Spend the day on the water with access to their boat launch, beach, and swimming area, or partake in the excellent bass fishing that Lake Buchanan has to offer! Registration and Arrival Check-In Procedure - While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy - The Bluebonnet Cove Casitas & RV Park refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows: Cabins - If a reservation is cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date, we issue a full refund of the deposit minus a $25 transaction fee. - For a cancellation of a reservation more than 2 weeks, but less than 3 weeks, prior to the arrival date, we issue a credit of 50% of the deposit, and the balance is forfeited. - For a reservation cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the deposit is forfeited to Bluebonnet Cove Casitas & RV Park. - For reservations cancelled within 1 week of the arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card on file. Campsites - If a reservation is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, we issue a full refund minus the non-refundable $25 transaction fee. - For a cancellation of a reservation more than 1 week, but less than 2 weeks, prior to the arrival date, we issue a 50% of the deposit is forfeited. - For a reservation cancelled less than 1 week prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited, and will be charged to the credit card on file. - For reservations paid with a credit card, refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to the reservation. - All Spot2Nite reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. - Please contact Spot2Nite to cancel a reservation via email to [email protected] or call (877)778-2683, Option 1. - Spot2Nite convenience fees and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
