Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check in after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. - Check out is 11:00 am on departure day. - If your site is available before 2 pm, early check-in may be allowed. - The site will be reserved for you until dusk on the arrival day. - Please call to inform us if you are arriving late. - Please leave the site clean for the next camper. - No site set-up is allowed between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. - We strictly enforce our Quiet Hours. - Overnight guests and Visitors must check in at the office. - All visitors must leave by 10 pm. - Late Arrivals &/or Early Departure - Sorry, No Refunds for late arrivals or early departures. - We ask that you please inform BWC of either event so that we can rearrange sites as necessary. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Booking And Confirmation - When reserving a site, your name, address, email address, contact phone number, arrival and departure time, and method of payment are required. - A site reservation is binding once it has been confirmed verbally or online, and you have received a reservation confirmation email. - Rates are based on 2 (two) people. - Site Occupancy is no more than 4 people, or 2 (two) adults and their children per site. - Only one unit per site (tent/camper/RV), barring pre-approval arrangements by BWC management. - Additional guests/vehicles/ boats must be pre-approved by BWC management. - Pre-approval required for extra vehicle: $5/day, boats: $10/day, tent: $10/day, Adult: $5/day, Child: $2/day. - Maximum capacities may not be surpassed. Payment - BWC accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. - Your balance is due at Check-In on your arrival day. Guest Policies - This campground is private property. - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. - We will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to our guests or for loss of money and valuables of any kind or damage to personal property. - As a guest of BWC, you are responsible for damage caused on purpose or by accident by you, your guest, or your pet in the campsite or on the premises. - Our rules are listed to protect you and the nature around you. - Thank you in advance for your cooperation. - No signs of political or current events may be posted anywhere on the campsite. - There will be no flags displayed other than the flag of the USA - No firearms or weapons of any kind allowed. - No generator use at any time. - Photographs of campers while on campground property may be used in promotional materials. - Fireworks of any sort, air horns, and water balloons are not permitted - Bathrooms are cleaned daily from 10 AM to 11:30 AM. - Please plan accordingly. - Store Hours: 7 am- Dusk. - Wisconsin State Law mandates that all grey water must be emptied at the dump station. - Do not deface any trees, dead or alive. - Please do not nail/screw anything into the trees. - Peeling of bark or cutting trees is strictly prohibited. - Do not gather firewood from our woods. - Please help protect the natural state of our campground. Transportation Policy - All forms of transportation must observe 5 MPH throughout the campground. - If you speed, you will be asked to leave without a refund. - No golf carts, ATVs/UTVs, scooters, hoverboards, or dirt bikes are allowed. - Mopeds are allowed on roads by licensed drivers. - Walk only on gravel roads within the campground perimeter. - No bike riding after dark. - No electric vehicle charging is available Minors Policy - We are a family-friendly campground; inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated. - Persons under the age of 21 are not allowed to camp without a person of legal age. - Playground hours: 7 am- dusk. - Parental Supervision is required for children 18 years and younger. - Curfew: 10 pm. - Children must be at their campsite at this time. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours are strictly enforced between 10 PM and 7 AM. - All radios, TVs, and electronics that are outside must be silenced at this time. - Excessive noise is not allowed at our campground, and peace and quiet are to be adhered to during Quiet Hours. - Please turn off any outside lights after dusk when not needed. - No outside lights on after 10 pm. Campfire - Firewood and fire starters are available for purchase. - We do not allow shredded paper, cardboard, scrap wood, pallets, garbage, or building wood to be burned in our firepits. - You may be subject to a $50 fine. - Bringing your own firewood may also bring in diseases and insects that can potentially destroy our woods. - Please purchase wood within a 20-mile radius of BWC or from us. - NEVER leave your fire unattended. - Be sure all embers are doused out before retiring for the evening or leaving your site. - Do not move fire rings. - Moving or damaging any metal or rock fire rings is subject to a $70.00 fine. - Please clean up your site when leaving. - Remove any non-ash remains (cig butts, nut shells, beer or pop tops, etc.) from the fire pit. - Dispose of garbage/recyclables into dumpsters provided at the exit of the campground. - Unkempt sites are subject to cleaning and disposal fees. Pet Policy - Only 2 dogs are allowed per campsite. - All dogs must always be controlled by a 6-foot leash (maximum length) and may not be left unattended at any time. - No exceptions! - No animal that is aggressive to people or other animals will be tolerated. - Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to walk dogs. - Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. - Pets are not allowed in the bathrooms and must sleep inside your camping unit.
