Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure RV and Tent Sites - Check-in time is 1:00pm. - Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Cabins - Check-in time is 3:00pm. - Check-out time is 11am. - Mt. Cabin: Sleeps 9 people. - Family Cabin: Sleeps 4 with room for air mattress for 1 additional guest. - Cozy Cabin: Sleeps 3. - Wall Tent: Sleeps 6 people. - Yurt: Sleeps 4 people. - Tear Drop: Sleeps 2 people. - Gypsy Wagon: Sleeps 2 people. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Office Hours - Office hours are from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. - Phone number is 575-687-3715. Registration - Please register at the office and pay the balance upon arrival. - An attempt will be made to provide you the site of your choice although it can not be guaranteed. RV and Tent Sites - Includes 4 people per site. - Extra person fee is $5 per person per day. - Please keep your site clean and tidy, please do not drop cigarette butts and bottle tops, etc. on the ground. - We offer plenty of garbage receptacles for your use while you stay with us. - Please replace the lids securely. - Please respect other campers RV sites and privacy, go around sites that are being used, not through them. - Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Vehicles - Camp sites can accommodate your RV plus one vehicle. - If you have an extra vehicle, please check with the office to see if we can accommodate it. - Extra vehicle fee is $5 per day. - Please refrain from parking on the grass or blocking the roads. - All motorized vehicles of any size must have a licensed driver at all times. Visitors - Please inform the office if you have visitors arriving. - We welcome your visitors, however, if they are to stay overnight there will be an additional charge if over the limit of 4 people. - Extra person fee is $5 per person per day. Speed Limit - Please respect the 5-mph speed limit in the park for everyone’s safety. Quiet Hours - Please be considerate of your fellow campers by observing quiet hours from 10 pm-8 am. Pet Policy - Pets allowed in rental properties with a non-refundable $50 pet fee. - Pets limit of 2 pets per site. - For everyone’s safety, pets must be on a leash at all times. - Please do not leave your pet at the campsite if you are leaving the camp. - Please keep pets quiet as a courtesy to all other guests. - Please clean up after your pet. - An additional pet fee may be incurred if campground staff has to clean up after your pets. - Should your Camp Rio staff feel that a dog is being too aggressive, you will be asked to leave the park without a refund. Smoking - Smoking is not permitted inside any of the campground buildings, the pavilion, or the cabins. - Please dispose of any cigarette butts appropriately. Restrooms/Showers - Open 24 hours a day for your convenience. - Please let the staff know when service or toiletries are needed. - Please don’t adjust or turn off the heaters. - If your trailer is self-contained, please use the bathroom facilities in your RV/camper out of respect for our tent campers & those who do not have bathroom facilities to use. Pavilion - The pavilion is available for everyone’s use. - We do offer private parties for $100 for 4 hours max or $149 per day. - Please leave it clean or a cleaning fee of $50 will be added. Camp Grill - The grill is located next to the pavilion and is included in the pavilion rental fee for private parties. - Grill fee for other campers is $15/day. - Please leave it clean, or a cleaning fee of $50 will be added. Campfires - We comply with all local fire restrictions at all times. - We have fire rings for rent and premium firewood for sale. - Please ask permission from the office to have a portable fire pit at your site. - Fires must be extinguished before going to bed or leaving your campsite. - If you will be arriving late and wish to have a fire, please call ahead to pre-order your ring and firewood to be delivered to your site. Sewer/Gray Water - We require complete sewer connections to avoid spills and odors. - Sewer supplies are sold in the office. RV Electric - All RV campers will be charged electric for stays over 3 days. Firearms - No shooting of firearms allowed in camp. - Camp Rio is not responsible for outages, personal injury or loss/damage of personal property caused by natural disasters, fire, theft or accident. - Rates are subject to change without notice. - We reserve the right to refuse service at any time during the reservation.
