Arrival - Please pay registration fees in advance and register only for the amount of time you are sure that you will stay. We do not offer refunds. - Please observe the 5 MPH speed limit in the park. Park Info & Store Hours Cypress Landing at Gantt Lake 32249 Riverland Dr Dozier, AL 36028 (Covington County) Wednesday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM If arriving after hours, please contact the office in advance for check-in instructions. Length of Stay - Cypress Landing offers nightly, weekly, monthly, & seasonal stays. - Monthly sites are limited to a maximum of 5 months. - Seasonal sites are available during the designated period of Nov 1 - April 1 and require a 2-month minimum stay. - Management reserves the right to limit stays and refuse extensions at its discretion. Site Assignments & Parking - Please Park only in your assigned site. - Management reserves the right to move your site if needed for events, maintenance, or site improvements. - Each site includes parking for one vehicle and one RV unit. Additional vehicles, trailers, boats, or recreational equipment must be approved by management and parked in designated areas. - Parking on grass, landscaping, or concrete patios is prohibited. - All vehicles must be properly licensed, registered, insured, and in operable condition. - Vehicle repairs, oil changes, and maintenance work are not permitted within the park. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. - Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times. Excessive noise, loud music, televisions, generators, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the park without refund. Lake & Water Safety - Use of the lake, docks, boats, kayaks, paddleboards, swimming areas, and all waterfront facilities is entirely at your own risk. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the water. - Guests are responsible for complying with all Alabama boating laws and regulations. - Cypress Landing assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, drowning, property damage, or loss of personal property related to use of the lake or waterfront areas. - Guests must follow all posted water safety rules. Pets Pets are welcome but must be properly supervised. - Maximum of three (3) pets per site. - Pets must be on a leash whenever outside. - Pets may not be left unattended outside. - Owners must immediately clean up after their pets. - Excessive barking, aggressive behavior, or nuisance pets will not be tolerated. - Proof of current vaccinations must be provided upon request. Trash Collection For your convenience, Cypress Landing @ Gantt Lake offers complimentary site-side trash collection daily between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. - Trash must be securely tied in closed trash bags. - Bags must be placed at the end of your site near the roadway for pickup. - Trash should ONLY be placed out during designated pickup hours. - Trash left out overnight or outside of pickup hours is not permitted. - Large items, furniture, appliances, hazardous materials, construction debris, and loose trash will not be collected. - Guests are responsible for disposing of trash bags in designated dumpsters outside of pickup hours. Site Appearance - Guests are expected to keep their sites clean and orderly. - Grass must be kept clear of debris and ready for mowing at any time. - Storage of appliances, building materials, hazardous materials, or excessive clutter is prohibited. - Outdoor refrigerators, freezers, tarps, storage sheds, and similar long-term storage items are prohibited unless approved by management. - Fencing, structures, or site modifications require management approval. - To maintain a welcoming environment for all guests, political signs, political banners, and political flags are not permitted within the park. Golf Carts & Recreational Vehicles - Golf carts, ATVs, UTVs, scooters, and similar vehicles may only be operated by licensed drivers unless otherwise approved by management. - All operators must obey the posted speed limit and operate safely at all times. Vehicle & RV Washing Washing of vehicles, boats, and RVs requires prior approval from management. Additional fees may apply. Emergencies - In case of emergency, Dial 911. For after hour Park emergencies, dial 334-892-3444 - In the event of severe weather, the designated storm shelter location is the Concrete Block building located next to the Office. Reservations, Cancellations & Refunds If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact the office before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit less a $25 cancellation fee. **Seasonal Rate reservations are subject to separate cancellation and refund terms. Cancellation Deadlines RV Sites & Cabins - Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit minus the $25 cancellation fee. - Cancellations made within seven (7) days of arrival will forfeit a deposit equal to one night’s stay. Refunds - No refunds will be issued for early departures. - No refunds will be issued for no-shows. - No refunds will be issued after the scheduled arrival date. - Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. - Holidays, special events, and group reservations may be subject to different cancellation requirements. - No refunds will be given due to weather, natural events, utility interruptions, or circumstances beyond Cypress Landing’s control. - No refunds will be issued for guests removed for rule violations. Photography & Media Release By entering Cypress Landing, guests grant permission for photographs, videos, and other media captured on park property to be used by Cypress Landing & Switch It Up for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes without compensation. Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional materials should notify management upon arrival. Liability Disclaimer Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their family members, visitors, pets, vehicles, boats, and personal property. Cypress Landing @ Gantt Lake is privately owned and operated. Thereby, reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, terminate a stay, or remove any guest, visitor, vehicle, boat, or RV unit for violation of park rules, disruptive behavior, non-payment, safety concerns, or conduct deemed detrimental to the enjoyment of other guests. By completing a reservation, entering the property, or remaining on the premises, guests acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
