Registrations and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Check in after 1 p.m. on the day of arrival. - Early check-in may be available by reaching out to the Park office prior to arrival. - Check out before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. - Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. if staying an extra night. - Late check-out may be available by reaching out to the Park Office prior to 10 a.m. on the day of departure. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the onsite manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Arrival Times - 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Scheduled Deposit - 1 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. - If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected. Credit Card Security - Your credit card information is stored and processed securely. General Information - We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. - If you need any information, please feel free to inquire at the Park Office. - Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following rules. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Site Amenities & Usage - Each campsite has a dedicated picnic table. - No picnic tables shall be relocated. - No BBQ/grills on picnic tables. Fire Safety - No fires are permitted in the Park. Care Of Campsite - Large area outdoor rugs and tarps are prohibited on campsites. - A small mat (24" x 24" maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs. Registered Guests - Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone in their party. Vehicles Policy - Park Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite. - No parking on grass. - No washing of vehicles in the Park. - No charging of electric vehicles in the Park. Speed Limit - The speed limit is 5 MPH. Visitors Policy - Park Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite. - Registered guests must notify the Park Office of any visitors. - Registered guests are responsible for the conduct of their visitors. - No visitors are allowed to stay overnight in the Park without registering an RV or paying for a campsite. Children Policy - Parents/guardians are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. - Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms. - Do not allow children to play in the roadway. Laundry Policy - There is a coin-operated laundry available at the Park. - No clotheslines are permitted in the Park. Pets Policy - Pets are welcome in the Park as long as they are not a nuisance to other guests or neighbors of the Park. - Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. - Pets may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees, or fences. - The pet owner must immediately pick up pet waste. Restrooms and Showers Policy - Restrooms and shower facilities are available. - Use of facilities is at your own risk. - Pets are prohibited in the restrooms. - The washing of dishes is prohibited in the restrooms. No Smoking or Vaping Policy - No smoking or vaping is allowed inside any Park facilities. Garbage Policy - Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located throughout the Park. Generators Policy - No running of generators in the Park. Flags Rules - No flags are allowed to be displayed in the Park. After-Hours Assistance/Security - Please reach out to the Park manager for assistance. - We are not responsible for theft or accidents. - We encourage the use of water pressure regulators and electrical surge protectors. - We are not responsible for any damage to your water or electrical systems. Rig Length Selection - The guest is required to select the correct rig length for their reservation. - Park Office reserves the right to correct the rig length and make any adjustments to the rate charged.
