cabin waiver regarding violation fees) -Housekeeping is NOT offered while cabins are occupied. If fresh towels are desired, guests must bag all dirty towels and place them outside at the bottom of the porch stairs NO LATER than 1:00 pm. Housekeeping retrieve the dirty bags and swap for fresh towels (bagged) between 1:00 – 3:00 pm. THIS BE THE ONLY OPPORTUNITY FOR FRESH TOWELS EACH DAY. THERE BE NO EXCEPTIONS MADE. If you miss the towel swap and desire fresh towels, we have a 24-hour, coin-operated, laundry facility on property available to all guests. -Guests are liable for any damages to Nashville Shores property and/or any items damaged or missing from the cabins upon departure, including but not limited to towels, pillow, dishes, furniture, etc. (see cabin waiver regarding violation fees) -NO smoking of ANY kind in the cabins. -NO pets allowed in or around the cabins. RV SITE TERMS & CONDITIONS -Parking tags received at check-in MUST be displayed in the vehicle window while on property. Parking tags are not needed for the RV itself. -Parking in the grass between RV sites is NOT permitted. Please be courteous and respectful to your camping neighbors. -Do NOT park vehicles in empty RV sites. Parking in empty RV sites prevents other guests from getting into their site upon arrival. Again, please be courteous and respectful to your camping neighbors. -Washing of vehicles, including RV’s, is NOT permitted. -Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Pets must always be leashed, unless inside the Pooch Park. Please pick up after your pets. We have provided waste stations throughout the RV park for your convenience. -We do NOT offer trash pick-up. Please do NOT leave trash out at your site. Dumpsters are conveniently located by the bath house & near site 75. -Tents are NOT permitted. One shade canopy per site is permitted -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable. To be refunded for a cancellation, you must notify the property at least 10 days prior to your arrival date. All refunds are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 10 days prior to your arrival date NOT be eligible for a refund, and the deposit be forfeited. No refunds or credits be issued for reservations canceled for holidays (Memorial Day, CMA Fest, July 4th, & Labor Day) and Special Events. We do NOT refund for early departures.
