Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 3:00 PM-10:00 PM - Check-Out: 11:00 AM - Late check-out, the front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. - Additional fees may apply. - In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Key - When checking out of a cabin. - There is a black drop box on the front of the RV office. - Please drop off your cabin keys there. Tenant/Renter Liability and Damage Policy - Tenants/renters and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets. - To said cabin or snowmobile rentals. - Tenants and/or snowmobile renter agree to pay for any and all damages/loss of revenue due to the unit/snowmobile damaged and not available to rent. - Upon the event of a damaged snowmobile. - The snowmobile will be taken to a dealership, and the dealership will assess the damage and provide an estimate of the cost to repair the rented snowmobile. - The cost to repair a damaged cabin and/or snowmobile is the tenant's/renter's responsibility. - Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold the landlord harmless from and indemnify the landlord against the same. Guest - All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival. - Lolo Hot Springs does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests. - Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup. - Total number of guests in any space or tent site. - Cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site. - We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable. - All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times. - Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park. - Profanity or violence towards other guests or resort staff will result in immediate eviction from the park. - Guests violating rules that result in an eviction notice will not receive any refund for the stay. RV, Motorhome, and Travel Trailer Requirements - All motorhomes, RVs, or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance. RV Waste Disposal Location - There is a central septic dump station located next to the shower house. Tent - Tent camping is not permitted in RV spaces. - Tents are limited to 1 per site in the tent camping field and cost an additional $27.00 per tent, per night. - Maximum of 10 people total at a site at any given time. Visitor - Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 10 am & 10 pm, but they must register at the office. - Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. - All visitors are required to leave by 10 pm. - All visitors must pay a $10-dollar parking fee and park in the designated area by the RV park office. Campfire and Grill Use Policy - Campfires are allowed in designated fire pits, provided there are no campfire restrictions. - Propane grills & charcoal grills are allowed, provided they are stored in vehicles when not in use. Cleanliness - All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. Vehicle - Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise. - Motorcycles must be at idle speed when traveling through the resort. - No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway. - Only persons with a valid driver's license may operate a motor vehicle in the resort, including side by sides, 4-wheelers, motorcycles, etc. - No overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis, snowmobiles or utility trailers is allowed. Trash - All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the resort. - Do not leave trash out overnight. - Disposal of women's sanitary napkins, baby wipes, paper towels, diapers, etc. - Must be discarded in trash cans and not in toilets. - We have a drain field system, and these items bind up the system and cause backups. Wildlife Awareness - Lolo Hot Springs is in a natural wildlife habitat area. - There are coyotes, wolves, mountain lions, bears, birds of prey, and reptiles. Hot Springs Policies - Hot springs pools, the hot springs open at 10 am, 7 days a week. - The hot springs close at 10 pm Monday-Thursday and close at midnight on Friday-Sunday. - Sunday night from 9 p.m. is Back to Nature night. - Must be 18+ (clothing optional during Back to Nature night). - No glass/cans allowed in the hot springs areas. - No lifeguard on duty in hot springs pools; use at your own risk. - Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in Hot Springs Pools. Prohibited - The use of firearms of any kind is prohibited. - Fireworks of any kind are prohibited. - Obnoxious behavior of any kind is prohibited. - Use of illegal drugs is prohibited. - The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited. Speed Limit - Speed limit on the property is 5 mph. Vandalism - Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am. - Please be courteous to other guests around you. - Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time. Pet Policy - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is not considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the resort. - Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals. - There is a three-pet limit in the resort. - No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. - This includes all reptiles or large birds. - All pets must be registered at the front desk upon arrival. - Guests are responsible to "cleaning up" after their pets. - Resort is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury of damage caused by pet(s). - Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Bear Safety Park Rules - Store all food and wildlife attractants in the animal-proof facilities provided or, as a last resort, in a hard-sided vehicle/RV (not in a tent). - If no facilities exist, hang your food and garbage out of bear reach. - Use 100 feet of rope to hang your food between two trees well away from your tent/cooking area. - In areas where bears have become accustomed to humans, they may have learned to look for food hanging in packages from trees and poles. - The best advice, in this situation, is to either use a bear-proof/scent-proof container and hide it in bushes (100m from your tent), or put the food in air tight containers and put those inside two heavy duty black garbage bags and hide that bundle in bushes (100 m from your tent). - Taking care not to tear the bags while placing and retrieving the bundle. - Never take food or any drinks (except water) into your tent, not even a snack. - Use the designated grey water disposal grates. - Do not dispose of grey water near a human-use area. - Keep your fire pit clean and free of food residue. Bare Campsite Rules - Follow these rules whenever your campsite is unattended for any length of time, i.e., at night or when going for a hike, swim, or to the washroom. Campground Disclaimer - The resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle. - We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies. - Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. - Keep your valuables locked up. - Report any problems with your site to the main office immediately. - We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - In the event that you need to cancel your reservation. - It is non-refundable, it will go into a Camp Credit and you can use your stay at a later date, less a $5 cancellation fee. Refund Policy - All refunds are subject to campground discretion. Cancellation Modification - In general, if you cancel a reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the Campsite's cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. - Any additional service fee charged to you by the Campsite may be refunded pursuant to the cancellation policy presented in the applicable listing. - Both you and each Campsite are responsible for any modifications made to your reservation, and you agree to pay any applicable fees related to such reservation modification. Booking Fee - The booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel your Campsite reservation within 24 hours of booking. - After 24 hours, the booking fee is refundable only if your Campsite reservation is also fully refundable at the time of cancellation. - Please note that the booking fee is not partially refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
