Camp Wildfoot, situated along the south fork of Kentucky's Lake Malone, is the perfect location for your family vacation or weekend getaway to the Lake Malone area. We offer spacious cabins, rustic tent sites, and pull-through RV sites with full hook-ups. We're just a short drive from Bowling Green, Russellville, Clarksville, and Fort Campbell. Rules

LODGING POLICIES: -Wildfoot Outdoor Resort is an exclusive property where every guest and reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please give us a call at 270-657-2050 or text 931-624-1773 to cancel your reservation, per the below policy. -Voice messages will not suffice. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: -RVs Check-In Time: 1:00 pm -RVs Check-Out Time: 12:00 noon -Accommodations Check-In Time: 4:00 pm -Accommodations Check-Out Time: 11:00 am If you are arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. -Office Hours are: Monday - Friday 9 am to 4 pm -Saturday 10 am - 4 pm --Sunday 12 pm - 2 pm -Holidays hours vary. -Limited Winter Hours CANCELLATION POLICIES: -RV & Tent Sites:If you would like to move your reservation to another date we do that one time as a courtesy as long as it is done 2 days prior to the arrival date with no penalties. If you are renting a RV or Tent Site in the unlikely event that you must cancel, we require a 2 day notice by phone or email prior to the day of arrival. Refunds will be issued less a $15 cancellation fee. With less than 2 day notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. -Cabins and Airstream: If you are renting a Cabin or Airstream, in the unlikely event that you must cancel we require a 14 day notice to cancel by phone prior to the day of arrival. Refunds will be issued immediately less a $25 cancellation fee. With less than a 14 day notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. All Cabins are Smoke & Vape free including on the decks, detection of smoking or vaping in the units or on the decks will result in a $150 fee. If you would like to move your reservation to another date, we do that one time as a courtesy as long as it is done 14 days prior to the arrival date with no penalties. -Group Cancellation Policy: Group discounts start at 10 (ten) accommodations / RV Sites and receive 10% off each accommodation / site. Groups reserving 10 (ten) or more accommodations/sites will require a deposit of half of the total reservation amount. Canceling before 90 days of your arrival date will require a $100 cancellation fee. Canceling within 90 days of the arrival date you will receive half of the deposit back. Canceling within 30 days of the arrival date you will lose your deposit. Canceling within less than 30 days of the arrival date, you are required to pay the full amount of the group reservation. The group leader is responsible for any unpaid balances. Group rates are not available during June, July, October, special events*, and holidays with a 3-night minimum including Memorial Day, Labor Day, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Wildfoot Club House and Pavilion are not included in the group discount. Wildfoot Outdoor Resort staff reserves the right to determine accommodations/sites needed if you are making arrangements more than 1 year in advance. -Special events are predetermined and subject to change without notice. -Monthly Rentals: If you are renting an RV site in the unlikely event that you must cancel we require a 10-day notice by phone prior to the day of arrival. Refunds will be issued immediately less a $50 cancellation fee. With less than a 10 day notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If you would like to move your reservation to another date, we do that one time as a courtesy as long as it is done 10 days prior to the arrival date with no penalties. RV CHECK-IN: -For our camper's convenience, please proceed to your camping site, and then come check in. For RV sites we recommend that you flush the water lines before connecting, using a filter and a pressure regulator. No Parking is allowed on the paver patios or in the grass at the RV sites. SMOKING POLICY: -Please no smoking inside of the cabins or Airstream; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Detected Smoking inside unit will result in an additional cleaning fee of $150. -At Wildfoot Outdoor Resort we do not allow any illegal drug use, if any is detected you will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. Police will be notified. DEPOSITS: -One night stay deposit is required. Any Holiday bookings require a 2 night deposit. Payment due in full upon arrival date. MINIMUM STAY: -A two-night minimum stay is required. Holidays require 3 nights minimum. -RV SITES: Maximum of 6 guests allowed on one side and only 1 tent with an RV. Four guests are included in the rate, extra charge for additional overnight guests. PET POLICY: We love pets. Not all accommodations are pet-friendly. Please confirm that the accommodation is listed as pet-friendly. There is a pet fee per night in accommodations. Only two (2) dogs are allowed per RV Site and Cabins. Special arrangements must be made for reptiles or farm animals. No pets are allowed in our Airstreams without prior approval for service animals. RULES & REGULATIONS: - Fees are payable at the office during business hours. If you wish to stay another day or request a late departure, please check with the office to make sure no incoming reservations are assigned to your site. - No more than 1 vehicle is permitted per reservation. Extra vehicles and extra guests include a small fee. Please see the office to get additional parking and guest passes. No parking in the grass you will be asked to remove vehicles from these areas. Any damage done to property by vehicle or towing of RV will be charged to account on file. - Visitors must be registered with the office and fees apply for day visitors and overnight visitors. Visitors will be given a daily parking pass for a small fee. Visitors must obey all campground rules. - Campfires are to be built only in provided sites and not left unattended. - Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult at the pool(coming 2022) at all times - Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of your fellow campers. - Help us conserve water, no washing of vehicles or campers. - Speed limit is 5 MPH in the resort with no 4 wheeler or dirt bikes allowed. - Trash: Please keep your campsite clean and orderly. Use the designated dumpsters and trash receptacles to keep the campground enjoyable. If you need a trash bag, ask for one at the office. Do not use fire pits to burn trash. We ask that you clean up after yourself before you depart. Please do not leave trash in the fire pit. Excessive cleaning will result in an additional charge. If the dumpster is full please do not leave trash next to, or on top during the evening hours. If full please let the office know and they will find a place for your trash. - Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, per state law. Please pick up after your pet. Do not leave pets unattended. Unattended pets in cabins must be kenneled when alone. Limit of 2 dogs per site and units unless special arrangements are made. If you are traveling out-of-state you will need to bring a copy of your pet's records/vaccines. - State law requires no fluid discharge of any kind, including sink water, be allowed on the ground. - Washing dishes in the bathhouse is not permitted. - No nails are permitted in the trees. - No washers or dryers are permitted at your site; we have a laundry facility for your convenience. - Please do not park in the grass, park in designated areas. If damaged you will be charged for landscape repair. - Failure to comply with rules may result in eviction without refund. No refunds for early departure. - Management is not responsible or liable for accidents or injuries to guests. We are also not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, etc. due to theft. - All Cabins are smoke-free. - Must be 21 to rent a Cabin or Airstream. - A valid credit card must be on file to rent a Cabin or Airstream. These are inventoried prior to arrival and upon departure. Any damages or missing items will be charged to your card. - Pets are only permitted in the pet-friendly units and must be crated when unattended. 2 dogs are allowed per RV site and cabins and Tiny homes. No pets are allowed in the air stream unit without prior approval for service animals. - Please return your keys to the office upon check out, if you depart when the office is closed please leave the key in the night deposit box outside the office door. Any keys that are not returned are subject to a $150.00 re-key fee. - No illegal drugs allowed on the property or you will be asked to leave. - Some wildlife have an incredibly strong sense of smell so for the protection of all our guests and to avoid a run-in with them, we ask that you store all your food-related items such as forks, trash, and coolers in a hard-sided storage container. - Fire pits are not to be used for your trash, cigarette butts, or even food. Any excessive cleaning of fire pits is subject to a $25 cleaning fee. Do not burn plastic. - Guests in accommodations must wash dishes and bag up their trash. Any excessive cleaning is subject to a $25 cleaning fee. - Please do not walk through RV Sites. Walk on roads and use designated pathways. - No refunds for early checkout or early departure. - Payment for your stay is due in full upon arrival date. - Please do not bring in any outside firewood. Firewood can be purchased at Wildfoot 24/7 or can be purchased within Logan County. We are private property and firewood cannot be delivered from outside vendors/companies/etc. Our goal is to protect nature. - Please do not walk through other guests' campsites. - Guests are responsible for any damages they cause. GOLF CART USAGE ON-PREMISES: -Guests are allowed to bring and use their golf carts at Wildfoot Outdoor Resort and must obey all campground rules and regulations such as: must be 18 years of age to drive the golf cart on the premises, obey 5 mph speed limit and purchase a $25 permit to get your golf cart usage tag for Wildfoot Outdoor Resort. -Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their actions. No utv/atv usage allowed on the campground. -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
