Our RV Park is centrally located; we are 30 minutes north of Kennedy Space Center and 30 minutes south of Daytona Beach. Orlando and all of the famous Florida attractions are an hour's drive away. Because of its close proximity to many Florida attractions, it’s a great way to combine the best in outdoor vacationing and theme park excitement for the family. Indian Mound Fish Camp has 41 sites that are full hook-up with 20, 30, or 50 AMP service. We also have furnished Cabins! We are a pet-friendly RV Park/Campground. If you do not feel like fishing and want to relax on a sandy beach, the Atlantic Ocean is just a quick ride from our RV Park by boat, or you can sit on our 100-foot dock watching the boats, see the Osprey, manatees, and dolphins frolicking in the lagoon. We have many islands to kayak or boat to, to enjoy a dip in the water!

Registration and Arrival
Check In Procedure
- Check In: 1:00 PM
- Check Out: 11:00 AM
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
- Check-in is 1 pm for RVs and 3 pm for cabins, and check-out time is at 11 am for all accommodations and sites!
- Late check-outs may be available if the site is not reserved, for a $25 late check-out fee.
Quiet Time
- 10:00 pm through 8:00 am, and it is strictly enforced
Water
- Please conserve water.
- Washing your car, boat, or trailer is not permitted without Management Approval.
- See management if you are going to use an excessive amount of water.
- If approved, there is a $20 per vehicle cleaning fee.
Bathrooms
- If you use the public bathrooms, it is expected that you keep them clean.
- If they are not, please report it to the clerk on duty.
- No personal belongings should be kept in the bathroom when not in use.
Campsite
- All RV sites and Cabins are rented as 2-person occupancy.
- There is an additional charge of $6.00 (RV) / $10 (cabin) per day for each person over the age of 12.
- If you have guests, please notify Management before their stay.
- Max of 6 people for any Campsite, and 3 adults for cabins.
Guests
- Overnight guests are limited to three (3) days at the cost above.
- If they are on the property after 10 pm, there will be a guest fee added to your reservation.
Renters
- Renter(s) may extend the length of stay only with the Manager's approval and a written/ agreement.
- Renter(s) or owner may terminate the rental agreement at any time.
- Renters are responsible for keeping the camp area clean.
- All personal property is to be kept on the campsite.
Reservation
- All Reservations are allowed (1) self-contained RV, one (1) vehicle with boat/trailer.
- Additional guest vehicles, campers, and/or boats/trailers will be billed at $10.00 per day or $50/month.
- Notify Management ahead of time to ensure room on the property and tag!
Vehicle Policy
- If not registered, the Vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- There will be no parking on empty Campsites, or blocking boat trailer parking, or the dumpster.
Clotheslines
- Clotheslines are not permitted.
Children Policy
- Children may not be left unattended at any time.
- All children must be supervised at all times!
Gated Entrance
- The gate is closed from 6:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.
- The Gate Code will be given at check-in.
- Please do not share your code with anyone!
Disposal
- All garbage must be bagged and deposited in the dumpster..
- Do not place any garbage on the ground.
- Don’t throw paper, trash or cigarette butts on the ground.
- Be respectful and dispose of trash properly.
- You have the responsibility to pick up after yourself and your animals.
Safety Policy
- Smoking, vaping, and medically smoking are not permitted.
- Please refrain from any other acts that could cause a fire in the cabin.
- Smoking in a non-smoking guest room will result in charges to the occupying Guest for cleaning or replacement of bedding, curtains, wallpaper, and so on, as well as the cost of repairing any damage.
- $150 non-refundable cleaning fee charged to your Credit Card on File.
- For campfires, we ask guests to be considerate of the wind and fellow campers.
- Hardwoods only to be used in firepits - no trash.
- If you have or see a safety hazard on your camping spot or in the camp, you have a responsibility to report it to the manager immediately.
- No horseplay on the docks, picnic tables, or pier.
- Do not use picnic tables as junk tables.
- Possession of illegal drugs, excessive alcohol consumption, and/or illicit or illegal activity will not be tolerated and will result in immediate expulsion from the camp.
- Please secure all personal belongings.
- The owner is not responsible for the theft or damage of personal property.
- Owner makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the safety of the park, its buildings, and grounds.
- Renters and guests assume all risks.
- Unless it is an emergency.
- Please report all problems or concerns during store operating hours.
Pet Policy
- Pets must be on a 6ft leash and under your control at all times
- No more than 2 animals permitted per site
- If additional pets are in the family, pre-authorization is required from the Manager.
- Must be Attended at all times
- Must be cleaned up immediately
- No Aggressive Breeds or Mixes with the following:
- Pit Bulls, Wolf Breeds, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows
- Pets cannot be tied up outside; you can use pet fencing
- Excessive Barking is not permitted, and the dog must be kept in an RV or a cabin
- Up-to-date shot records must be readily available at check-in or during stay
- Any aggressive behavior or growling at guests will result in immediate termination from the park.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded to the credit card given at the time the reservation was made, less $ one night's rental fee.
- Reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date are non-refundable.
- Changes to a reservation can only occur prior to your 7 days, with a change fee of a minimum of $25 or up to a 10% change fee charged.
- Cancellations made 90 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded to the credit card given at the time the reservation was made, less a $100 fee.
- Reservations cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date are non-refundable.
- Changes to a reservation can only occur prior to your 90 days, with a change fee of a minimum of $25 or up to a 10% change fee charged.
- Monthly, Seasonal, or 30+ day reservation deposits are now Refundable.
- We are holding these premium dates for you at a large discount from nightly stays, and there is no Exception to this policy.
Cabin Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made prior to 7 days of your arrival date will be refunded less a one-night cancellation fee and credited to the credit card that was provided at the time of the reservation.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival are non-refundable.
- Changes to a reservation can only occur prior to your 7 days, with a change fee of a minimum of $25 or up to a 10% change fee charged.
- Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
- Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
- Reservations not checked in by 11 am the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund.
- These include and are not limited to Bike Week, Race Week, Spring break, All Major holidays, Etc.
- Please ask the Clerk at booking if your reservation falls under one of these events.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
