This park is small but very nice. The common spaces are clean and well taken care of. The management is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Super cute campground! Everyone was extremely friendly and the bathrooms were super clean. We would definitely stay again!

Interstate 40 - Traveling East into Arkansas on 1-40 take exit 81 south at Russellville onto AR-7. Follow AR-7 south through the beautiful Ouachita Mountains to the intersection of AR-7 and AR-5. Turn right traveling 4.2 miles to US-70B/Gorge Road. Taking a left, travel 1.5 miles to US-70/East Grand Avenue. Turn right onto East Grand Avenue and travel 1.9 miles to AR-7/Central Avenue moving to the left lane. Turning left onto Central Avenue travel 8 miles to AR-290. Turn left and travel one block to the left-hand intersection of Hwy 290, Long Beach Drive, and Broadview Drive. Veer left onto Broadview Drive (looking for the 25 MPH sign) and travel one block to Leisure Landing RV Park. OR - Traveling East into Arkansas on 1-40 take exit 147 south onto 1-430 to exit 129 A-B. Going west onto 1-30 toward Texarkana. Travel west to exit 111 and turn onto US-70 west. After traveling approximately 18.6 miles merge onto US-70/270/Martin Luther King Expressway toward Glenwood/Mt. Ida at exit 6. Travel west approximately 8 miles to exit 4 Higdon Ferry Road. Exit and turn left onto Higdon Ferry Road traveling 1.6 miles to AR-7/Central Avenue. Turning right onto Central Avenue travel 3.2 miles to AR-290. Turn left and travel one block to the left-hand the intersection of Hwy 290, Long Beach Drive, and Broadview Drive. Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 11 am - Check-Out: 1 pm - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. ​RVer Camping Etiquette to Follow - Be a Good Neighbor: If any of the other RVers in the campground needs help, extend the best of your skills. - Be a Good Samaritan: Be alert of your surroundings and protect the campground at all times. Departure - Leave the campground as you were given. Pets - Leash them when in a campground. Privacy - Respect your neighbor’s camp space. Waste - When using dumping stations, clean them after use. Burning rules - Do not burn Plastic and likewise things that can create a noxious or choking odor. Noise and Light - When at night, minimize your singing, talking, music, and other loudness levels. When moving around at night, use dim lights at night. Speed limit - 8 Mph Care for Hot Water Heater - The hot water heater on your RV should be maintained on an annual basis, with the exact work that needs to be done varying based on the specifics of your unit. Some of the likely maintenance tasks to be done include flushing the water heater, checking the pressure relief valve, cleaning the burner tube, and more. If you aren’t comfortable or capable of doing this work yourself, have it done by a qualified technician at your local RV dealership.
