Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 1:00 p.m. (Flexible) - Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. - Please reach out to us if you need early check-in or late check-out arrangements, subject to availability. - Visitors must register at the office. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Quiet Hours - 10:00 pm – 7:00 am. Pets - Pets must be kept on leash and cleaned up after. Speed Limit - 5 mph speed limit. Visitors - Visitors must register at the office or call ahead. Smoking - No smoking in buildings or common areas. Campfires - No Campfires are allowed. Guest Information and Policies - Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Buffalo Run RV Park and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted. - At Buffalo Run RV Park in Jefferson, Texas, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. - Please take a moment to read through our park rules and cancellation policy before your stay. - Knowing what to expect ensures a relaxing, enjoyable RV camping experience for you and your fellow guests. - If you have any questions about our policies, amenities, or reservations, we’re always happy to help.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Buffalo Run RV Park Cancellation Policy - 100% refund until 3 days prior to check-in. - 50% percent refund 1 day prior, then the reservation is non-refundable. - Note, all refund calculations exclude the RoverPass service fees and credit card processing, which are non-refundable. RoverPass Cancellation and Refund Policy - The platform and processing fees are non-refundable. - RoverPass fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. - Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear. Standard Reservations - Cancellations made at least 72 hours before arrival will receive a 100% refund, minus the non-refundable RoverPass service and processing fees. Late Cancellations - Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will result in a 50% refund of the camping fees, minus RoverPass fees, and minus a $10 processing fee. No Shows - No-shows will receive no refund, and the full reservation amount will be forfeited. Early Departures - There are no refunds for early departures after check-in. - Holiday & Special Event Weekends. - Reservations for major holidays or local events are non-refundable and may require full prepayment and a multi-night stay. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
