RV & Tent Sites

Cabins & Cottages

- Early arrival is not recommended for camp trailers or large motorhomes because off-premises parking is not readily available to accommodate them.
- Check-in requires a valid Government-issued ID.
- The site holder must be the first person to arrive at the site and, until then, no one else can go to the site.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Quiet Hours
- 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- All outdoor music, video, and loud conversations must be concluded by 11:00 pm.
- Noise complaints may result in eviction, without a refund.
Reservation
- Reservations may be made 12 months (to the date) in advance by those at least 18 years of age or older.
- Arrival dates made 12 months in advance cannot be changed to a later date within that reservation.
- Each site reservation requires advance payment of the entirety of the stay.
- There is absolutely no subletting of sites.
- The person registered for each site will be held responsible for the actions of everyone at the site.
- Base Rates include up to 2 licensed vehicles and 6 people.
RV Type Restrictions
- RVs are classified as: Motor Homes, 5th Wheels, Travel Trailers, and other campers originally sold through RV Dealerships such as truck campers and teardrop trailers.
- A truck and camper become two separate vehicles if the camper is removed from the bed of the truck.
- Vehicle count will not include the RV. (truck campers will count as another vehicle if removed from the bed of the truck).
RV Site Restrictions
- Patrons attempting to check-in to an RV Site without an RV will not be allowed into the RV Park. All camp sites require backing in.
- A maximum of 6 people per site are allowed.
Tent Site Restrictions
- Tents must be placed entirely in the rented site.
- Tent-only camping is restricted to our designated tent sites only.
- Unlike RV sites, Tent sites may include parking of a licensed vehicle, provided they fit in the site.
-Campers must direct questions and directions regarding parking to our main office.
Site Choices
- Staff will make every effort to make sure the assigned site is available upon arrival, but site assignments are not guaranteed without paying the site lock fee.
- All site changes must be approved and processed by the Reservation Staff prior to any changes.
- Additional charges of $15 will apply for any changes to each reservation.
RV Rental Deliveries
- Patrons having third-party delivery of an RV to a reserved campsite must provide the park's staff with contact information for the rental company prior to the arrival date.
Policies And Policy Enforcement
- We reserve the right to evict for noncompliance with any of our rules.
- If asked to leave, refunds will not be issued.
- All Visitors must check in at the registration office or with our personnel at the gate (when present).
- All residents are responsible for their guests' conduct and are required to have them check in with the office.
Safety
- Campfires are not allowed outside of designated fire pits.
- Portable propane fire pits, barbeques, and camp stoves are permitted.
- Actions by any person (as determined by Camp Lakeview Staff) of any nature which may be dangerous, or creates a health or safety problem, or disturbs others is not permitted including, but not limited to, any act involving a weapon; any type of perceived domestic violence; disturbing or excessive noise or profanity; or abusive language or conduct towards anyone is not permitted.
- Persons engaged in any of these activities may be evicted from Camp Lakeview RV Park.
- Marijuana Usage: It is unlawful to open a package containing marijuana, or to use any products containing marijuana in view of the general public or in a public place. – RCW 69.50.445
- Alcohol is not allowed in any general or common area where children may be present, or be visible by the general public.
- Any sign of drunk behavior is grounds for removal from the property without refund.
Pets
- Two pets per RV are permitted.
- All dogs must be on a leash and under good control of the owner.
- The leash length must be no longer than eight (8) feet (per Pierce County Leash Law.)
- Aggressive dogs or chronic barkers will not be allowed to remain in the Park.
- Customers are responsible for asking Camp Lakeview staff if their particular breed of dog is permitted at Camp Lakeview.
Loss And Damage Of Personal Property
- Camp Lakeview is fenced, but is not responsible for any loss or theft that may occur during your stay.
- Please secure all property whenever leaving the site.
Vehicle
– Vehicles parked in any location other than the vehicle’s registered campsite may be towed at the owner’s expense. (RCW 46.55.070).
- This includes No Parking allowed in other empty campsites, in front of restroom buildings, in the roadway, or on the grass.
– Unauthorized vehicles, including but not limited to go-karts, pocket-bikes, dirt bikes, ATV's or ORV’s, which are not licensed for operation on the streets and highways of the State of Washington cannot be operated within the RV Park or City Parks.
Watering & Mowing
– Watering and mowing are done on a normal daily basis.
- Guests understand that grounds keeping near their sites is to be expected during their stay, and you may be asked to move your belongings.
Any interference with in-ground sprinkler systems may result in eviction.
Lines & Nets
– Trees, fences, and utility posts must be kept free of all ropes, lines, hammocks, or pet leashes at all times. Additionally, game nets must be taken down at dusk.
Pay Parking
– Camp Lakeview charges a day-use fee that must be paid prior to entering the park.
- Any guest and/or their vehicle that has not paid or does not have a valid parking pass may be towed at owners expense.
Mail
- Camp Lakeview does accept mail for residents and is required to have a mailbox located at the front office.
- Any resident that receives mail without a mailbox will be marked "return to sender" Long-term renters (30+ days) must consult Camp Lakeview staff before arranging their mail to be delivered to Camp Lakeview.
- Special conditions and instructions do apply.
Cancellation Policy
Campground Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations and refunds will be in accordance with both our Cancellation and Refund Policies.
- Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
- Camp Lakeview will retain the remaining 50% as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 14 days or fewer prior to the scheduled check-in date will result in no refund, and Camp Lakeview will retain 100% of the reservation funds.
- Refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions, acts of nature, or any circumstances beyond Camp Lakeview’s control.
- Refunds will not be issued for early departures or unused portions of a reservation.
- Guests who fail to arrive by the end of the first day of their scheduled check-in date will be considered a "no-show."
- No-shows will forfeit 100% of their reservation funds, and no refunds will be issued.
- Reservations cancelled are refunded in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.
- Refunds may take up to five days to appear on any recipient's bank account.
- Refunds are only issued using the same method of payment that we initially received.
- Refunds of any kind are not issued to any customer who is (or has been) in violation of the Terms and Conditions, except as required by law.
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.

- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
