Twenty-five standard back-in sites carry water, sewer, and electric on 30 and 50-amp, sized to 55 feet, with WiFi. At 25 sites this is a small community, so book well ahead — particularly for the winter season. Laundry handles the practical side.
The recreation infrastructure is the reason people come. Two pools and hot tubs with sauna anchor daily aquatic recreation, with a fitness center, clubhouse, library, and craft room covering the social calendar. Pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and billiards fill the competitive side, and a dog park serves pets. Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
- Check-out time is 11:00 am
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Speed Limit
- Please obey all speed limit and traffic signs.
Violation
- Resort management reserves the right, at their sole discretion to require any person to leave the property for reasons such as but not limited to.
- Disrespect to management or other guests, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, objectionable behavior, or violation of any guidelines.
- No refunds will be given.
Guest
- Registered guest are responsible for the conduct of all individuals in their party and visitors.
- This includes damages to the site or resort property.
Property
- Resort management, with sole discretion, reserves the right to refuse check-in of any RV, or, require removal of any RV from the property due to condition or age.
- Unlicensed or inoperable RV’s are expressly prohibited.
Mechanical Repairs
- No mechanical repairs are allowed on site.
RV
- Only one RV is allowed per site.
Smoking
- Smoking is not allowed in any resort buildings or common areas including the pool.
Pet Policy
- Guests must sign a Pet Addendum to register your pet.
- There is a $10.00 monthly charge per pet for monthly reservations.
- Per the county ordinance, pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outside of your RV.
- Extendable leashes are not permitted.
- Pets are allowed on your site only or in designated pet areas.
- Pets must be supervised at all times.
- Please be advised that pets found unsupervised in the resort will be reported to county animal control.
- Guests are required to pick up after their pets.
- Failure to comply can result in a fine and/or require removal of the pet from the resort.
- Excessive barking or noise from pets is not allowed.
- Failure to comply will at the sole discretion of resort management require you to remove your pet from the resort.
- Aggressive behavior by pets is strictly prohibited.
- If a pet bites or injures a person or other pet, or, in the sole discretion of resort management displays aggressive or threatening behavior deemed dangerous, the pet must be removed from the property promptly.
- No refunds or reimbursements will be given for early departure due to violations of this policy.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
