In addition to our main indoor lodge area, we have shaded pavilions to gather your campers, indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, and a beautiful outdoor lighted amphitheater for skits, presentations, classes, or special occasions set on a wooden deck overhanging our freshwater springs natural swimming pond – a stunning setting for unforgettable group experiences day or night!

What not to bring: What items does Aravada Springs provide: -Kitchen use can be added for a $20 fee per stay. This includes a mini-fridge, microwave, single butane burner, and kitchen set (skillet, pot, can opener, hot pad, spatula, peeler, marshmallow roasting sticks) for cooking. -Each unit has a kit of cleaning supplies (disinfecting wipes, lighter, dustpan and broom, garbage bags, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwashing pan -Each unit also comes with basic paper goods – plates, cups (hot and cold), utensils, napkins)* -Commercial Kitchen comes equipped with: -All cooking utensils -2 extra-large stock pots with lids -Basic skillets -Medium cooking pots with lids -Colander -Potato peelers -Graters -Wine bottle opener -Can opener -Knives -Measuring Spoons and cups -Cooking oil -Hot pads -First aid -Trash bags -Disinfecting wipes/sponges -Salt/Pepper, Mrs. Dash, Steak Seasoning, other spices -Bed Linens – Linens can be purchased for an add-on to cover laundering. -Towels – Bath towels are provided for guests in cabins and tents. Swimmers should bring their own beach towels for use in the pond. Aravada Springs welcomes your dogs to the ranch within the following guidelines. Dogs must be: -On a leash -Stay outside of the tent/cabin or in a kennel (not on chairs, beds, etc.) -Cleaned up after (no waste left out) -Thank you for being sensitive to our guests who may have allergies.\ -Groups will be charged for cleaning if they do not pass the cleaning inspection. -There is no smoking within 25 feet of any ranch structures. Please smoke in open areas only. Please do not litter – use trash bins or fire pits for cigarette butts. -We ask that you be courteous to our other guests with music playing. Large speakers are not allowed. Groups may use speakers when renting the entire facility. -Drop-ins are welcome during the hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. Please see the Camp Host for a tour. No drop in’s when the gate is closed. -Varmint hunting such as rabbits and coyotes is allowed in certain areas of the ranch property, and you must talk to the camp host before hunting. Deer Hunting is strictly prohibited. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
