Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement Quiet Hours and Behavior - Quiet Hours are every day from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM - Parents are responsible for the supervision, conduct, and behavior of their children at all times. Guest Responsibility - Guests are liable for damages caused to the property, including damage incurred by family members and visitors. - MSJ assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses from any cause. - The Guest agrees to carry and maintain in full force and effect adequate property and liability insurance on any vehicle or home in the park. - We are not responsible for your losses, including theft, fire, storms, accidents, falling trees, or rushing or rising water. Smoking Policy - Responsible smoking is permitted inside your trailer, provided your neighbors are not bothered by the smell. - Smoking is not allowed on the property where there is flammable vegetation. - No smoking (of anything) allowed in Park buildings, i.e., Cabins or Lodge Rooms, Laundry Room, Bathrooms, the Event Center, or the Office/Store. - Please safely dispose of butts and matches. WiFi & Connectivity - Shared WiFi internet is free to Guests. - Find the Password on your Welcome Map. - The strength and reliability experience is intermittent, depending on the number and type of users using it simultaneously. Fires & Cooking - Open wood fires can be enjoyed in our 3 fire ring pits, located in the park for all to share. - The last person ensures unburnt logs & ashes are stirred & drowned before leaving the pit unattended. - Gas camp stoves are permitted outside on picnic tables. - Charcoal and wood fires are allowed in the park; BBQ grills are provided at your site. - Fires are stirred & drowned before leaving the grill unattended. - Firewood (only indigenous to the region) and S'mores Kits are sold in the store. - Please do not use firewood brought from outside our area. - When you bring firewood camping, you risk carrying in tree-killing insects or disease. - The bugs can crawl out, spread to the trees and forest at the campground or state or national park, and begin to destroy those trees and forests. Bath House - The entrance code is available at the office. - Clean up after use and inform the Office of broken items. - Please keep the door locked at all times – do not leave an open door unattended. - Do not allow non-park Guests access to the Bathrooms or Laundry. - No pets in the Bathrooms. - No smoking or alcohol in the Bathrooms. Laundry Room - Laundry Hours are 24 hours a day. - Washers and Dryers are 6 quarters per use; quarters are available for purchase at the Office. - Bills can be exchanged for quarters at the Office during Guest Office hours. - Laundry will be removed from machines if left unattended. - Please report machine issues to the office. - No pets, smoking, or alcohol in the Laundry Room. Pool Rules - See the Posted Pool hours – some hours are staffed and others are for adults only. - Make young swimmers mindful of the Rules for in and around the water: - Do not run on the cement surrounding the Pool. - Never swim without first getting the consent of the responsible adult. - Wear protective gear, such as a life vest, puddle jumper, or other flotation device, as needed. - Shower off before entering the pool to maintain the pool’s cleanliness. - The Pool is operational between the months of May to October. Vehicles - Speed Limit is 10 MPH – Be considerate to not stir up dust when driving past people’s homes. - Watch for children at play! - Drive only on the roadways and never through an empty site. - You will be charged for damaging sprinkler heads, sewer pipes, electrical pedestals, and any other park property. - No parking of cars on the grass/green areas - Additional vehicles should be parked in designated overflow parking. - Golf carts and electric vehicles are welcome. - Off-road, all-terrain, or unlicensed vehicles are not permitted to be ridden in the park. Propane - Propane tank filling is available for purchase – label your tank with your last name and site number, leave it at the propane filling tank, then notify the office. - Propane filling is dependent on staff availability. - Guests are required to lift tanks to be filled. Campsites - Our RV sites are extra-long and wide and able to easily accommodate any size RV. - Be considerate, please don't encroach or walk through occupied sites. (Grass areas are common space) Alcohol Policy - Responsible Alcohol consumption is allowed at your site and park events. Speed Limit - Speed Limit is 10 MPH. – Be considerate to not stir up dust when driving past people’s homes. - Watch for children at play. RVs - Each site is limited to one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle. - Any additional vehicles need to be approved by management and parked in designated overflow parking. - RVs MUST be properly connected to sewer, and absolutely NO items can be dumped into the sewer line, such as wet wipes, diapers, feminine products, or other non-biodegradable items. - Each blockage incident will result in a fine for the sewer repair and cleanup. - After the 2nd incident, guests will be required to leave the park. - Site water spigots are for personal Drinking, Cooking, and Bathing, not for landscape watering or car/RV washing - only by an outside mobile washing service. Pet Policy - No Farm or Exotic Animals - A maximum of 2 pets per space/unit is allowed. - Guests are responsible for keeping all pets under control and cleaning up all pet waste within the park. - Pets are required to be on a leash in control of the owner AND attended at all times when outdoors. - The Bark Park is an off-leash area located behind the shop. - Please clean up after your pet. - Pets are not allowed in any park building or near food functions (some designated rooms are pet-friendly) - Do not allow pets to urinate on the park grass areas. - Pets will not be allowed to cause any disturbance that might annoy neighbors, including, but not limited to, barking, growling, biting, or any other unusual noises or damage. - Pet owners are responsible at all times for their pets, including injury, destruction, and annoyances to other Guests, and the Park and Park Management shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind whatsoever caused by a Guest's pet. - Animal Control will be summoned if there is cause to think a pet will cause personal harm. Violations - Violations resulting in fines and or requirement to leave. - Disruptive behavior, loud music, abusive language, violence, drunkenness, and smells, creating a nuisance such as will disturb the safety and enjoyment of other guests. - Damage to property or instigating trouble in the park. - Blatant Disregard for any MSJ Rule. - Irresponsible-smoking and use of marijuana, alcohol, or illegal drugs. - Trespassing on the property after non-payment, being instructed to leave, or committing a crime. - All Local, State, and Federal laws are applicable to all persons on the premises. - MSJ reserves the right to make any changes to the rules/fees, as necessary. RV Extended Stay - Reservations may be extended on a per-month basis and are not on a lease. - Payments are due on the renewal date, with a 5-day grace period. Late Fees are applied on the 6th day, and on the 13th day, you are trespassing and will need to vacate. - Guest with unresolved violations will not be permitted to renew their stay - Initial Guest payments and Damage deposit are due prior to check-in. - Damage deposits ensure against damages for any unpaid payments, fees, or other expenses related to the Guest’s stay on the premises. - No refunds for early departure, for any reason. - Damage deposits are refunded after the management walk-through and damage assessment have been completed following check-out.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
