What do you charge for electricity? - Electricity is included for daily and weekly rate customers. - Electricity is 5 cents per kilowatt hour for monthly stays. What do you charge for water/sewer/garbage? - There is no fee for water/sewer/garbage. Do you have an application fee? - There is no application fee. Do you have extra person fees or extra vehicle fees? - Nope. We do not charge extra for more people or vehicles. - However, each site is limited to 4 adults and two vehicles. Do you require a deposit? - There is no deposit required for daily or weekly stays. When are your check-in and check-out hours? - Guests can check in at 1:00 PM. - We ask all guests to please check out by 11:00 AM. Do you have any restrictions that I should know about? - Yes. We do not allow RVSs older than 15 years. - If your RV is more than ten years old, we require photos of all four sides of the RV to be sent to the staff via email before the day of arrival. - Window AC units are not allowed on any RVs. What kind of sites do you offer? - We have three different site types: Back-In Sites, Pull-Through Sites, and Lakeview Sites. - All sites are basically the same, but we try to accommodate guests by allowing them to back in or pull through depending on what they’re comfortable with. - Lakeview Sites are all Back-In. What kind of hookups do you offer? - We offer 30/50 amp electricity. Do you have private bathrooms and showers? - Yes. Do you have on-site washers and dryers? - Yes. Our washers and dryers can be operated by either credit card or coin. Is your resort gated? - Yes. MCRV is a gated community. - Gates close at 10:00 at night and open again at 5:00 AM. - Between those hours, we employ an on-site courtesy patrol. Do you have a pool or jacuzzi? - Our pool and jacuzzi are coming soon. Do you have a dog park? - Yes. Our guests are invited to bring their pets and utilize our friendly dog park. Do you have a community room? - Yes. Is Wi-Fi available on-site? - Yes. Password is provided upon check-in. Do you have a fitness center or gym? - Yes. Do you have any additional amenities? - We have a small lake where guests can fish (catch and release) whenever they please. Is smoking allowed on your property? - Yes. Smoking is allowed, but we ask guests to please be respectful, clean up after themselves, and snub out all finished cigarettes. How close are you to the Houston Med Center? - We are four miles away from the Houston Med Center. - It is a 10 to 15-minute drive via the Buffalo Speedway. - We are closer than any other RV park near the Houston Med Center. Covid-19 Precautions - Everyone shares in the obligation to observe certain requirements and guidelines to help keep themselves and others safe within our resort. - In particular, I represent that I have not tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks, and I have not been in direct contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last two weeks either. - If I do test positive for COVID-19 or come into contact with someone who has, or if my temperature exceeds 100° F and I experience other COVID-19-related symptoms, I agree that I will not seek to enter the resort until I am no longer symptomatic for three straight days. - I agree to observe any posted safety requirements within resort spaces - - including wearing a personal mask when required and observing required routes of circulation, occupancy limitations, social distancing, and sanitization requirements.

Rules

Check-In Procedure - Check-In: 1 PM - Check-Out: 11 AM - We do not provide refunds or credits for early departures. - A late check-out may be available by request. Please inquire with the Front Desk in advance. - Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome booklet outlining all of the resort policies. - Please be familiar with these once here and reach out to our team with any questions. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Age Requirement - Must be 21 years of age or older to reserve a site or accommodation. Rates and Payments - Rates are subject to change without notice. - Full payment is required at the time of booking and is payable by credit card. - By providing a credit card number, you are giving authorization for us to bill your credit card for the full amount, including any costs accrued while at the property and outstanding balances not paid at the time of departure. Damages and Fees - If there is damage, missing or stolen items, or excessive cleaning required, the card on file will be charged accordingly. RV Regulations - RV’s must be ten years or newer, in excellent condition, and RVIA certified. - Each RV is subject to management approval. - Please contact the resort directly if you have any questions. - No more than one RV is allowed per site. Campsites Regulations - All RV rates include four (4) people per site. - Each site is limited to four people and two vehicles. - Please note that we do not allow tents, pop-up canopies, or any large umbrellas at any site day or evening. Pet Policy - Maximum of (3) well-behaved dogs allowed in RV sites. - Sorry, no dog fencing or pet crates are allowed. - Pet rules must be followed and apply to all pet types.

Cancellation Policy

FLEXIBLE If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
