Rules

Check-In Procedure - Confirm your site on your reservation, and stop by the office to get your welcome packet, located under the red drop box. - The camp rules must be signed and returned to the red drop box at the office on the day of arrival. - Proceed directly to that site. - Check-In: 12 pm - Flexible - Check-Out: 11 am - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Parking Policy - Do not park on grass or in empty sites at any time, subject to removal by towing at the owner’s expense and a $150 fee. - Special arrangements for long-term guests can be made at the office. - Vehicle storage is available at $30.00 a month. For flatbed or cargo trailers you must get up with management for pricing. - Extra Vehicles might need to park in a designated area. Speed Limit - Speed Limit: POSTED MAXIMUM SPEED is 5 mph (ZERO TOLERANCE). If you or any invitees are caught speeding, warned, and decide to repeat the offense, you will be made to leave; NO REFUND, NO EXCEPTION! Recreational Facilities - These are for registered guests only. Game room coming soon. Smoking Policy - No smoking in any building. Alcoholic Beverage Policy - No bottles and not allowed in any of the buildings without prior approval of the management. Quiet Hours Policy - 10 pm to 10 am. Please be considerate of others. Clotheslines Policy - Not allowed. Dryers are in the laundry room. Trees Policy - Trees: We love and take pride in our trees, even scrawny ones. Please treat them lovingly by not tying, hanging, trimming, or cutting them. you must get approval from the manager. - Please treat them lovingly by not tying anything or anybody to them. - Do not cut or trim limbs or shrubs without approval. Pets Policy - We look at pets as part of the family and we are glad to have’em. But there are few ground rules. - You are responsible for picking up your pet’s droppings as soon as they drop. - Pets must be attended to at all times when outside. - No pet kennels/pens are allowed on sites. - Keep them on a leash at all times, please no longer than six (6) feet. ( Out coyotes love loose pets.) - No pets in buildings or No pets are to poop or pee on flowers or in flower beds. - You must keep your dogs barking under control. - We must be considerate of others. ● Only non-aggressive pets are permitted in our park with approval. We reserve the right to refuse entry to large or aggressive pets. ● You are responsible for picking up your pet’s droppings as soon as they drop. ● Pets must be attended to at all times when outside. Pet kennels/pens are not allowed on sites. ● Keep pets on a leash at all times. Pets can not be tied outside on a leash. ● No pets in our buildings or No pooping or peeing on or in our flower beds. ● Excessive barking will not be tolerated. Campsite Cleanliness: Children Policy - Children: All children under 16 years of age must be supervised by an adult at all times. No child under the age of 18 should occupy a site alone. Any person, adult, or child found stealing, damaging property or any other illegal activity will be evicted immediately!. Campsite Cleanliness Policy - We don’t allow outside storage of stuff. - You are responsible to keep your site clean and neat. - All trash must be placed in the dumpster. - Do not put cigarette butts or trash on the ground. - Put all falling sticks, and limbs at end of your site they will be picked up. - Do not put chairs, tables, etc. on the grass area, must be clear to mow at all times. Toilets/Showers/Laundry Policy - We like them the way they are, so please help keep them clean after each use. Please NO PETS in buildings. - Please shut the door, turn the lights off, close the shower curtain, and report any issues. - We are not responsible for any items left behind. Trash Policy - There are two (2) dumpsters in the park. If you have larger items, please connect to the office. - All trash must be placed in the dumpster by campers. No big items. Contact the office regarding exceptions. - All trash must be placed immediately in a trash container or the dumpster. Sewer Policy - Sewer hose MUST BE fastened tightly using a threaded connector or rigid elbow. Please replace the sewer cover when you leave or you will be charged Repairs/Service Policy - No repairs, oil changes, or lubricating on sites. Contact the office regarding exceptions. Washing Vehicles & Campers Policy - Yes, we do allow it as long as you are considerate of your neighbors—use a shutoff device so that the water is not left running, and doesn’t make a mess. Firearm Policy - It’s Indian Mound Campground tradition to hang up your shootin' iron when you come in. NO LOADED FIREARMS, BB guns, or fireworks allowed. Pond Policy - Bass, catfish, blue gill, and bream are here. All fish are caught and released only. Fire Policy - Campfires are permitted in designated spaces only. - If your site does not have a fire ring, you must ask the manager if you can have a portable fire ring in your lot. - DO NOT dump your grill coals on the ground or you will be charged a $25.00 clean-up fee. Lot Fees Policy - Lot fees must be paid in advance. If the lot fee is not paid in advance, the utilities will be disconnected and a 15% late fee is due. - Trailers left more than 2 days without lot fee payment are subject to removal by towing at the owner’s expense and a $150.00 fee. Park Policy - We reserve the right to add to or change these rules as we see fit. - We are not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, theft, weather, or conditions beyond our control and we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time. - We like our park and the folks who stay with us, and we appreciate your help in keeping it a nice place to circle your wagon. - If there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know. HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME Campground Visitors: Any person who becomes an overnight or seasonal camper or visitor will be assumed to have read and understood our rules and regulations. You are expected to communicate these rules and regulations to children, guests, and/or invitees. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTIONS OF ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR AND GUEST PARTY!! Limitation of Liability/Damage/Waiver: IN NO EVENT WILL OWNER OR MANAGEMENT OF INDIAN MOUND BE LIABLE TO USER, ANY OF THE USERS VISITORS, GUESTS OR INVITEES, OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER LISTED ON AGREEMENT, TORT, EQUITY OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY DAMAGES INCLUDING, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY (EVEN IF SUCH DAMAGES ARE FORESEEABLE, AND WHETHER OR NOT USER OR OWNER HAD BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). GUEST HEREBY INDEMNIFIES, RELEASES AND HOLDS CAMPGROUND, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS (THE CAMPGROUND PARTIES) HARMLESS FROM ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LOSS, EXPENSES, AND/OR LIABILITIES. INDIAN MOUND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE GUEST FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY ACTIONS OR NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF ANY OTHER CAMP GUEST OR RESIDENT OR THEIR FAMILIES, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES OR INVITEES. THE GUEST OF INDIAN MOUND CAMPGROUND AGREES TO PAY THE CAMPGROUND FOR ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE GUEST, THE GUEST’S FAMILY, INVITEES, OR EMPLOYEES. Guest With Criminal Background: ANY visitor at our campground may be asked if she or he has a criminal background including but not limited to any felony convictions. Our campground is a family-oriented area as such there are usually children staying in our resort. As MS CODE ANN 45-33-49, states any state parks have a duty to inform their patrons of the presence of a registered sex offender, Though we are not a state park we at Indian Mound Campground abide by this state rule in order to keep our patrons safe. ANY person who is a registered sex offender MUST provide the camp directors a notice with his or her status, received this notice the camp reserves the right to decline entry of said person. ANY person who does not provide the camp directors a notice with his or her status will be removed and refused access IMMEDIATELY! CAMPGROUND RIGHT TO TERMINATE/REFUSE: We reserve the right to refuse the stay of a camper with no explanation. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement for any or no reason by providing users a notice to vacate the property. All user’s, guests and/or invitees agree to render peaceful possession of the site, apartment and facility building’s within three (3) days of the date provided on the notice to vacate. The campground may determine, for any reason in the campground sole discretion, that it is necessary for the camper to leave the premises of the campground prior to the scheduled period given. In the event of a disturbance of the peace and order of this campground, the campground reserves the right to require the camper to leave immediately and the right to bring it to legal attention, with NO REFUND.

Cancellation Policy

Campground Cancellation Policy - If you cancel your reservation with an 8-day to 30-day notice, you will get a 50% refund. - Cancelations with 7 days or less notice are nonrefundable. - Note: All refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable.
