Registration and Arrival
Check-In Procedure
- Check-in time RV and Tent Sites: 1:00 pm.
- Check-in time for Cabins and Suites: 3:00 pm.
- Check-out time Lodging Units: 11:00 am.
- Check-out time Camping Sites: 11:00 am.
- To allow your unit or site to be properly prepared for your arrival, please do not request an early check-in time.
- Other guests with reservations make it necessary that you observe the check-out time for your site or unit as a matter of courtesy.
- All guests must register at the office at check-in; late arrivals can check in when registration opens.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Rates and Prices
- All prices are subject to change without notice, and seasonal rates may apply.
Office and Store Hours
- Office hours are posted on the front door.
Quiet Hours
- Observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Vehicle
- One vehicle is permitted at each site, two vehicles max if the site permits it.
- A registration ticket is required to be displayed and provided at check-in.
- Parking arrangements can be made through the office for other vehicles and/or trailers for an additional fee.
- The washing of RVs and vehicles is prohibited.
- The operation of ATVs or motorized bikes is not permitted on the resort property.
- Golf carts, electric bikes/scooters are authorized.
- All other recreational vehicles must be approved by campground management.
- Must have a valid driver's license to operate these on the property.
Speed Limit
- 5mph, including bicycles.
- Please watch your downhill speed.
Campfires
- No campfires except in fire rings provided unless a burn ban is in effect.
- Please do not dump ashes randomly on the grounds; ask the office for assistance.
- Your cold, extinguished ashes can be bagged and sealed properly, and can be put in the trash.
- Proper disposal can be in a paper sack enclosed in a plastic, sealed garbage bag.
- No loose ash or coals allowed in trash bins.
- Please limit onsite wood storage to be contained within your area.
- Make sure all fires are out before going inside for the night.
Firewood
- Firewood can be purchased in the store, or you can bring your own.
- Gathering of wood or cutting of trees, including branches, is not permitted on the surrounding property.
Trees
- Please help us protect our trees for future guests.
- Do not hang anything from or tie anything to the trees.
- Cutting trees, including branches, carving, driving nails, or marking trees in any manner.
- Do not dump detergents or other poisonous materials on or around any trees or shrubs.
Trash
- Dumpsters are located throughout the property.
- Fire rings are not trash receptacles.
- Please help us keep our grounds beautiful.
No Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted in any of our public buildings, cabins, or suites.
Children Policy
- We like to see them having fun, but under the watchful eye of a caring parent or guardian.
- All children on the grounds must be accompanied by an adult.
- All guests will be held responsible for their own children.
Cabins and Suites
- Please refer to the guidelines listed in your individual cabin or unit for specific rules.
RV Sites
- These sites are reserved for RVs only.
- We do not allow tents in RV sites.
- One unit per site.
Tent Sites
- Must have an actual tent in it.
- Not all our tent sites allow for driving into the site, so you would have to get to a specific site.
- 1 tent allowed per tent site, 1 vehicle, and no tow.
Firearm Policy
- Loaded firearms, bows, fireworks, air rifles, BB guns, other weapons, or projectile firing devices are prohibited on the property.
Responsibility
- You are responsible for all damage or losses to your unit or site during your stay.
- By agreeing to these policies, you permit us to charge your credit card on file for the appropriate amount of damages or losses incurred.
- If you do not have a credit card on file with us, you agree to pay the amount you will be billed.
Breaking Policy
- Breaking any portion of the policy or rules will result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund, and you will be asked to leave the property.
Sewer or Septic
- Please do not flush any diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, disposable towelettes, cigarette butts, or razors into the sewer.
Behavior
- We are a family-friendly campground; inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated.
- Our policies are enforced to ensure that our guests enjoy their time here.
- If you or your guest is unwilling to follow our rules, you will be asked to leave and will not receive any refund.
Site Management
- Park staff shall have the right of entry upon land on which a recreational vehicle is situated for maintenance of utilities and maintenance of premises if the need arises.
- However, such entry shall not be in a manner that would interfere with the occupant’s quiet enjoyment.
- The park staff may enter recreational vehicles without prior consent in the event of an emergency.
Pool
- If applicable, all guests will be held responsible for the safety of their own children and guests at the swimming pool, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
- Parents or guardians are to supervise and assume responsibility for all actions of their children.
- No unsupervised children under 16 years of age at the pool.
- No glass containers allowed at the pool.
- No pets allowed in the pool area.
Flags
- Our park provides a safe and welcoming environment for all of its guests and employees.
- Symbols that are intended to, or have the effect of, harassing, demeaning, intimidating, or disparaging any legally protected minority run counter to that goal and are in conflict with the values of our organization.
- Flags and signs that display the Confederate flag, politicians, political candidates, or contain vulgarity or profanity are not allowed to be displayed at your site or throughout the campground/resort.
- Therefore, we reserve the right to ban the display of the Confederate battle flag symbol by any staff, campers, or any other members of the public and prohibit the sale of the Confederate flag symbol on all properties either owned, operated, or managed by Heartland Parks.
- Guests or members of the public found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately asked to remove or cover the Confederate battle flag symbol.
- If they fail to do so, they will be asked to vacate the property.
Management
- Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss from any cause.
Late Payment Policy
- At Heartland Parks, it is our policy to ensure the timely payment of all fees and charges.
- Payments are due on or in advance on the designated day each month.
- In the event of late payment, a one-time late fee of $25, plus an additional $5 per day beyond a 5-day grace period, will be assessed.
Monthly Rentals
- See the specific park's monthly site agreement.
- A $300 deposit is required for any RV monthly bookings at the time of reservation.
- A $400 deposit is required for all lodging (suites, cabins, and lodges) monthly bookings at the time of reservation.
- No monthly rentals for tents
- If you cancel your monthly reservation within 30 days, you will forfeit any and all monies paid.
Pet Policy
- Our Campgrounds are pet-friendly and welcome our guests who enjoy traveling and sharing their camping experience with the family dog and/or cat.
- However, to ensure all our guests have a safe and enjoyable time, it is important that you read and abide by the following pet policy.
- Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome.
- If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave them at home.
- If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior, the manager of the campground will ask you to please find other camping accommodations.
- All pets are required to be always under control and in visual observation from their owner.
- A six-foot (6’) leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner’s camping trailer, vehicle, cabin, or motorhome.
- No pet should be left tied up and unattended outside the owner’s camping equipment.
- Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets while on the property.
- Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not be permitted, and you may be asked to leave if you are not able to control your pet’s barking behavior.
- Pet rules unique to the location will be addressed at the time of reservation or registration, to include the maximum pets allowed.
- We encourage all dog owners to call in advance to inquire about any specific rules that might apply to their situation.
- We have a few Cabins that are pet-friendly.
- Please call in to inquire about availability for you and your pet, and what the fees are for your stay.
- Service dogs of any breed are welcome.
- However, these animals must follow leash restraint policies and may not exhibit aggressive behavior.
Cancellation Policy
MODERATE
If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
