Inn and Out RV Park

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in is from 12 pm (noon) to 10 pm. - Check-out is at 11 am. - Come to the office to sign on to the rules and regulations, and we will direct you to your site. - For same-day reservations after 8 pm, please drive to your site and come to the office the next day to sign on the rules. - We are happy to accommodate late check-ins, but please call us in advance if you will be arriving later than 8 pm so that we can be sure to accommodate you. - Management does not provide refunds/prorations for early guest departure, whether by choice or due to eviction for violations of park policies.  - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Dog Park Area - We offer a designated Dog Park Area at our campground. Pet Policy - There is a limit of 3 pets per site. - Pets must be leashed outside the RV, and the leash must be 6 feet or shorter. - The tenant is responsible for picking up all waste. - If Management notices pet waste at a tenant’s site and must pick it up, the Tenant will be assessed a $25.00 fee per occurrence. - No pet pens or runs are allowed, and pets should not be left outside unattended. - We're sorry, but Pit Bulls, Dobermans, and Shepherds are prohibited. - Always clean up after your pet. - Please dispose of pet waste in the provided receptacles. - Pets, except for certified service animals, are prohibited in bathrooms and public inside areas. - $50 Fine for any violations. - Please clean up all pet hair from the pet station. - Use designated areas for pet washing. Quiet Hours - 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Sunday – Thursday. - Friday & Saturday, 12:00 am to 7:00 am. - Please allow others to get a good night's sleep. - Radios, TVs, and other equipment volume must not disturb neighbors. - Be courteous to all persons in the Park and respect other people’s privacy. Weapons - This is a private park, and your safety is important to us. - Oklahoma & Federal law enables the carry of legally registered firearms, and we generally encourage you to ensure your protection legally. - All weapons shall be kept in compliance with State and Federal laws. - No BB gun, pellet gun, paint gun, air gun, and/or slingshot use are allowed in the Park. Illegal Activities - Alcoholic beverages are restricted to the guest’s rented site. - Smoking is not permitted inside any of the Park buildings. - Illegal drugs are prohibited on the Park premises. - Please drink responsibly. - Illegal drugs, public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, and use of profane language are expressly prohibited on the Park premises and will not be tolerated. - Any violation is grounds for your immediate ejection from the Park without refund. Restroom - Leave your area clean & notify management if it is disorderly or requires maintenance. - Washing dishes, pets, and clothes in the restrooms is prohibited for sanitary reasons. Trash Policy - Follow the golden rule of living in a park and leave your site cleaner than you found it. - We do not have site trash pickup. - Place your trash in the dumpster provided at the park's center. - Trash dumpster(s) are for active tenant use only and are limited to household trash. - Hazardous materials must be handled by County, State, and Federal regulations. - Do not leave trash out overnight; no trash cans are allowed outside the RV site. - Please leave the Park facilities as clean as you found them. - Items such as furniture, appliances, mattresses, etc. are NOT permitted in the dumpsters. - $100 fine for any violations. - Inquire at the office about the disposal of large items. Parking Policy - RVs must park within your designated area, this includes stairs, slide outs, etc. - Parked vehicles must be entirely off the road and within your site. - Park in designated areas only. - Parking on the grass and roads is expressly prohibited. - Blocking or parking in vacant sites is not allowed. - Please be considerate of those arriving "after hours". - Boats and Trailers are prohibited at The Park unless they fit in your area due to lack of space at the park. - No parking zones include streets, fire lanes, empty RV spaces, along fencing, or on the grass. - Vehicles parked in prohibited spaces will be towed at the owner’s expense plus a minimum $100 Fine for any violations above. Vehicle Policy - No inoperable or unregistered vehicles are allowed. - Repairing vehicles inside the park or changing oil on the park grounds is prohibited. - RVs older than 10 years must be approved before rental. - Please call, text, or email us with RV specifics and include current photos showing all four (4) sides of the RV. - If the RV does not look as per the picture submitted, you must vacate the Park without a refund. - Pop-up campers or any RV without standard full hookups, such as restroom facilities, may not stay for more than 7 days for sanitary reasons. - No tents are allowed in the park. Damages to Sites or Facilities - Any damage incurred to any site or facility will be charged to the responsible tenant, who may be asked to leave the premises without a refund. Children Policy - For safety, children should always be supervised by an adult. - An adult must always accompany children under 14 years old. - Tenants are solely responsible for their children and guests' actions. Guests and Visitors - Keep personal belongings concealed, especially when not present. - The registered guest is the “responsible party” and is accountable for the actions of all family members and guests. - We reserve the right to eject any guest, without refund of rent or deposit as set forth herein for: - Unpaid Park fees - Violation of any rules/policies - Repeated speeding violations - Verbal or physical threats/actions from any guest or visitor to another guest - Visitor - Employee or management - Deliberate damage or destruction of property belonging to The Park - Other guest or visitor Campground Disclaimer - Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. - We reserve the right to enter any land site at any time as set forth herein. - We are not responsible for damages, injury, or loss by accident, weather-related damage, theft, or fire to RV or property of any tenant and/or guest. - We reserve the right to refuse service and to decline to allow a space to be occupied. - Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Inn and Out RV Park and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted. - Please get in touch with Inn and Out RV Park for more details.

Campground Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 1 day before check-in. - 50% percent refund the day of or after. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
