General Rules & Policies Check-In / Check-Out - RV site check-in is at 1:00 PM. - Cabin check-in is at 3:00 PM. - Check-out for RV sites and cabins is at 11:00 AM. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Vehicles and Parking - One camping vehicle and one driving vehicle are permitted per RV site. - Cabin guests must park in their assigned parking spot with the car tag visible. - Extra vehicles are not permitted. - Parking is permitted only at the assigned site or cabin parking space and never on grass or other gravel areas. - The resort speed limit is 10 MPH, and all one-way signs must be observed. Visitors and Children - Visitors must register at the office and pay all applicable fees. - Children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. - Guests must wear their wristbands when using the pool or any other amenity or activity. Quiet Hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Campfires and Safety - Campfires must be contained in the designated area provided at each site and may not be left unattended. - Firearms and fireworks are not permitted. - Alcoholic beverages must remain at the campsite, and disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund. Pets - Pets must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet whenever they are outside the owner's vehicle and may not be left unattended. - Hostile or aggressive pets are not permitted, and pets may not disturb other campers. - Pet waste must be picked up immediately and placed in the designated receptacle. - Portable dog fences are prohibited. - Pets are not allowed in the pool area. Trash and Laundry - All trash must be placed in the large dumpsters at the park exit, and the dumpster carabiners must be re-fastened after use. - The park does not provide trash pickup at individual sites. - Clotheslines are not permitted. - Guest laundry is available only at Bath House #1. Pool Rules - Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area. - Glass objects, pets, diving, and running are prohibited in the pool area. - The pools are for registered guests only, and no lifeguard is on duty. - Pool hours are from 9:00 AM until dusk, no later than 9:00 PM.

MODERATE If the guest cancels at least 1 week before your check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 1 week before check-in, there will be no refund.
