Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-in is 2pm - Check-out is 11am - Please contact the office if you will be arriving early or after business hours. - If you would like a late departure up to 2pm, there will be a charge of $25. - Any departures after 2pm will be charged 1 day's daily rate. - All late departures are based on availability. - Office Hours - 7:30am-6:30pm Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5pm Saturday, and 7:30am-4pm Sunday. - Holiday Hours may vary. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Payments - Payment in full is required at check-in. - Partial payments are not accepted. - Guest authorizes Bayou Oaks RV Park to debit their credit card to pay for all charges and fees associated with Guest’s stay. - Debiting for rental will normally occur on the anniversary date of each month, and the other incidental debits will occur at the time they are incurred. - This authorization will continue in effect until the tenant withdraws this agreement or the credit card expires. - Upon expiration of the credit card, it is the Guest’s responsibility to furnish Bayou Oaks RV Park current information. - Failure by guest to notify Bayou Oaks RV Park with current information may result in late fees and ejection if rental and other charges are not timely paid. Site Changes - If you did not pay the Lock Site Fee, we do not guarantee a specific site number. - We do guarantee the specific site type you reserved. - Site numbers are subject to change prior to your arrival. - If you wish to move sites, please check with the office. - Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. - Please inquire before moving sites. WiFi Guidelines - QRV Bayou Broadband 5G - QRV Bayou Broadband 2.4G - Password: bayouoaks24 - Our support team can be reached 24x7 at 1-888-507-1128 to speak with a Tier 1 support specialist 24x7. - Guests may also email [email protected] for assistance, which automatically creates a support ticket. - The WiFi system at all Quality RV Resorts is offered as a free amenity. - Quality RV Resorts will not be held responsible for WiFi performance during mission-critical tasks such as online education/testing, work-related aspects, or other time-sensitive projects. - If you perform any of the above types of tasks with regularity, it is recommended you obtain your own personal WiFi device or hotspot. Speed Limit - The park speed limit is 5 mph. - This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. - Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. - Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave. - Safety is our number one priority for our guests. Parking - Parking on or blocking empty sites is prohibited. - This can/will result in a daily rate charge or towing of your vehicle at your expense. - Each site accommodates parking for 2 vehicles. - One vehicle vertical on your pad and one parked horizontal in front of your RV. - Do not park on the grass. - Guest/Daily parking is provided throughout the resort. - No non-working vehicles allowed on property. - Guests are permitted to park trailers up to 7 feet (from tongue to back) on their rented pad. - If the trailer is longer than 7 feet, guests are required to rent parking spaces designated for trailer parking. Pet Policies Behavior - Quality RV Resorts has a strict 1-strike-you-are-out policy regarding violation of pet rules. - If your pet acts in an aggressive or problematic manner in management's sole discretion, management reserves the right for the animal to be removed immediately. Leash - We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. - This helps you, your pet, and other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe. Buildings and Pool Area - Pets are not allowed in the buildings. - County code laws do not allow pets in our building or pool area. Cleaning Up After Your Pet - Be a good neighbor and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always. - Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please. - Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a $20 fee for non-compliance. Leaving Pets Unattended - Pets may not be left unattended in our resort. - Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. - Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pet’s well-being while you are away. Barking - Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. - Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund. Campground Disclaimer - Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. - The Resort is privately owned. - Resort Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. - Guest acknowledges that the Guest is not a tenant of the Resort, and that Guest is a licensee of the Resort, and that Guest’s license to enter the premises may be terminated by Resort Management at any time for any reason. - Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions shall result, at Resort Management’s discretion, in immediate termination of guest’s right to use the resort. - Upon termination of the Guest’s privileges or upon the check-out (whichever occurs first). - Guest will vacate the space and leave it in clean condition.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Arrival: Reservations canceled at least 30 days prior to the anticipated arrival date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations 8-29 Days Before Arrival: Reservations canceled between 8 and 29 days prior to the anticipated arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rate. - Cancellations Within 7 Days of Arrival: Reservations canceled less than 7 days prior to the anticipated arrival date will not receive a refund or credit. - No-Shows: Guests who do not show up for their reservation ("no-shows") will not receive a refund or credit. - Early Departures: No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures. Refund Policy - No Refunds After Check-In: No refunds will be issued after the guest has checked in, regardless of the circumstances. - Weather-Related Cancellations: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations or early departures due to inclement weather. - Rule Violations: Refunds will not be granted if a guest is asked to leave the premises due to failure to follow the resort's Rules & Regulations or for disorderly conduct. - Management Discretion: The Resort Manager or Owner reserves the right to assess and grant refunds on a case-by-case basis at their sole discretion. - Exceptional circumstances may be considered, but the decision of the management is final. - Unforeseen Events: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or early departures due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other situations beyond the control of Quality RV Resorts. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
