They provide easy back-in sites with 30 or 50-amp service. With service for water, electricity, cable, and septic, you can rest and relax in comfort and style. They have everything to make your short or long-term stay a pleasant one. Take a stroll down their walking path and enjoy rivershore fishing, paddling, or simply the gorgeous view of the big Choctawhatchee River bend. The park is conveniently situated just a couple of miles from Fort Rucker, the Daleville city center, and US 85 access. Experience this secret 17-acre retreat in Daleville, Alabama. We are a well-oiled machine with over 25 years of industry experience. The new partners of AL Wildwood RV are excited to share our mission with our users. We are confident that our team will always be respectful and welcome, both short and long-term residents in a professional and friendly way. We will appreciate the natural surroundings of our riverfront property and continue to make improvements as needed. We will quickly make an effort to improve the grounds, offer multiple ways to reserve sites, provide optional lease agreements, implement rules, improve the infrastructure, and assure you that we will not make this a concrete parking lot. It is our priority to maintain the wilderness feel of camping. Rules

Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check-in: after 12:00pm. - Check-out: before 10:00am. - Early check-in: 9:00am. - Late check-out: 11:00am. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. RV Park Rules, Regulations & Policies - The Alabama Wildwood RV rules and regulations are in place for the benefit of all Occupants. - AL Wildwood RV Management has carefully designed these guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for the pleasure of all Residents. - This document is not to be construed as the creation of a Landlord/Tenant Relationship or Agreement for temporary or permanent housing. RV Sites - RV sites are issued only for qualified mobile RV units. - Buses, mobile homes, and other altered vehicles are strictly prohibited from being brought into the seasonal RV area. - Incoming RV units must be under 400 sq. ft. and 15 years or newer and easily movable. - Wheels and hitches must remain intact while at AL Wildwood RV Park. - Daily/monthly/seasonal/annual park agreements are renewed at the discretion of park management. - RV Sites may not be used for storage of boats, cars, or anything but the RV itself. Fees - Failure to pay site fees will result in immediate vacancy. - Late fees apply automatically on the 6th of each month of $25 for all long-term. Agreements - Agreements are automatically terminated with a sale or permanent removal of any RV unit. - Before any sale of an RV unit, an inspection by park staff must be done. - Any deficiencies must be repaired prior to the finalization of the agreement transfer. - Trailers that have attached cabanas and cover the trailer in any way are not eligible to stay in AL Wildwood RV after a sale. - Some units may not be repairable due to age or condition and may require removal. Vehicle - Occupants are not permitted to wash vehicles, ATVs, RVs, boats, etc., at the Park. - Violators may be fined. - If you are interested in a car wash, one is in town. - More than two vehicles/boats, etc. will result in $25/mo additional fees. Storage - Storage at an RV site is permitted and limited to patio furniture, portable grills, bicycles, and neatly stacked firewood. Outdoor - Items not labeled for outdoor use (indoor couches or furniture, etc.) may not be kept outside the trailer at any time. Occupants - Occupants are responsible for the maintenance of their RV sites and RV unit, including maintaining lawn furnishing and outdoor equipment in a neat appearance. - Failure to properly care for an RV site will result in park personnel’s intervention at the occupant’s expense. - Failure to comply with park specifications may result in eviction, with the removal of the unit at the owner’s expense and forfeiture of all fees and deposits paid. Unoccupied Units - Air conditioning units must be turned off when an RV unit is unoccupied. - Units left on when the unit is unoccupied will result in a daily monetary fine levied on the trailer owner of $10. Tampering - Tampering with any electrical utility panel is a felony under the penalty of law. - Violators will be prosecuted. Outside lighting - Outside lighting on an RV unit is permitted if the lighting is placed on a timer to conserve energy. Trash - All trash will be disposed of at the street’s curbside for weekly trash pick-up (Monday or Tuesday AM). Outside Refrigerators - No outside refrigerators or freezers. Pet Policy - Please keep your pets on a leash. - Pets are not to be outside without supervision. - Occupants shall clean up after their pets. - No aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behavior from any breed of animal will be accepted. - Sample breeds not permitted are: Doberman, German Shepherd, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Akitas, or any animal that is creating an unwelcoming environment in our park will be asked to leave with their owners, with no refunds available. Quiet Time - Quiet times are from 10 PM to 6 AM.

Cancellation Policy

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
