Rules

General Resort Information: -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. -The Resort Office is open seven days a week from 8 am-5 pm. -Management is available 24/7. Please see your check-in card for phone numbers. -Check-in time is 12:00 pm. -Check-out time is 11:00 am unless prior arrangements have been made for late check-out. -Generators are prohibited inside the park unless there is a power outage. -NO SMOKING or PETS inside the Clubhouse, Laundry Room, or Pool Area. -All facilities provided for the use of REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. -All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. -All sites must be kept neat and tidy. -Garbage should be placed on the brick lane by 8 am for morning pickup and 4 pm for afternoon pickup. If you miss the pick up time, please take your garbage to the dumpster outside of the south gate located beside the shed. -A shortcut across any other RV site is prohibited. -Anyone who willfully or negligently defaces, damages, or destroys property and/or equipment of the Resort shall be liable for full replacement cost and possible prosecution. -No clotheslines, no wood/decking RV steps, free-standing patio covers, or enclosures are allowed. Umbrellas with umbrella stands are permitted. -Due to underground irrigation systems, no pegs, augers, or stakes are permitted on the granite patio areas -All BBQs and cooking devices must remain on the patio area. -OPEN FIRES ARE NOT PERMITTED-Ring, donuts or screw-in fittings for sewer connections must be used at all times. -All hoses must have a shut-off valve. -If your vehicle or RV requires service or mechanical repairs, please check-in with the office. -Discharging of firearms and fireworks is strictly prohibited. -Dumping bait on Resort property is prohibited. Please use best practices a Rental Terms -Rates include all taxes, water & sewage. -Rates may change without notice. -There is a charge of $0.16 per KWH for metered electricity on all sites weekly and monthly. -Daily/Weekly Rentals are confirmed with the first night’s deposit. Monthly Rentals are confirmed with a $200.00 deposit. -As we always try to accommodate your site request, specific site # requests are not promised or guaranteed. We reserve the right to rearrange reservations. -No pop-ups, high-lows, truck campers, or tents are allowed. -RV age requirement is 10 years or newer and in excellent repair. Over 10 years must be approved by management. All units are subject to management approval. Pool & Fitness Center Regulations -POOL HOURS: 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk. -Please refer to Pool rules and regulations posted at the Pool. -Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the Fitness Center at any time. -Please refer to the Fitness Center rules posted inside the Fitness Center. -NO SMOKING OR PETS IN THE POOL AREA. Golf Cart Policy -NO ATVs or UTVs allowed in Resort. -Only licensed drivers are permitted to operate any golf cart. -No one under the age of 16 is allowed to operate a golf cart in the resort. -All privately owned golf carts are required to have liability insurance and show proof upon registering. Pet Guidelines -Pets must be on a leash and under the control of the owner at all times. (Shock collars/clicker collars DO NOT replace an actual leash) -You MUST promptly pick up after your pet. A $50 clean-up fee will be charged for pet waste left on site. Waste bags and disposal stations are available throughout the resort. -Pets may never be left unattended at any time or create a noise disturbance. Excessive barking is grounds for termination of the rental agreement and immediate departure with NO REFUND. -If a pet crate is used, it must be kept on your site and paved areas only. -No pets allowed in the common buildings or pool areas with the exception of service animals.
