Horseshoe RV Park & Storage

Check-In & Check-Out - Check-in is after 4:00 PM. - Check-out is by 11:00 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. General Rules - The speed limit is 5 MPH throughout the park. - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. - Each site allows a maximum of five guests and two registered vehicles. - Park amenities are reserved exclusively for Horseshoe RV Park guests. - All balances must be paid in full before check-in. - Any balance unpaid after Day 6 of the reservation is subject to a $5 per day late fee until paid in full. - No refunds are provided for bad weather, natural conditions, or early departure. Pet Policy - Pets must be leashed or kept in a carrier in public areas. - Pets must be supervised, vaccinated, non-aggressive, and never left unattended at an RV site. - Management may require disruptive, dangerous, or nuisance pets to leave without a refund for early departure. RV Requirements - RVs more than 10 years old require approval before arrival. - Live-in horse trailers, FEMA trailers, and RVs with window air conditioners are not accepted. - Truck campers are accepted but may not be removed from the truck. - Management may refuse an RV based on its appearance. Guest Responsibility - Guests are responsible for everyone in their party, including children and visitors. - Unsafe, disruptive, disrespectful, harassing, or hateful behavior may result in removal from the park. - Guests use park facilities at their own risk and are responsible for damage caused by their party. - A $125 cleaning fee may apply for excessive cleaning. - A minimum $250 fee may apply for smoking in non-smoking units, unauthorized pets, or excessive mess. - Guests are responsible for safely positioning their RVs and vehicles, including when assisted by park staff. - Guests must comply with all posted park rules and applicable health, safety, and local regulations.

Cancellation Policy - Campsite deposits are refundable less a 10% service charge when canceled 30 or more days before arrival. - Campsite deposits are non-refundable when canceled 29 days or less before arrival. - Guests who do not contact the park to cancel within the required timeframe are considered no-shows and are subject to the same cancellation policy. - No refunds are issued because of weather or other natural conditions. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation by emailing [email protected] or calling (877) 778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
