Rules

General Policies: -CHECK-IN: 2PM and CHECK-OUT: 12PM -Early check-in/late check-out is available for a fee. No refunds are given 1 hour following check-in or for early departure unless required due to mandatory evacuation. Site numbers are not guaranteed. -QUIET HOURS: 10PM-7AM -Please respect neighbors by limiting noise during this time. -POOL HOURS: 9AM - 10PM -NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. GRILLS: -NO open fires of any kind. Grills are permitted but may not be placed on the plastic tables; they melt. TRASH: -Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters provided. There be a $25.00 fee for any trash left on site after departure. -SPEED LIMIT: 7 MPH STRICTLY ENFORCED -Only 2 vehicles allowed site. Additional vehicles must request a Parking Pass from the and park in designated overflow areas. Do not park on the road. RV RESTRICTIONS: -We do not accept tents, pop-up campers, truck campers, conversions, and any recreational vehicles that are more than 15 years old. If you arrive with an RV outside of our guidelines, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation upon arrival. -Some exceptions may be made to the 15-year restriction by emailing current photos of your RV for management approval. NOT PERMITTED ON SITE: -Tents, free-standing canopies, clotheslines, refrigerators/appliances outside of RV, excessive clutter, auto repairs, storage trailers, tow dollies, improper dumping of wastewater, fireworks, firearms. -Smoking is not permitted in any common areas. -We cannot accommodate boats, jet skis, or watercraft. Golf carts are not permitted unless deemed medically necessary. -Alabama Board of Health requires airtight sewer connectors. No grey or black water is to be drained on the ground. Pet Policies: -Please help keep Luxury RV Resort “Pet Friendly” by obeying the following guidelines: No more than 2 pets RV. -Required to be on a leash of 6-foot less when outside of the owner’s RV. -We do not permit dog pens, and pets may not be tied outside unattended. Owners must remain outside with their pets at all times. -Please immediately pick up after your pet. -Pets are not allowed inside the , Clubhouse, Pool Area, Laundry Room, Bathhouse. -If your pet is disturbing others excessively barking, you be asked to control your pet. -We do not allow aggressive behavior. If your pet becomes aggressive towards guests or other pets, you be asked to leave. -Non- to any of our pet policies result in you being asked to leave the resort without a refund. NOTE: You are responsible for the actions of your party, including visitors and children. Guests be asked to leave for intoxication, rowdy behavior, and using profanity or drugs. -Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult after dark. -Rates include up to 4 guests. Additional guests require a fee and must register in the . -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
