All 50 sites offer Full Hookups, Free Wi-Fi, Washateria, Dog Park, Fishing Pond, Horseshoes & Cornhole! 14 of the sites are Pull-Through, and we have 20 covered sites for our long-term guests. Located in Deep East Texas, just 5 miles South of Lufkin, we are close to Restaurants, Shopping, and tons of Outdoor Activities. Tyler is just 80 miles North, and Houston is 90 miles south of our location.

Rules

Check-in Procedure - Check-in time: 3:00 PM - Check out time: 12:00 PM - Everyone has the responsibility to inquire into any policy that may not be published in the Good Life RV park rules and regulations. - Failure to do so is not an exception. - All persons must check in by reading and signing the terms and agreement emailed to you during the reservation. - All persons must be registered if they are staying for more than 24 hours. - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. Payment Policy - Payment is due in full at time of booking. - We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Rental Payment Policy - Rent is payable in advance. - Rent is not refundable to anyone who makes a personal decision to vacate his/her lot early. - Cash, money order, debit card, and most credit cards are accepted with proper ID. Monthly Tenants - All monthly RV spaces’ 1st month’s rent plus a deposit of $200 shall be payable in advance. - Each site is individually metered. - Approximately 3 days out from the end of the month, the guest will be emailed the next month's invoice, including the electricity charge. - Once the RV vacates the site and after the site is inspected, the balance of the $200 security deposit minus the last electric bill will be refunded. - For our monthly guests, if a guest departs prior to the end of the reservation, the current month's rent is forfeited. - The monthly guest's security deposit will be completely refunded minus electricity. - For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to the reservation. - Management retains the right to issue finance charges on balances overdue by 5 days as per the terms of management. - Beginning the 6th day of late rent payment, a finance charge of $50/day will be charged. - We run security checks on all monthly guests. - It is at the owner's discretion to accept or refuse guests. Site Standards - No A/C units in windows. RV Equipment - All RV equipment must be in working order (water, electric, sewer, a/c, and heating).​ Waste Disposal Policy - No grease or oil of any kind can be flushed in the toilet or put down a sink. - Grease must be placed in a container and trashed. - No bleach. - It will completely destroy our system - Only RV toilet safe paper can be flushed in the toilet. - No wipes. - No feminine products. - No prophylactics, etc. - These must be bagged and trashed.​​ Sewer Policy - Sewer lines must be free from leaks and have a “donut” or threaded attachment into the sewer. - No sewer waste spillage allowed. Quiet Hours - Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. - Disruptive noise, fighting, abusive language, or conduct will not be permitted at any time. - Please have respect for your neighbors. Parking - Only permitted on your site's gravel. - Limit 2 vehicles. - Do not park in open spaces without prior office approval. - Do not park or drive through the grass. - If needed, guests can park their vehicles in visitor parking. - See the park office for designated parking. - Do not pull through unoccupied RV sites for shortcuts. Speed Limit - Speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH. Pet Policy - Non-aggressive breeds only. - Kind pets are allowed with the permission of management. - You are expected to clean up after your pet and dispose of it properly. - Do not chain your pet up outside unsupervised. - If your pet tends to excessively bark, whine, or be disruptive to your neighbors, do not leave your pet inside unattended. - Do not let pets run loose in the RV park, and do not walk pets through any occupied RV sites. - All pets (including cats) must be on a handheld leash at all times they are outside. - Pets are not allowed in common buildings with the exception of service animals. - Individual dog runs may be permitted with the owner's permission. Landscaping and Business Use Policy - Personal landscaping is not permitted. - Trees and shrubs shall not be removed. - Conducting a business within the park is not permitted. Clothesline - Clotheslines, of any kind are not permitted. Fire - Open fires are not permitted, no exceptions. - Propane gas grills/coal are acceptable. - Do not set any type of grill on picnic tables. Dumpster - Do not dispose of furniture, appliances, lumber, or metal in dumpsters. - Break down boxes flat. - Place all trash inside the dumpster. - All trash should be properly bagged and brought to the dumpster. - Trash pick-up is not offered for any site. - No garbage cans or garbage bags outside of the RV are permitted. - The garbage truck comes on Mondays. Vehicle Maintenance and Washing Policy - Oil changes and/or maintenance of autos or RVs are not permitted. - Minor repairs of RVs will be allowed. No washing of autos or RVs on park grounds. Prohibited - Absolutely no use of firearms, explosives, drugs, or fireworks is permitted in the park, no exceptions. Security Policy - Do not sell, transfer, assign, or permit the use of your assigned RV space without the express written consent of the management. Occupancy Policy - All roommates must 1st be approved by TGLRVPM management and pass a criminal history check. Generator - Generators are permitted if there is an emergency. Damage and Liability Policy - Anyone who willingly or negligently defaces, damages, or destroys property/equipment of the RV Park shall be liable for full replacement value. Cleanliness - Everyone should keep their site clean and orderly. - Do not throw paper, cigarette/cigar butts, charcoal, bottles, cans, etc. on the ground. - This is our home, please help us keep it clean for everyone to enjoy. RV Utility Hookup and Care Policy - It is your responsibility to maintain your personal water and sewer hoses to the RV park service. - Maintain your own plumbing so that no water is wasted from dripping lines/pipes, etc. - In extremely cold weather, you may want to insulate the sewer drop to the RV park's drain. Laundry Facility Use Policy - Laundry facilities are only for the Good Life RV park guests. - Please follow the rules posted in the laundromat. Law Enforcement & Eviction Policy - If at any time the manager is forced to call local law enforcement because of any type of insubordination, a police report will be filed. - Once a police report is filed for your lot, all tenants will be required to vacate the premises indefinitely. - No refund. - No exceptions. Insurance - Guests agree to have the RV covered by a full insurance package. - We want our RVs to be road legal. - Operational in case we have an emergency, and our guests to feel safe and secure if and when an accident/emergency occurs. Pond Use Disclaimer & Guidelines - Catch and release pond. - Enter at your own risk. - The pond is not owned by the Good Life RV park. - The landowner has generously given guests of the TGLRVP access to his pond. - Please help keep it clean and not abuse this privilege. - TGLRVP is not responsible for accidents or injuries. - Children must be supervised at all times. Violation of Terms and Guest Removal Policy - If a guest violates any of the terms and conditions contained in the terms of service agreement, the guest will receive written notice. - Guest must remove his/her RV from the RV park prior to the end of the ten (10) day period. - The failure of the management, on one or more occasions, to enforce any term of this agreement shall not act as a waiver of the management’s right to enforce that or any other term of this agreement at any time or on any other occasion. - If the guest fails to remove, in a timely manner, his/her RV and equipment from the rented space at the termination of this agreement, management shall have the option of. - Charging guests daily rent on a prorated basis for the RV space occupied. - Taking possession of the RV and equipment and locking it to the space occupied. - Moving the RV and equipment to another location. - Pursuing any other remedy available under the law. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - The Good Life RV park does not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. - The fun continues rain or shine. - Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date. Refund Policy - The Good Life RV park's refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows. Nightly and Weekly Reservations - For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to reservation. - 2+ weeks' prior notice. - Full refund, less $25 cancellation fee. 1-2 Weeks' Prior Notice - 50% of reservations were issued as refunds, and 50% of reservations were forfeited. Less Than 1 Week Prior Notice - Full reservation forfeited. Monthly Reservations - For our monthly guests, if a guest departs prior to the end of the reservation, the current month's rent is forfeited. - The monthly guest's security deposit will be completely refunded minus electricity. - For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to the reservation. Change Policy - Changes to reservation arrival or departure dates made outside of the cancellation window (2+ weeks for RV sites) will result in a one-time courtesy change at no charge. - Every change made thereafter will be charged a $15 service fee. - Changes made to decrease occupancy or pets resulting in a credit owed will result in the issuance of a camp credit. - Camp credit will remain active on the user account and will expire one year from issuance. - Reservation arrival or departure dates may not be changed inside the cancellation window. No Show Policy - Reservations will be held until check-out time on the day following your scheduled arrival. - No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds. Cancellation Modification - In general, if you cancel a reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the Campsite's cancellation policy that applies to your reservation. - Any additional service fee charged to you by the Campsite may be refunded pursuant to the cancellation policy presented in the applicable listing. - Both you and each Campsite are responsible for any modifications made to your reservation, and you agree to pay any applicable fees related to such reservation modification. Booking - The booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel your Campsite reservation within 24 hours of booking. - After 24 hours, the booking fee is refundable only if your Campsite reservation is also fully refundable at the time of cancellation. - Please note that the booking fee is not partially refundable. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
