ARRIVAL POLICY: - PLEASE CALL IF ARRIVING LATER THAN 9 PM FOR ALTERNATE CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. - CHECK-IN WITH THE FRONT DESK PRIOR TO GOING DIRECTLY TO YOUR RV SITE. - RV SITES AND ROOM NUMBERS ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL ARRIVAL. - ROOM CHECK-IN - NO EARLIER THAN 3 PM - CHECK-OUT - NO LATER THAN 11 AM - RV CHECK-IN - NO EARLIER THAN 1 PM - CHECK-OUT - NO LATER THAN 12 PM - Early Check-in and Late Check-out upon availability, an additional fee will apply. - QUIET TIME: 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be considerate of others. - For your enjoyment, Glen Ayr Resort features a 1,200-gallon hot tub with a waterfront view of Hood Canal, which will hold up to 8 people. - Our deep-water dock features 8 moorage slips for boats up to 20', access to our private beach, and 750' of low-bank waterfront. Great for diving, crabbing, and fishing. - Clams and oysters are available for harvesting from our beach, when in season, on Wednesdays and Saturdays ONLY. One limit per room/RV site from our beach to preserve the resource.

Cancellation Policy

Renter is entitled to a full refund of monies paid, less the RVShare Service Fee and screening fee, for all cancellations made at least thirty (30) days prior to the rental start date. If Renter cancels between twenty-nine (29) and fourteen (14) days prior to the rental start date, the Renter is only entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund of all monies paid, less the RVShare Service Fee and screening fee. If a cancellation is made within the fourteen (14)-day window immediately prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable.
