How far in advance should I make a reservation? - It is smart to book at least 6 months in advance to ensure you get the camping spot you desire most. - Our campsites fill up quickly! When can I check-in and check out? - RV site check-in is at 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. - Cozy Cabin check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. What are the pool features? Is it both adult and kid-friendly? - The Camp Landa pool is fully heated for year-round enjoyment. - During hot periods, we lower the heater for a more refreshing experience. - The pool features a luxury swim-up bar for adults, plenty of seating, cabanas for rent, and much more for everyone to enjoy! Do you offer monthly rentals? - We offer monthly rentals after Labor Day Weekend and before Memorial Day Weekend. - Due to zoning restrictions, the maximum duration a camper can stay in a spot is 6 months. - For more information, please complete the Winter Texan online form. Do you allow smoking? - Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted in common areas, including the pool, Paradise Patio, Campstore, and Yum Yum Cafe. Is there a deposit to make a reservation? - A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking and the balance is paid on the day of check-in. - Cancel 3 days prior to arrival date and receive full refund. Are alcoholic beverages permitted? - We allow outside alcohol in any area not restricted by our TABC license. - Therefore, outside alcohol is not permitted in the pool area, Campstore, or Yum Yum Cafe. How many vehicles can I bring? - All vehicles, including RVs, trucks, cars, golf carts, and UTVs, must fit on the reserved RV pad. - Please check the site length when booking. Can I have a campfire at my site? - Campfires are allowed in the community fire pit only. - Grills are available at The Bluffs & Poolside sites. - Fires must be properly extinguished when not attended and must be of reasonable size. Is wifi available? - Yes, WiFi is available for your convenience. - Please note that speeds may vary depending on the number of campers in the park and the amount of guests using it at the same time. - At times, WiFi may not be accessible, but we encourage you to enjoy the many other exciting activities and amenities we offer! Can we bring our golf cart? - Yes, we do have a $ 20-a-night personal golf cart fee and you must register your golf cart. Can I bring my dog? - Dogs are welcome at Camp Landa at no extra charge. - Owners must clean up after their pets, manage noise, and ensure vaccinations are up to date. - Dogs must be leashed at all times, except in the dog park. - They are not allowed in cabins or the Yum Yum Cafe. Can I bring outside food & drinks to the pool? - You may bring coolers as long as they don't contain alcohol or glass containers. - We periodically conduct cooler checks to ensure compliance with TABC regulations and to maintain guest safety. Can I bring a camping tent? - No tents allowed at RV sites or cottages. Can friends visit for the day? - Yes! Guests may be added to your reservation for an additional $10 per night. - A wristband will be issued to all guests who wish to enjoy our amenities. Do you have quiet hours? - Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
