RESERVATIONS: 1. Hearthside Grove Lake Erie accepts only Class A Motorcoaches, well-kept, and in like-new condition (our general guideline is 10 years or younger with older coaches accepted at the discretion of Management) and 24 feet or longer. Please contact us prior to making a reservation. 2. A deposit will be taken for each lot booked. 3. Cancellations received more than 3 days prior to arrival receive a full refund of the deposit. 4. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival, the deposit is not eligible for a refund but may be applied to a future reservation. 5. For cancellations or changes due to medical or other emergencies, please contact Guest Services. 6. The guest's credit card used at the time of the reservation will become the card on file and will be used for any additional charges incurred during your stay unless you provide another credit card at check-in. 7. All rates are subject to change. 8. Site numbers are not guaranteed. Some lots may be privately owned. You may be asked to move to another lot due to the unexpected arrival of the lot owner, the sale of the lot, or for lot maintenance reasons. If your reservation must be moved, you will be moved to the next lot that is comparable to your original lot type requested if there is a lot available in that category. RESORT POLICIES (during your stay): 1. Check-In is at 1:00 pm. Check-Out is at 11:00 am. For early arrival or late check-out please contact Guest Services. There are no refunds for early checkout. 2. All guests must register with a Resort Host at the Welcome Center. After-hours arrivals must check-in at the Welcome Center the following day prior to 10:00 a.m. 3. Vehicles must be registered and display the window tag provided. 4. The amenities of the resort, including the pool, are reserved for overnight guests. 5. Trash pick-up occurs each mid-morning at the curbside. Please refrain from leaving trash out overnight due to wildlife concerns. Guests may also drop trash at the dumpster station. 6. To extend your stay, please contact Guest Services. 7. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. 8. Gas fires are permitted on lots. Wood fires are only permitted in designated areas. 9. Site decorations or ornamentation are not permitted, except those of a permanent nature by lot owners, within the guidelines of the Homeowners Association. 10. The Resort is pet friendly - two well-mannered dogs are allowed per lot, on a leash. Pet waste stations are available throughout the resort. Pets causing a disturbance or harm will be subject to removal from the Resort. 11. Washing of vehicles is permitted on lots. 12. The speed limit within the Resort is 15 miles per hour. 13. Clotheslines, tents, screen rooms, lawn decorations, temporary pet fences, and other temporary enclosures are prohibited. 14. Brandishing or discharging firearms, lethal weapons, and fireworks are prohibited. 15. Smoking is not allowed in the public buildings or gathering spaces of the resort. 16. Electric golf carts are encouraged. Gas-powered golf carts are not permitted. 17. Electric golf carts and bikes may be ridden on streets within the Resort, or other designated pathways, but not in Preserve areas. 18. Please respect the privacy of others by not walking on occupied or developed lots, except by invitation. Sales staff are available for lot tours. 19. For their safety, children under the age of 14 are not allowed on the fitness equipment. 20. catch & release fishing is allowed in waterways and ponds. Please, no swimming or water play. 21. Resort Management assumes no responsibility for injury, accident, damage, or loss of personal property from any cause of nature. 22. Resort Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and ask them to leave the Resort, if necessary. No refunds will be issued. 23. These terms and conditions are subject to change. Cancellation Policy

We recognize that plans can change, forcing guests to modify or cancel their reservations. We intend to make our policies as convenient as possible while accommodating as many of our loyal guests as we can. To respect all our current and future guests, we follow these policies: Cancellation: Our cancellation deadline is 3 days before arrival, which we define as 72 hours before the check-in time on the reservation date. • Cancellations more than 3 days before arrival receive a full deposit refund. • Cancellations within 3 days of arrival, the deposit is not eligible for a refund but may be applied to a future reservation. • No-shows: In the rare circumstance that a guest does not arrive on the day of check-in, we will cancel the remaining days of the reservation and keep the first-night deposit. Guests unexpectedly delayed must contact us to avoid losing the remaining days of a reservation. Spot2Nite convenience fees are non-refundable. Early Departure: Unfortunately, we cannot refund portions of a stay in the event of an early departure. If a guest faces extenuating circumstances, they should speak with the office staff.
