Rules

While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. R.V. Area - We will require all guests to make a reservation either through our online reservation system (24 hours) or our office during business hours (8 am-3:00 pm Monday-Friday closed for lunch 12-1. Closed Saturday and Sunday) - Camping fees must be paid upon arrival—no refunds for early departures. R.V. Camping prices are as follow: - $22.00 per night plus tax. - $420.00 monthly plus tax for a 1st-month stay - $420.00 from the month on……. R.V. area notices: - Campsites must be kept clean and orderly. Please no littering - Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 7 am. - All local and state laws shall always be abided by. ( If you’re not sure of local laws, contact Elizabeth City Hall 318-634-5100) - Pet waste shall be picked up by the owner. Keep pets on a leash to ensure the safety of pets and visitors. - Registered occupants are responsible for all visitors at their site. - All firewood must be neatly stacked at your campsite. It may be covered neatly with a tarp. - All campers must be in fair condition. - All trash is to be placed in trash bags and put in the dumpster. Trash that is left outside of the dumpster and around the campsite, etc.. will be charged $10.00 per bag picked up for this service. An alternative to having us charge you for this additional service would be to have small trash cans with bags inside; when full, bring them out and place them in a lawn/leaf bag that is in a large trash can with a lid. - Skinning of deer or other animals must be disposed of outside of the park. (* DO NOT PLACE IN DUMPSTER) - Bathroom codes are for campers only. - Gray water/sewer is NOT to be let out on the ground. - NO TARPS attached or hanging from R.V. FIRES: - Burn piles must be contained in designated fire pit areas. - Burn piles must be cleaned upon departure. TENT: $7.00 night including tax. STAGE: $25.00 per day. Pavilion Rental: - Pavilions may be reserved, and it is recommended that pavilion reservations be made far in advance. The Pavilion overlooks the fishing pond and has a spacious grassy area for activities. There are numerous picnic tables available for use. - Reservations for Pavilion must be paid immediately. - Full day Pavilion hours: 8:00am-8:00pm - If the event will last after 8:00 pm, you must receive permission. If alcohol is involved, you must have a licensed security guard or a police officer. Must present proof prior to the event. - Large Pavilion rental fee is $50.00 per day plus a $25.00 refundable cleaning deposit (refunded if the area is picked up after use). - Pavilion reservations may only be made by Elizabeth City Hall at 318-634-5100. - Office hours: 8 am – 3 pm, Monday-Friday closed on Saturday and Sunday. - Payment accepted Money order, check, or debit card only. NO CASH. POND: - We ask that you be friendly to the ducks and not feed them anything harmful. - You may fish. We do not provide any fishing gear or bait. - No littering or throwing trash in the pond. - Please pick up after yourself. - Deposits & Payments - A 100 percent deposit is collected at the time of purchase - Payment for retail items and gift certificates is collected at the time of purchase Children & Pets - Children are welcome with an accompanying adult - Pets are welcome - Pets: Maximum of 2 pets per site. Pet rules will be issued, and compliance is mandatory. Remember — cats are pets too, and the rules apply to them. They are not to be let out to run loose.  Pets must always be on a leash with the owner when outdoors. Pets cannot be tied outside and left unattended.  No pets are allowed at food functions or on the grass areas.  Guests must pick up after their pets. Sites: - No clotheslines or hanging of laundry. - No permanent shed, building, or structures. - No concrete blocks to form structures. Gas or charcoal barbecues may be used for outdoor cooking on site. - No walking through occupied sites or vacant sites. Alcohol consumption is allowed at your site only. - If at any time your campsite is not according to code. You may be asked to move so that we can clean the campsite area. - Skinning of deer or other animals must be disposed of outside of the park. (DO NOT PLACE IN DUMPSTER) - Bathroom codes are for campers only. - Gray water/sewer is NOT to be let out on the ground. - NO TARPS attached or hanging from R.V. - No smoking around the bathroom area - No cigarette butts on the ground. Discarded cigarettes butts are considered a form of littering. - All trash is to be placed in trash bags and put in the dumpster. Trash left outside of the dumpster and around the campsite, etc., will be charged $10.00 per bag picked up for this service. An alternative to having us charge you for this additional service would be to have small trash cans with bags inside; when complete, bring them out and place them in a lawn/leaf bag in a large trash can with a lid. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: - You must cancel your reservation two weeks prior to your reservation to receive a refund. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
