Check-In Procedure - Check-in time: 1:00 p.m. (Flexible) - Check-out time: 12:00 p.m. - Once you have located your site, visit any Self Check-in Kiosk to obtain a green site tag. - Display tag on post and vehicle mirror. - Please leave your campsite as you found it. - Note, we have multiple entrances. - Guests must use the entrance corresponding to their site #. - After 9:00 pm, we ask guests to be mindful of others during quiet hours. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Pet Policy - Pets must be leashed and under owner control at all times. - Pets may not be left unattended outside. - Owners are required to clean up and properly dispose of pet waste. - Aggressive pets not tolerated. - No pets allowed in restrooms, shower building, or the barn. - Pets must be current on vaccinations. - 12x12 chain link kennel available for guest use. - Do not feed or shelter strays. - Failure to comply with this pet policy may result in removal from the property without refund. Rental Unit Pet Policy - Dogs allowed in rental units by prior arrangement only. - Dogs must be house-trained and under the owner's control. - Aggressive dogs are not tolerated. - Complaints will result in leash requirements or removal from the property. - Owners must clean up pet waste in common areas. - Kennel available for guest use. - Do not feed or shelter strays. - Pet fees apply to any pet inside the rental. - Pet fees are for each pet per month. - Pets not permitted on furniture or beds. - If unavoidable, guests are required to bring their own bedding. - Violation of this rule will result in extra cleaning charges. - Unauthorized pets will incur a minimum $200 fine up to full deposit forfeiture + potential eviction. - Sorry, No Cats - Rental units' guests are subject to the same rules listed above in the pet policy as well. Showers - On-demand hot water. - Coin-operated. - Located behind Yurts. - Shower accepts $1 coins only. - The change machine provided inside the shower room accepts $1 and $5 bills Toilets - Flush toilets are located southeast of the shower building. - Portable toilets may be available during peak season. Quiet Hours - 9:00 pm-7:00 am. Fires - Fires permitted at communal fire-pit only. (see map). - No fires at campsites. - No fires during windy conditions or fire restrictions. - Extinguish fires with water after use. - Note, any firewood provided may contain nails. - Use at your own risk. Facilities - Use all facilities at your own risk. - Please be aware of your surroundings and take care. - We will not be held liable for injuries occurring on the property. - Firewood may contain nails. Rattlesnake / Scorpions - Hueco Valley is a rattlesnake and scorpion habitat. - Be aware of your surroundings. - Snakes hibernate in the winter months; however, they can be out on warm days. - They are more prevalent in warmer months. Prohibited - No parties, weapons, ATVs, fireworks, or loud behavior. Age - You must be 21 years old to rent a camper, yurt, or vacation rental. Guests - Number of guests may not exceed # in your reservation. Liability Disclaimer - By bringing your pet onto the property, you accept full responsibility for your pet's behavior and actions. - The campground, its owner, and staff are not liable for injuries or loss caused by or to your pet. - This includes, but is not limited to, injuries to other guests, pets, or property Campground Disclaimer - Policies and terms are set and enforced directly by Gleatherland Ranch and are subject to change as their policies are adjusted.
