When you are looking for an RV Park near Marysvale, UT, look no further than Big Rock Candy Mountain. Located near the border between Piute and Sevier Counties, on Historic Heritage Highway 89, just 5 miles north of Marysvale, UT, and 7 miles south of Interstate 70. The RV Park features mature trees, fire pits at each site, FREE Laundry and Showers. You can literally step out the front door of your cabin, hop on your ATV or UTV, and you’re on the world-famous Paiute ATV Trail in seconds. The Paiute ATV Trail contains hundreds of miles of trails and side trails, crossing through towns and counties, over mountain ranges and streams. This well-marked Trail has been featured in several national magazines and is a favorite of both locals and visitors. Ample parking for trucks and trailers is available at Big Rock Candy Mountain Resort. In order to hold reunions at the Large Grass Area @ the RV Park, guests must now reserve RV parking spaces 25-28. RV Park Policies - Pets are always welcome. - Dogs must be leashed & attended while outdoors. - Don’t allow your pets to annoy others. - Please pick up after your pets. Bags are available at several locations. - ATVs are allowed to be ridden into and out of the park. - We do not allow children to ride unattended in the park. - Swivels must be used on all sewer connections at all times. - Lawns: No carpets, mats, ATVs, or vehicles are allowed on the lawns at any time. - TENTS may be placed in your RV Space with prior registration and payment at the Front Desk. $10 per tent, per night. - Lawns are watered on a regular basis & mowed every Wednesday; please leave your lawn accessible to our mowers. - Do not trim trees or bushes. If you feel that one needs to be trimmed please contact our camp host. - One vehicle per site. Refunds will be given in accordance with the Cancellation Policy below: -Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable. -Please note that the payments you make will appear on your credit card statement as a charge from Lemonade Springs. If you dispute the payment made for deposit or payment because you don’t recognize the charge, you will be responsible for any fees incurred by Lemonade Springs to settle the dispute.
