Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - Campsite Check-In Time: 3 p.m. - Campsite Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager makes the ultimate decision regarding spot placement. Your Site - There is a limit of two (2) motorized vehicles per site in addition to the recreational vehicle. - Please do not drive, park, or put carpets on our grass. - Park only in your own site or in the overflow lot. - Do not park in empty sites. - The Resort reserves the right to change sites if necessary. - Do not walk through occupied sites. - All RVs must have a rubber gasket or appropriate seal on the sewer connection. - RV or vehicle washing by permission only. - Dumping of grey water or sewage on the ground is a violation. - You may use charcoal and propane grills and firepits. - Open wood fires are not allowed. - Place garbage in the dumpster. DO NOT leave garbage outside. - All registered guests must sign the online rules and regulations. Pet Policy - Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. - Please keep your pets quiet. - Clean up after your pet. - Pets are NOT allowed in buildings or the pool area. Pool - The pool area is for registered guests only. - Swim at your own risk. - No diving, running, or reckless play in the pool. - No climbing, sitting on, or jumping off the waterfall wall. - No children under 16 are allowed in the hot tub. - No pets in the pool area. - No glass in the pool area. - No food in the pool area. Quiet Hours - Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. Speed Limit - Speed Limit: 10 mph. - No exceptions. WiFi Guidelines - WI-FI Password: boomtown1995. - Please be courteous and do not stream/download videos, movies, and games. Guest-Only Facilities - Laundry, restrooms, and pool area are for registered guests only. Firearms and Fireworks Policy - The use of firearms and fireworks is prohibited. Rule Compliance - Failure to adhere to Resort Rules could result in your being asked to leave. No refunds. Gate - The car pass must be displayed at all times. - Vehicles not displaying a valid car pass issued by the Resort office may be towed at the owner's expense. - All visitors must pay a visitors' fee and display a car pass. - Do not let anyone other than yourself through the gate. - Please do not give building codes to anyone. Safety - Children must be supervised by an adult while using the resort facilities. - Parents are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. - Bicycles, scooters, golf carts, etc., must have a light when riding after dark. - Must be 16 or older to operate a golf cart on the premises. - Our lake is an amenity for registered guests only. - Swim at your own risk. - We are not responsible for accidents or drowning.
