Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in starts at 2 PM.
- Check-out time is 11 AM.
- You do not need to contact the office for checkout.
- Early check-ins/late check-outs may be permitted for a fee and at management's discretion.
- You must let management know at least an hour in advance if you would like to check in early or check out late.
- The office closes at 7 pm, but late check-ins are allowed.
- Please contact the office for instructions prior to your arrival if you are planning to arrive later than 7 pm.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
General Rules
- You are responsible for reading, understanding, and following all the rules below.
- Failure to do so by yourself or any member of your party will result in:
- A verbal warning.
- A $50 fine.
- Removal from the park without refund.
- You are a guest in our campground.
- You are responsible for any damage or injury caused by yourself, your children, your pets, or your visitors.
- You assume all risks associated with the foregoing and agree to hold the campground harmless from and indemnify the campground against the same.
- We are not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
- We reserve the right to ask any guest who does not comply with our rules and policies to leave without a refund.
Site Changes
- You have been assigned a specific site.
- If you wish to move, please check with the office.
- Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible.
Open Fires
- Open fires are not allowed in our park.
- Fires must be in designated fire rings.
- Firewood may be available for purchase at the office.
- Gathering wood around the premises for burning is prohibited.
Site Usage
- Each RV space has room for either one RV or one tent and one vehicle.
- No exceptions.
- You are granted use of your site only.
- Please do not park your RV, vehicle, trailer, or boat, or pitch your tent or canopy in an adjacent site or in any of the common use areas.
- Use of more than your site will result in additional charges.
Storage
- Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or site.
Site and Park Navigation
- Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park.
- Please only use designated public pathways and roads to walk around the campground.
- Please do not remove or run over any park landscaping, specifically do not remove any rocks from our drainage ditches or drive over pedestrian pathways or anywhere other than your own designated site and the main campground roads.
Ocean Access
- The beach is accessible from the park using our dune path.
- The beach has a dangerous undercurrent and no lifeguards.
- Access the beach at your own risk.
- While walking from the campground to the beach, stay on designated paths only, and keep children and pets out of the dune grass.
- Do not litter or leave pet waste on the dune path.
Clamming/Fishing/Wildlife
- A license issued by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife is required for any clamming or fishing.
- Cedar to Surf is in an area inhabited by wildlife.
- There are bears, cougars, wolverines, and birds of prey.
- You should ensure that your pets and children are supervised at all times and keep trash and food in safe locations.
Visitors
- Only registered guests may use the premises.
- Visitors are allowed, however, the total number of guests in any space may not exceed the maximum capacity for that site at any time.
- Check with the office for your site’s maximum capacity.
- Visitors may park in designated visitor parking, and an additional fee may be charged.
- Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight and must vacate the premises by 10 PM each evening.
Electrical Use
- Guests are responsible for understanding how many amps their RV is using.
- Incorrect usage may result in damage to your vehicle.
- The park is not responsible for damage due to incorrect usage.
- Please notify the office if you have any electrical issues during your stay.
- Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals.
- Even if you are a licensed electrician, you are not permitted to work on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
Laundry
- The laundry room is open 24/7.
- Please do not leave your laundry unattended.
- We are not responsible for accidents or theft.
Restrooms
- For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with the exception of temporary closing for cleaning periodically.
- Guests under the age of 18 need adult supervision in the bathrooms and showers.
Rec Room/Fish Cleaning Rooms
- The Rec Room and fish cleaning rooms are open 24/7.
- Since they are community use areas, all guests are required to clean up after themselves and share the space.
- We are not responsible for the theft of anything left in the community areas.
- Guests under the age of 18 must have adult supervision when using the Rec Room or fish cleaning rooms.
Quiet Time Policies
- Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Anyone violating quiet hours will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
Trash Disposal and Recycling
- Trash bins are located near the community building.
- Garbage is to be bagged and placed in designated dumpsters and/or recycling containers.
- Please break down cardboard before placing it inside recycling containers.
- Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the dumpster.
- If the dumpsters are full, please notify the office.
- Do not leave trash anywhere other than the designated dumpster and/or recycling containers.
- Disposal of large items or hazardous materials is prohibited. Do not throw garbage in the recycle bins.
Children
- Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Riding bicycles without a parent and on our main entrance road is prohibited for the safety of your children and our incoming RV guests.
- Children must be back at their site by dusk unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Children may not use the restrooms without being accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Clotheslines/Flags
- Clotheslines and Flags are not permitted in the park.
Repairs/Maintenance of RVs
- All RVs and vehicles must be in good working order and appearance.
- We reserve the right to refuse access to any guest whose vehicle is deemed unacceptable.
- Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park.
- Tarps are not permitted on top of RVs.
- Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with 1 bucket of water and a sponge.
- Hose washing is not permitted.
- Soap or other substances may not be used on the ground around your RV.
Cleanliness
- All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
- On checkout, you will vacate your RV site and leave it in good condition.
- Any personal property left behind shall be placed in storage at your expense.
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify you where the property is stored, how the property will be disposed of if you do not reclaim it, and your right to return the property.
- Absolutely no cigarette butts, gum, cooking grease, pet waste, or firepit waste is allowed to be left in your site.
Dangerous Materials
- Any article or thing of a dangerous, inflammable, or explosive character that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire on the premises or that might be considered hazardous is not allowed on the premises.
- If these items are seen, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Safety and Emergencies
- Use of weapons of any kind is prohibited on the premises.
- The use of fireworks of any kind is prohibited on the premises. Use of illegal drugs is prohibited on the premises.
- Disruptive behavior of any kind is prohibited on the premises.
- If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office so we can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your site.
Pet Rules
- Well-behaved pets are always welcome at our campground.
- All pets must be leashed when outside your RV.
- Pets are not allowed in the buildings.
- Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, tables, fences, or posts.
- Do not leave your pet in your vehicle during your stay.
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.
- Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
- Pets may not be left unattended in our park.
- All pets must be vaccinated in our park.
- Please make sure your pet’s shots are up to date.
- Excessive barking is not tolerated.
- Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Speed Limit
- The park speed limit is 5 mph.
- Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning.
- Multiple warnings may result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Parking Policy
- Each RV space has room to park one vehicle.
- Ruts caused on your site due to additional vehicles will result in damage charges.
- The office can assign parking for any additional vehicles, trailers, or boats.
- Additional vehicle charges may apply.
- No parking in common areas.
- Do not park in the middle of the road.
- Do not park in sites that you are not registered for, and do not block any building entrances.
- Do not exceed the number of allowable vehicles in any site at any time for any length of time.
ATVs, Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, and Golf Carts
- OHVs are welcome onsite but may not be used on the dune path.
- They may only be used on designated roads and must follow the speed limit within the park.
- Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motorized vehicle on the premises.
Cabin Rules
- Do not remove any safety items/from your cabin.
- Do not remove smoke detectors (or the batteries from the smoke detectors), light bulbs/fixtures, or fire extinguishers.
- If we find that you do, we will assume that you were smoking in your cabin, and you will be banned and charged an extra fee of up to $250.
- If you have any issues with any item in your cabin, we will remove and replace/repair any faulty safety equipment right away.
- Dogs are the only pets allowed, and pets are only allowed in pet-friendly cabins.
- If you are unsure about whether or not you booked a pet-friendly cabin, please confirm with us.
- If your pet is not listed on your reservation, please confirm with us.
- Service animals are welcome.
- Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals by the State of Washington, and as such, will be treated as pets by this campground.
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
- An additional cleaning fee of $150 will be charged if we have to remove pet hair from the furniture, bedding, or towels.
- Full damage fees may be charged after check-out if your pet causes damage.
- Please use only the pet-designated blankets and towels for your four-legged friends.
- You may not leave your pet in your vehicle during your stay.
- No smoking is allowed in the cabins or within 100 feet of the cabin door.
- If there is evidence of smoking in the cabins, you will be charged an extra $250 cleaning fee.
- Do not clean your fish or clams in your cabin.
- We have spaces on the premises specifically for that purpose.
- You will be charged a $150 cleaning fee if you clean or scale your fish or clams in your cabin.
- The cabins are outfitted with bedding, towels, and dishes.
- You will be charged for any cabin items that go missing or are destroyed during your stay.
- This includes broken dishes, makeup stains on pillowcases, and stained washcloths and towels.
- Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
- No illegal drug use is allowed in the cabins.
Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations earlier than 7 days before arrival will be refunded with a 10% fee.
- Cancellations between 7 and 3 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% fee, and cancellations less than 3 days in advance will not be refunded.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
