Its History dates back 450 years when the first Spanish explorers landed on Pensacola Beach.

Rules

Registration and Arrival Check In Procedure - Check In: 1:00 PM - Check Out: 11:00 AM - Registered guests must be a responsible party age 21 or older. - All overnight visitors must register at the office. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quite Time - Please be courteous of noise levels before 9 AM and after 9 PM. Campsite Standard Policy - There is a 3.5% surcharge for any payments made not using cash, check, or ACH payments; this applies to all transactions. - No arrivals after dark, please! - If you are renting a seasonal site the minimum amount of time is 61 days and up to 6 months. - If you change amount of days to below 60, the system automatically resorts back to charges for a weekly rate for $284 plus tax. - So you have to stay 61 days to keep the seasonal rate of $750.00 a month plus tax plus electric. - Also in must cases with seasonals your last electric bill is taken from your deposit and remainder credited back to card on file. - Stays longer than one week, has electric plus tax added each month. - The first invoice will have the deposit added at the time the reservation is made. - There is a 3.00 booking fee added to all reservations. - Late fees can apply if rent is not paid on time. - Anyone staying longer than two days will be subject to a $7.00 fee per person/day. - All Guests and visitors must conduct themselves in a respectable manner and treat others respectfully, or you will be asked to leave. - Any show of violence will result in immediate termination and no refunds! - Guests are responsible for any claim, loss, or damage caused by Guests, their visitors, or their pet(s). - Make sure to keep personal items out of the way of lawn mowing. - Keep items off grassy areas. - Owners are not responsible for any damages to anything left in the way. - Children must be under parental supervision while in the park at all times. - Take caution near the busy road. - No sexual predators/offenders or registered felons are allowed in this RV park. - Tenants/renters are considered transient campers and not permanent residents. - This property is privately owned. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. - Drifters RV Park, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, loss of money, or valuables of any kind to our guests or their visitors. - Violations of rules may result in immediate eviction without warning or refund. - Drifters reserve the right to refuse accommodations to anyone who does not comply with our rules. - Wifi is available at all sites. - Understand if you choose to stay longer than your prepaid time, you must arrange this with the office in a timely manner as your site may be already pre-booked. - A nonrefundable processing fee of $15.00 is applied to all transactions. Speed Limit - Speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH at all times. - (1)= Warning, - (2)= You will park at the office, - (3)= You will camp elsewhere. Safety - Please call non emergency sheriff's department at 850 436 9620 for any suspicious activity or personal theft you may encounter. - Never approach anyone under any circumstances, and call 911 for all emergencies. - We do recommend that you lock up or bring in all valuables for added protection due to the park not being liable for theft, some use tile chip as well. - You decide and are responsible for the security of your items. - No use of Firearms or Fireworks on the Property or in the Campground. - In the event of a Hurricane or other disaster, you are required to follow all evacuation notices. - If you should choose not to evacuate, you do so at your own risk. - Drifters RV Park, its owners, management, and staff are not liable for you or any loss you incur. Prohibited Substance - Illegal drugs and/or drug activity are not allowed on the Property, violation is grounds for immediate expulsion from the park. - No Refund Parking - No parking at empty sites. - Park only on gravel or brick. If you do not fit, you will need to find parking for that vehicle elsewhere. - Do not park or drive on the grass! - No commercial vehicles in the park; all commercial vehicles must be parked off-site. Vehicle - All vehicles must be in running condition, licensed, and registered with the Office. Limit 2 vehicles per site. Pet Policy - The owner requires you to meet all animals that come into the park within the first 3 days of your arrival. - Aggressive pets of any kind will not be allowed, no exceptions for insurance purposes. - There is a maximum of two dogs, no exceptions, please. - Please keep barking to a minimum so as not to bother others. - Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and not left unattended. - We require proof of current vaccines. - Owner, at any time, may request a pet be removed from the Property or the Campground. - Pick up after your pets in a bag and dispose of it in the dumpster! Please do not let your pets wander into your neighbor's yards. No one wants to step in dog waste. Site - Please keep your campsite clean and uncluttered. - Storing things under your RV will bring unwanted critters. - Place items in covered bins and then place them under the RV. Disposal - Garbage must be bagged and placed in the dumpster; there is no pickup at each site. - It is a Health Code Violation when household garbage is left outside. - Please do not dispose of large items in the dumpster, only trash. - Clean Up Fees can and will be charged for any trash or Cigarette Butts left behind including any dog poop so please, please check before you leave! - In most cases, the next guests are waiting to come in. - We suggest you keep your blackwater closed due to the heat and humidity in Florida, as you will get flies. - No hot coals placed on property or in the dumpster. - No open burning. - Septic Donuts are required per Florida State Law. - Under no circumstances is the dumping of black water anywhere on the property except for the dump station acceptable. - Do not dispose of or flush condoms, sanitary items, flushable wipes, paper towels, cooking oil, food, antifreeze, or other harmful items through the septic system. - This includes your unit, restrooms, showers, and laundry drains. Bathhouse and Laundry Are - Please be courteous when using the Bath House and Laundry; Clean up after each use. - Cleaning supplies are not provided; please bring your own. - Do not leave any water standing; mops and squeegees are provided. - Clean lint traps on the dryer after every cycle, remove personal items, and turn off lights when not in use. - Children under age 16 should be accompanied and supervised while utilizing the Bathhouse and Laundry. - Do not prop the door open. - No Smoking in the laundry area or bath house. Emergency and Disaster - In the event of a Disaster (this can be a flood, hurricane, tornado, wildfire, etc.) - The park office will be closed. - Residents should evacuate as mandated by Escambia County, we are considered Zone A. Ensure that you and your families are prepared to evacuate. - Locate the nearest Shelter prior to any notices and be sure they are open and available to pets or special needs should you require that.CouPensacounty: Escambia County - All RVs and guests should evacuate safely and not block streets while exiting the park. - Before evacuating the park, RV owners should ensure that they have disconnected water, sewer, and electrical connections as well as securing any propane tanks that may have been used, and any outdoor items that can become dangerous in heavy winds. - If you should choose to remain on the property and not follow proper evacuation orders for our area, you do so at your own risk.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
