Cabins, Lodges, and Apartments: Don't forget to bring your own linens, towels, and bedding. Restroom and shower facilities are located nearby along with an outdoor cooking pavilion. There is a 12% state tax applied to your stay.
Arrival:
- Everyone must register at the office upon check-in.
- Check-in is 1:00 pm, and check-out is 11:00 am.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Pets:
- We charge a one-time $5 per dog per visit.
- Dogs must remain on a leash at all times.
- Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets.
- Unruly, aggressive dogs result in the camper's removal from the park.
- Dogs are allowed in the Lodges with a $15 cleaning fee.
- Pets are not allowed in the upstairs apartment.
Safety:
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
- The speed limit is 10mph.
- The pool is seasonal and is open from 10:00 am to sundown.
- Fireworks, firearms and other weapons, drunkenness, abusive language, and violence are prohibited.
- No tents allowed in RV sites.
- Failure to comply with these and other posted rules terminates your stay.

- This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby indemnify the Campground, its officers, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person, his family, or his guests arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
Cancellation Policy
Renter is entitled to a full refund of monies paid, less the RVShare Service Fee and screening fee, for all cancellations made at least thirty (30) days prior to the rental start date. If Renter cancels between twenty-nine (29) and fourteen (14) days prior to the rental start date, the Renter is only entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund of all monies paid, less the RVShare Service Fee and screening fee. If a cancellation is made within the fourteen (14)-day window immediately prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable.
