Check-in Procedure - Check-In Time: 03:00 PM - Check-Out Time 11:00 AM - Sites are normally available by noon dependent on late check-out by prior guest. - By checking in to Fair Harbor RV and Georgia Horse Stables, you agree to follow all park rules. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - Early check-out will not result in any refund. - If you intend to extend your stay, you must notify us before 11:00 am. - Sites are normally available by noon, dependent on late check-out by prior guests. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Payment Policy - A payment of 100% of the reservation fee is required at the time of booking. - Advanced payments made over the internet are always paid by credit card. - By providing a credit card number, you are authorizing fairharborrvpark.com to bill your credit card for the full amount of reservation, including any costs accrued while at the property, and outstanding balances not paid at time of departure. - Overnight RV rates include four (4) people and two (2) pets. - Additional nightly fee for extra people and/or pets. Monthly Payment Policy - Monthly payments require one full month up front. - Your second payment will be prorated to the first day of the 2nd month. - Fees are then due on the 1st of every month. - Late fees are applied after the 5th and 10th and will be 5 and 15 percent. - No payment by the 15th of the month will result in expulsion. - Three late payments in a 12-month period will also be grounds for expulsion. Change Policy - Service charges may apply for changes to this reservation. - One change to this reservation is allowed without incurring a service charge. - All subsequent changes will be charged $5.00 per change. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm - 8:00 am. Agreement to Rules - By checking into Fair Harbor RV and Georgia Horse Stables, you agree to follow all park rules. - Rules are located on the back of the campground map and below. - Monthly guests must follow the rules agreed upon on the monthly paperwork, as well as the general rules. Guest Responsibilities - All guests are responsible for costs and labor associated to any damages caused by them or their guests. Liability Disclaimer - FHRV is not responsible for any damages caused by acts of nature, other guests, or any other reason whatsoever. Late Checkout Policy - All reservations that check out late (after 11am) are subject to a late checkout fee and/or an additional night's stay based on time of departure. Speeding - Speeding is not tolerated at Fair Harbor RV. - Guest are responsible for any vehicle at their lot, including visiting guests. - You agree to all speeding fines at check in and authorize Fair Harbor RV to charge the credit card on file for any fines added to your account. - Fines are as follows: First offense $50. - Second offense $75. - Third offense will end your stay. Pet Policy - Pets are an additional $15 each per day; maximum two, maximum 100lbs total. - If you desire to bring more than two pets you will need to call our office to discuss. - Pets must be crated while inside friendly, leashed, and cleaned up after outside. - Pets cannot be left alone inside or outside the cabins. - All pets must be friendly, leashed, and cleaned up after. - No unattended pet pens/fences/kennels on site. - Do not leave your pets outside unattended. Cleanliness and Trash - Please don't litter. - Cigarette butts are litter. - See map for dumpster locations. - Dispose of trash in dumpsters. - Trash pickup is not offered at FHRV. - Large items are not approved for dumpsters and fines will be assessed after video footage is consulted. RV Site Usage - No camping tents on RV sites. - RV sites have one intended set up direction. - RVs of any size are not allowed to set up on the site in the wrong direction. - Do not "cut through" RV sites. Children Policy - Parents/Guardians are responsible for damages caused by unsupervised children. Laundry Facilities - Laundromat is available to guests 24/7. - Any mistreatment of laundry facilities will result in fines or bans. Damages and Liability - You are responsible for any damages to any equipment and/or utilities. - FHRV is not responsible for damages. Golf Cart Operation - Golf Carts can be driven alone by any licensed person 15 years or older. - Operators of at least 13 years of age need to have an adult (18 years or older) accompany them in the passenger seat. - No one under the age of 13 may operate a golf cart in the park. Pools and Water Use - We do not allow pools of any kind. - Fees for water use will be applied to your account for violations. Communication Consent - You authorize FHRV to send you text message reminders and updates from our toll free number from Text Magic. Speed Limit and Fines - Speeding not tolerated at FHRV. $50 fine for violators. - Our speed limit is 10mph. - $25 fine for first offense, $50 for second, third offense will end your stay. Lake Lodge - Upon payment, you agree to all terms and conditions for the Lake Lodge. - Our speed limit is 10mph. $25 fine for first offense, $50 for second, third offense will end your stay. - Quiet hours (10pm-8am). - No smoking inside the Lake Lodge, $150 smoking fine. - Lake Lodge must be cleaned. - All trash must be disposed in the dumpsters. - Any damages must be reported and paid for. - $25 fee charged to your card for failure to return the Lake Lodge key upon departure. - Failure to follow these rules will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and authorization for any charges due to damages. Cabins - Upon payment, you agree to all terms and conditions for the Cabins. - Linens and towels provided by FHRV. - Check in time for Cabins is anytime after 3pm. - Check out time for Cabins is 11am. - NO SMOKING inside the Cabins, $150 Smoking Fine. - $75 fee charged to your card for violations. - $25 fee charged to your card for failure to return the cabin keys upon departure. - Cabin price is for (up to) 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 18). $8 per extra person per day. - Fee for day visitors not already registered will be $5 per person per day. - Any damages must be reported and paid for. - Full balance is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Storage - Upon payment, you agree to all terms and conditions for storage at FHRV. - Payment by credit card on file is required for auto payment on the 1st of each month. - Stored RVs must have slides in. - Overnight stays in stored items (RVs, cars, etc.) are not permitted - By accepting these terms, you agree to secure and insure your stored items. - FHRV insurance does not cover stored items - Notify FHRV anytime your vehicle is removed from the property. - Authorize Fair Harbor RV to run you card at any time for past due balances or any remaining balance when stored items are removed from the property. Golf Cart Rental - Upon payment, you agree to all terms and conditions for golf cart rentals. - Golf carts may be picked up during check-in. - Golf cart pick up after office hours (6pm) will not be available. - Golf carts should be dropped off at the office when you check-out. - If you depart prior to the office opening, the cart and charger should be left on site and the key placed in the drop box at the front office doors. - Lessee must be a minimum of 21 years of age. - FHRV rental golf carts may only be operated by licensed drivers ages 16 and older. - Driver shall present a valid driver's license to management at their request. - Failure to abide by this rule will result in termination of the rental with no refund. - Reckless or unsafe driving will result in immediate forfeiture of golf cart without refund. - Golf cart should be returned in the same condition in which it was received. - You agree to be legally and financially liable for all costs of repairs and damages sustained to the golf cart and/or property while the cart is in your possession. - FHRV is not liable for damage and/or injury to any persons or property. - Staff at FHRV if you have any questions or concerns about operating the golf cart, or if you or your guest cause any damage to the golf cart, property, or other through your use of the golf cart. - To not attempt any form of work or repair on the golf cart and to instead notify FHRV with any issues related to the golf cart. - Unauthorized work on the gold cart will result in a fine and forfeiture of the rental. - Usage of the golf cart can be revoked without notice by FHRV for any violation of this agreement.
