Public intoxication is not permitted; violators be evicted. -Do not cut through another camper’s campsite. -Children 16 and under must be supervised by an adult at the pool, playground, bathhouse, game room, and camp store. -Curfew is 10:30 PM, all children and teens must return to their site. -Respect your neighbor’s view, no clotheslines on the trees or fences. -Any after hour concerns please contact 609-846-4427 Activities - Holly Shores offers a full schedule of daily resort activities and themed weekends designed for the young and the young-at-heart. Daily activities are scheduled for children and adults in season and weekends in the spring and fall. Activities include arts & crafts, games, hayrides, pool parties, outdoor movie night, adult swim, poolside bingo, ceramics and more. Holiday events are also planned throughout the season. ALL ACTIVITIES BE SUBJECT TO SOCIAL DISTANCING AND OTHER CDC GUIDELINES. Bathhouses - Clean, modern bathhouses with hot showers and flush toilets. Timed showers are 25 cents. This helps protect our field beds and conserves underground aquifers from salt water intrusion. Bikes & Bike Path - Bikes are a great way to get around the campground and local areas! Take the Cape May Bike Path, a 2 ½ mile fun-filled family ride. This path takes you right into Historic Cold Spring Village! The bike path is not monitored and use of the bike path is at your own risk. Need a bike? Stop by the front and ask our rentals! For the safety of all our children and campers, we do not allow bike riding after dark. NJ State law requires riders under the age of 16 to wear a helmet. Bicycles must stop at the front gate and present ID and site # when entering the campground. Cable TV - To receive basic cable channels, connect your RG6 cable to your site pedestal. You may need to reprogram you T.V., instructions available in the front . A channel line-up is available in the campground map pick one up in the front . Holly Shores events and activities can be viewed on channel 2. Campfires & Firewood - Campfires are permitted 8:00 AM to 11:30 PM. Do not leave campfires unattended. Be sure to put out your campfire before leaving the site or retiring for the night. Maintain the fire in the fire ring we provide for the site. All campfires must be extinguished by 11:30 PM. Cutting down campground trees, branches, bushes or any other foliage is not permitted. No outside firewood is permitted in the park per the NJ DEP. Trees are dying from infestation by the Asian Long Haired Beetle. We have firewood available for purchase at the camp store. Please protect our trees. Campsites - We offer water/electric sites and full hookup sites, (water/electric/sewer), for travel trailers and RV’s up to 40’. Our large, leveled, stoned and shaded sites include a picnic table and fire ring. Please be considerate of the next camper on your departure day and vacate your site on time. If you arrive early, please do not expect the park staff to relocate another camper’s site assignment simply because that camper has not yet arrived. The vacant site might not be available for the length of your stay. Although we do our best to accommodate your site requests, we cannot guarantee a specific site. We reserve the right to substitute campsites. A 50% deposit is required when making a reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations - Campsite cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival date result in a refund minus a $30 cancellation fee. Campsite cancellations made less than 14 days but at least 7 days prior to arrival date be entitled to a Holly Shores Camping Resort credit for a future stay, minus a $30 cancellation fee. Campsite cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival shall receive no refund or credit. cancellations require 4 weeks’ notice for a refund of your deposit, less a one-night stay fee. unit cancellations made less than 28 days prior to arrival date shall receive no refunds or credits. Children - It is your responsibility to supervise the children at your party. Children must be supervised at the pool, playground, game room, bathhouses, camp store & activities. Children are not permitted to ride bikes after dark. All children must be back at their campsites by 10:30 PM. Check-in & Check-out - Campsite check-in is 1:00 PM. Rental unit check-in is 4:00 PM. No check-ins after 10:30 PM. In the spring & fall seasons, store hours change, so please call prior to your arrival for closing times. All sites and rental units must check-out by 11:00 AM. If you plan to leave before the opens, drop your gate cards and/ key in the slot on the front door. We return your gate card and/ key deposit via check in the mail within 10 days. No early arrivals late check-outs in July August. Dog-Friendly Units - Dog-friendly units require a $10 daily dog fee (spring & fall) and $12 daily dog fee (holidays & in-season), dog, unit (non-refundable). Only one 80lb. dog, two dogs totaling up to 80 lbs., are permitted in dog-friendly units. Sorry, no puppies under 1 year permitted. A signed $100 security deposit credit card authorization form is required per dog at check-in. I understand a valid credit card must be available on the reservation account and a deposit charge of $50 is to be added at check-in for excessive shedding fee. If after cleaning and inspection, quality assurance reports need for extra cleaning due to pet shedding the $50 charge be added to the credit card on account. Dogs are not to be left alone in rentals. Dog owners are financially responsible for any damage or destruction to the rental unit caused by their dog(s). All dogs must be current with vaccinations. We do not permit aggressive dogs. No cats permitted. Service animals are welcomed! Equipment Rental - Sports equipment is available with a refundable deposit at the campground store. Refundable $5 fee for basketball, volleyball and ping pong paddles. Refundable $20 fee for horseshoes & bocce ball. Express Check-in - Get the VIP treatment! Express check-in available for campsites paid in full 30 days prior to arrival, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in the summer (July & August) as well as Memorial Day, Labor Day and Halloween weekends. Receive your site map from security and go right to your site! Come up to the front within 1 hour to complete your registration. Sorry, express check-in is not available for units. Facility Closures - Facilities may be temporarily closed for maintenance, cleaning, parties, activities other safety related issues. Please observe all closed signs as posted. Fishing - Located within walking biking distance, behind the campground, are 3 beautiful, fresh water lakes. These lakes are 800 feet from the back of the campground. We are proud sponsors of these NJ Wildlife Preservation Lakes. We take pride in helping to keep these lakes beautiful and clean for everyone. The NJ Wildlife Lakes are “Catch and .” Children 15 and younger do not need a fishing license. The lakes are not monitored by campground staff and use of these lakes is at your own risk. Help us preserve the wildlife and lakes, please do not litter. NO SWIMMING! Grass and Trees – Please DO NOT placemats or carpets on the grass. No clotheslines on trees, bushes, or fences. No cutting or trimming of our trees or foliage. Golf Carts - Golf carts available for hourly, daily, and weekly rentals. Reserve with your reservation. Electric golf carts are allowed in the park, proof of liability insurance on your golf cart must be presented at check-in. Additional daily fees required to bring in your golf cart, spring $5 and fall $6 day, $8 in season (June 15th – Labor Day), and $10 for all four Halloween Weekends. Group Camping - Holly Shores offers spring and fall group specials as well as affordable scout and youth packages. We welcome groups, clubs, weddings, family reunions, scouts, youth groups, outings, and birthday parties. For groups of 6 sites or more, ask for our group coordinator. Ask a hayride group photo! Laundromat - Clean and modern laundromat available with XL capacity washers/dryers. Laundry equipment is operated by debit or credit cards only, no cash or coins. Dogs limited to 2 campsite free of charge. Max of 2 dogs site. All pets must be current with vaccinations. We do not permit any aggressive dogs. Barking dogs and exotic birds animals are not permitted. Dogs must be on a short leash and under the owner’s control at all times. Pets must not be left alone. Owners must clean up after their pets. There is a $100 fine for failure to clean up after your pet. Waste bags are located by the dog park, nature trail, pool, and bathhouses 1, 2, and 3. Children 14 years and younger may not exercise a dog without adult supervision. No pets permitted in the pool area, playground, pavilion, store, game room, bathhouses or laundromat. Photographs & Videos - From time to time Holly Shores Camping Resort may take photographs and/or videos of our campers and their visitors, including but not limited to our activities and/or special events, to be used in advertising for the campground. The signing of the Campground Rules Acknowledgment Form upon check-in grants permission to Holly Shores Camping Resort to use any such photographs and/or videos for internal and external advertising purposes, including but not limited to advertising on Holly Shores’ television station, without payment compensation. Playground - Open 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM daily. Please accompany your children to the play area. Pool - Holly Shores offers a large heated pool, baby pool with fountain, and 2 hot tubs. Our pool is open from mid-May to late September. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. An adult at least 21 years of age must accompany all children under the age of 16 – State Law Sanitary Code & P.L. 1999 Chapter 299. Do not swim alone, bring a friend. Our hot tub spas are for adults 18 and older. Please shower daily before entering the pool. Children and infants not potty trained must wear approved swimming diapers before entering the pool. No glass bottles at the pool, no alcoholic beverages, no smoking, and no pets permitted in the pool area. Propane Sales - Refill service for tanks and RVs is available for a fee. See front for details. Units - We offer beautiful safari glamping tents, tiny houses, ultra-deluxe cabins, premium cabins, and park models to fit everyone’s needs. Rentals must be left in a clean condition a minimum of $100 cleaning fee be charged. Please check your unit upon arrival and report any concerns or issues to the immediately so they can be addressed and to avoid being charged for potential damages or cleaning fees. No smoking in any of the units. A minimum of $250 ionizer cleaning fee be charged if you smoke in a unit. All rentals require a signed $250 security deposit credit card authorization form at the time of check-in/digital registration. There be a $60 charge for any damaged, stained, ripped or ruined mattress covers that are provided for your comfort and protection. You must not use them as a bedsheet. Debit cards and gift cards can’t be accepted for security . Please visit our website www.hollyshores.com to see a complete list of items to bring. A valid credit card must be on file in your reservation for a $20 unit key deposit. The unit key must be returned upon departure from the campground $20 be charged to the credit card on file. Guests are responsible for keys that are lost during their stay, a $20 fee be added to your account for each lost key. Security Gate & Gate Cards - Holly Shores Camping Resort is a secure community, operating a card-controlled gate system. A gate card is required to enter the park by vehicle, on your own. A valid credit card must be available on your account for a $10 gate key deposit. Guests must return the gate key upon departure from the campground or the $10 be charged to the credit card on file. Guests are responsible for gate cards that are lost during their stay, a $10 fee be added to your account for each lost gate card. All cyclists and pedestrians must stop at the gate prior to entering the campground. The electronic gate system to enter our campground is powered by a sensor that is activated by your gate card. Once the gate is lifted it remains up until your car has passed through. Only one car/truck, one car/truck towing a trailer/pop-up/5th wheel, one motorcycle, or one individual on a bicycle can pass through the gate at one time. If you attempt to pass more than 1 vehicle of any type through the gate at one time you are putting yourself and the other party at risk of being harmed. Holly Shores is not responsible for any harm caused by the electronic gate system to your person or party from the result of your misuse of the said electronic gate system. Smoking - No smoking in any of the units. No smoking inside bathhouses, showers, laundry mat, game room, pavilion, playground, camp store, or the swimming pool area. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 6 mph while in the park. Please obey our speed limit for your, your children’s, and our camper’s safety. State Rules & Regulations - Recreational campgrounds are regulated by the Department of Health and the State of New Jersey. The rules regulating campgrounds and the behavior of our camping guests are spelled out under N.J.A.C. 8:22-1/1. Copies of the State Law are available at the . Failure to comply with the rules governing the campgrounds may result in your eviction without refund. Store - Our campground store is your 1-stop-shop for groceries, ice cream, snacks, , camping gear, ice, propane, firewood, and more! Don’t forget your Holly Shores souvenirs! Services include faxing and copying ($), local attractions info, and maps. Storage - We offer off-site RV, boat & golf cart storage. Call 609-886-8858. Tents - Tents are not permitted on RV sites. Theft and Loss - Campers are responsible for securing their own personal property, including, but not limited to, their campers and contents, vehicles, tents, or any other personal property. Holly Shores, its owners, agents, and employees are not responsible or liable for theft and assume no liability for accidents or damage caused by the Acts of God or other casualty or damage such as, but not limited to, theft or loss of any kind, dog bites, fallen trees, limbs or branches (alive or dead), fires, floods, windstorms, electric outages, explosions, lightning strikes, accidents or vandalism to your camping unit, vehicle or other personal property and/or the personal property of your visitors. Campers are responsible for having insurance policies on their rigs. Trash & Recycling - Please separate your trash and recyclables and place them at the end of your site in plastic bags before 12 noon. Trash is picked up every day at 12 noon. Please do not leave trash on your site overnight due to animals going through the bags left out. Trash and recycling policy subject to change based on COVID-19 restrictions. Visitors - All visitors must register at the prior to entering the campground. You may pre-register your visitor at the prior to their arrival. Visitor fees are refundable up to 2 hours from the time the visitor checks in. Visitors that stay longer than 2 hours have until 11:00 AM the next morning to be in the park. Visitors planning to stay after 11:00 AM must re-register in order to remain in the park. Failure to re-register be an automatic charge to your account for said visitor(s). Visitors may not check-in after 9:00 PM. After 9:00 PM, overnight visitors must be pre-registered and fees are non-refundable. The unregistered visitor be denied entrance after hours. Visitors fees are non-refundable on Halloween weekends, 10/2-4, 10/9-12, 10/16-18 and 10/23-25. Halloween Visitor Fees: $10 adult, $7 child (17 years & younger), and $10 car, visitor fees are non-refundable, all proceeds go to our local cancer center. Visitor’s dogs are not permitted in the park. Visitor policy subject to change based on COVID-19 restrictions. Wi-Fi – We offer free Wi-Fi at your site and a free Wi-Fi hot spot in our Pavilion. Holly Shores Camping Resort Coronavirus (COVID-19) , Disclaimer and Indemnification and Hold Harmless Customer agrees: “Releasor” or “I” on behalf of myself and the occupants of my camping unit (meaning any physical unit located in a campground), hereby and indemnify Holly Shores Camping Resort (“campground” and “releasee”, its owners, agents, servants and employees from any liability regarding me or anyone staying in my camping unit relating to COVID-19 and any other viruses or illnesses that they may get as a result of staying at the campground. This Release, Disclaimer and Indemnification and Hold Harmless agreement is executed and made effective from check in date until I leave the campground. In consideration of the right to stay in the campground, I on behalf of myself and any occupants of my camping unit, for other good, valuable and consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: I am aware that COVID-19 and other viruses and illnesses are contagious. I am aware that people with COVID-19 and other viruses and illnesses can be non-systematic, meaning that people may be sick and contagious without symptoms. I am aware that if I stay in this campground, I am doing it at my own risk and could be exposing myself and my occupants to COVID-19 and other viruses and illnesses. I am responsible for myself and my guests. If anyone in my camping unit gets sick, we inform management who inform the local Health Department and we follow their advice on how to proceed. I am aware that I may be required to leave the campground if anyone in my camping unit displays illness. I indemnify the campground from any claims no matter the source, due to exposure to COVID-19 and other viruses and illnesses on behalf of myself and the occupants of my camping unit. I pay any fees, damages, and costs related to claims either brought by the occupants of my camping unit brought by other campers in the event someone gets sick in my camping unit from me and my occupants. I agree that I and the people occupying my camping unit wear masks at all times as long as this mandate is in place by the Governor and/or other health authorities when outside and keep at least 6 feet away from other campers as long as the State of NJ and CDC require this. I am aware that if I or any of the people in my camping unit violate this and do not wear a mask outside or get within 6 feet of other campers, we be required to leave immediately with no refund given. Assumption of the Risk: Releasor acknowledges the Activity (camping) may expose Releasor to COVID-19 and other viruses and illnesses and that injuries, death, property damage, or other harm could occur to Releasor or others. Releasor is voluntarily participating in the Activity (camping)with the knowledge or the risks, hazards, and other dangers involved. Releasor hereby accepts any and all risks of injury (including death) to Releasor arising out of or in any way connected with the Activity (camping). . Releasor hereby waives, releases, and forever discharges any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which Releasor and/or Releasor’s children, heirs, executors, assigns, parents, personal representatives, or may have which may hereafter accrue as a result of staying in the campground. Indemnification. Releasor, to the fullest extent permitted by law, shall indemnify, hold harmless, protect and defend Releasees from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, demands, lawsuits, costs, and expenses, including (but not limited to) attorney fees, arising out of or resulting from the negligence or misconduct of Releasor in connection with participation in the Activity (camping). Should any such claim, demand, or lawsuit arise or be asserted in any way whatsoever related thereto, whether arising under the laws of the United States, any state, or under any theory of law or , Releasor indemnify, hold harmless and defend Releasees from any and all costs, expenses, liability including but not limited to the cost of any settlement judgment made rendered against Releasees. Financial Responsibility. In the event that Releasor should require medical care or treatment for illness or injury sustained as a result of participation in the Activity (camping), Releasor agrees to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. Releasor represents that adequate health insurance is in effect to cover any injury or illness suffered or damage caused while participating in the Activity camping). Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of the Agreement nevertheless be fully valid, enforceable, and unimpaired by such holding. Governing Law. The parties hereby agree that this Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. If any dispute arises concerning this Agreement, venue shall be laid exclusively in the state and federal courts of the State of New Jersey which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute, and the Parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The parties, by their authorized representatives, have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date. All events, activities, prices, and specials are subject to change without notice. Offers and/or specials may not be combined. Holly Shores Management is not responsible for errors or omissions. While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
