Notice: Ancient Cedars Mesa Verde RV Park (the “Park”) is privately owned. Each Camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he she hereby releases the “Park”, its owners, officers, and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and personal injury arising out of his or her use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the “Park”, its owners, officers and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered Camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities. Each Camper acknowledges that they accept responsibility for damage caused by them (or members of their family) to Park property or the property of other Campers. Outside firewood is never permitted. Violation of this rule result in the assessment of a site cleaning fee based on the term of your stay. Cancellation Policy
-Spot2Nite booking fees are non-refundable. Our cancellation policy is as follows: -No refunds for no-shows or early departure. No shows shall be charged for the entire stay. -RV and tent site cancellations at least 48 hours prior to noon of the scheduled check-in day are subject to a $10 cancellation fee, to be withheld from any refund. Cancellations made later than 48 hours prior to noon of the scheduled check-in day are subject to full deposit forfeiture. -Cabin cancellations at least 7 days prior to noon of the scheduled check-in day are subject to a $25 cancellation fee, to be withheld from any refund. Cancellations made later than 7 days prior to noon of the scheduled check-in day are subject to full deposit forfeiture. -No shows be charged for the entire reservation period in full.
