Clear Lake Campground in Clearlake, California, offers 36 full-hookup RV sites on Cache Creek with 30-amp service, taking rigs to 40 feet, plus a boat ramp, kayak and boat rentals, and an outdoor pool. Established in the 1950s, it sits on the sole natural outlet of Clear Lake — the largest natural freshwater lake entirely within California. Thirty-six sites carry water, sewer, and electric on 30-amp in back-in, creekside back-in, and pull-through configurations sized to 40 feet, with fire pits, picnic tables, and BBQ pits. Rigs longer than 40 feet will not fit, and the 30-amp service is worth noting for guests running high-draw appliances. Laundry, restrooms, and showers handle longer stays, and WiFi reaches the property. Water access is the campground's core. A boat ramp gives direct entry to the creek and lake, and boat and kayak rentals are available on site for guests who arrive without their own. Fishing, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boats, and swimming all run from the property, with an outdoor pool as the managed alternative. A playground serves families, and hiking, biking, ping pong, and birding fill out the rest. Pets are welcome. Cache Creek carries bass and catfish, and Clear Lake's position on the migratory corridor concentrates birdlife through spring and fall. Note the lake experiences blue-green algae blooms in some summer periods, which affects swimming conditions. Clearlake sits 90 miles north of San Francisco on Highway 20, in Lake County's wine country and volcanic highlands. The campground has drawn returning Bay Area families for seven decades. Clear Lake Campground is open all year, we look forward to welcoming you with the following modifications: Camper Guidelines - Only registered campers may be on site for the protection of all guests and staff. - Check-in is inside the Office/Store. One member from each party, please. Mask required. - Social distancing…remember to stay 6 feet away from folks not in your group. - Stay home if you feel ill. AROUND CAMP - Things look a little different around Camp. Rules

Please note: Clear Lake Campground has a three-night minimum on holidays. - Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. - Pets must be on a leash at all times, must never be left unattended, must always be cleaned up after, and must go in at night. - No pets on the lawn by the fishing deck. Pool Rules - Pool drinks OK, no glass, no food, no floats. Swimsuits required. - Pool closes at 8:00 pm. Smoking - No smoking in common areas (pool, patio, lawn area, fishing deck). - Drunk or disorderly conduct, profanity, or any act of vandalism will terminate your tenancy immediately. - Be respectful of other campers and guests. - Please leave the campsite as you found it when you arrived. - Planning a group outing? A vintage trailer rally? A fishing derby? A family reunion? We'd love to host you here at Clear Lake Campground Please note: - Our small vintage campground is best suited to small trailers and motor coaches. - We can accommodate a 30-foot RV/motorhome or a total tow package length of up to 35 feet (tow vehicle + trailer = 35 feet). - If you are slightly over this length, please call to see if we can accommodate you. LIABILITY: - The equipment and facilities furnished on the grounds of the park are solely for the convenience of our guests. - All persons using premises do so at their own risk. - Clear Lake Campground or its owners are not responsible for accidents, or for lost or stolen items.

Cancellation Policy

STRICT If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a 50% refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
