The resort founded in 1938 is nestled between canyon walls down the Coulee Corridor and at first glance looks like a quaint RV park with waterfront access.

Check in Procedure
- Check in 02:00 PM.
- Check out 11:00 AM.
- While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.
Reservation Policy
- RV & Tent sites 3 days minimum required booking on holidays & long weekends.
- Cabin/glamping/dome a minimum stay of 2 nights is required for regular days & 3 days minimum on holidays & long weekends.
- A full payment is required to book your reservation.
- Please review your confirmation email for accuracy and notify us promptly of any changes or corrections with-in 24 hours.
- Must be 18 years or older to book a reservation.
- All guests have to sign and accept the resort disclaimer during reservation.
Waterfront Rules
- No lifeguard will be on duty, swim at your own risk.
- Life jackets.
- No tents, umbrellas, or dogs on beaches.
- Grant county ordinance prohibits dogs on beaches or in swimming areas.
General Park Rules
- Park speed limit is 5 mph.
- All children must be supervised at all times.
- Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am.
- One guest vehicle in allowed to your RV or tent site.
- Please dispose of all trash in the dumpsters.
- All sewer connections must be airtight. Formaldehyde products are not allowed.
- According to Washington State law, there is no smoking in any park building or within 25 feet of doorways.
- Please properly dispose of cigarette butts.
- Wi-Fi is available at the resort.
- Tent sites allow a maximum of 2 tents and up to 6 people including children.
- RV sites allow a maximum of 1 tent in addition to your RV and up to 6 people including children.
- State of Washington Law prohibit smoking in public places.
- Our cabins, Glamping sites and public building & restrooms are smoke-free.
- A charge of $150 per cabin and glamping site will be applied if this policy is not followed.
- Guests are welcome to smoke in smoking area near cabin 10
Watercraft Rules
- Request moorage when making your reservation.
- Boating rules of the lake are posted at the launch.
Fire Policy
- Burn Ban level 2 wood fires are only permitted in designated fire pits and grills.
- Gas and propane are allowed, but charcoal may be restricted—check with the park for more details.
Pet Policy for RV & Tent Sites
- Maximum 2 pets per Site.
- Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.
- Pet must comply with local legislation requirements.
- Pet must be kept on a leash when in the resort or unless it is in the guest's RV/trailer.
- Pets must not be left unattended.
- Pets are not allowed in store & beach area.
- This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on the property and in the neighborhood.
- Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
- Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
- Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the resort, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet.
- Pet must be declared during guest registration.
- Good behavior is required.
- Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.
- Constant barking bothers other campers.
- If your pet is too vocal, you may be asked to leave.
Pet Policy Cabins/Domes/Glamping Tent
- Only few cabins are pet friendly please call us to get more info, not all cabins, domes & glamping tents are not pet friendly if pet was not disclosed at the time of booking you may be ask to leave and no refund will be issue.
- $250 pet deposit is required at the check-in and will reimburse if not damage is done to the property
- Small pets only under 20lbs maximum 1 pets per cabin.
- Pet must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by guest.
- Pet must comply with local legislation requirements.
- Pet must be kept on a leash when in the resort unless it is in the guest's room.
- Pet must on sleep in the bedding provided by resort for the guests.
-Pets must not be left unattended.
- Pets are not allowed in store & beach area.
- This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs.

Cleaning Policy
- We do not provide a daily housekeeping service.
- Towel and linen changes are offered on the 3rd day of your stay.
Visitor Policy
- Only registered guests may use the facilities or stay overnight, visitors.
- Visitors during your stay please notify the office to have your visitor car registered at reception.
- Guests that are not on the visitor list will not be allowed entry at the park security gate.
- No visitors allowed to stay after the start of quiet time 10 PM.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Notice
- Text notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.
Refund Fees
- Before 14 days of arrival 100% of the reservation amount will be issued $20 fee for cancellation.
- Between 14 days and 2 days of arrival 50% of reservation amount will be issued $20 fee for cancellation.
- Before 2 days of arrival no refunds will be issued, and all deposits will be forfeited.
- Holidays and long weekends no refunds will be issued, and all deposits will be forfeited.
Cancellation Policy
- All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking.
- Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1.
- Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
