Bolivar Peninsula RV Park in Texas offers 53 full-hookup RV sites on the upper Gulf Coast, with 20, 30, and 50-amp service and rigs accepted to 65 feet on a big-rig-friendly layout. Lakefront back-in and lakefront pull-in categories join standard back-in and pull-through tiers, with a beach, lake, pavilion, and playground. Fifty-three sites span back-in, lakefront back-in, lakefront pull-in, and pull-thru categories, all carrying water, sewer, and electric on 20, 30, and 50-amp with site WiFi, sized to 65 feet. Two of four categories are lakefront, and they are the ones to request. Sixty-five feet accommodates a long coach with a tow. A laundry, dump station, restrooms, showers, and RV storage handle the practical side. The office is not currently open to the public — guests are encouraged to book online and call for assistance. A beach and lake anchor the recreation, with a pavilion, playground, and genuinely exceptional birding filling the rest. Pets are welcome. The Bolivar Peninsula stretches along the upper Texas coast between the Galveston ferry landing and High Island, and it offers one of the most authentic and unhurried coastal experiences on the Gulf — a barrier peninsula of fishermen, snowbirds, and beach regulars who found Crystal Beach before the resort development that transformed comparable stretches elsewhere. High Island's migratory bird sanctuaries are among the most famous spring migration sites in North America, and the free Galveston ferry runs continuously. Spring migration, summer beach season, and the winter Texan window all drive demand. Reserve well ahead for warm-weather weekends and April migration.

Rules

Reservations: -While each park attempts to accommodate your exact spot request, the on-site manager has the ultimate decision for spot placement. -Included in each reservation: 2 guests, 1 extra vehicle -$5 for each additional guest, with a max of 8 guests per site. There is no extra charge for additional children -The required deposit is 1 day or full amount on all events or holiday weekends -We collect full payment upon check-in Pet Policy -Pet is welcome (2 pets per reservation). Additional pets require prior approval -No aggressive dogs are allowed in the RV park -Pets must be on a leash (not greater than 6 ft long) at all times and never left unattended -Owners must clean up after their pets -Pet owners are responsible for their pets. Bolivar Peninsula RV Park shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind caused by or to a camper’s pet. Park Rules: -Quiet hours are between 10 pm until 8 am -5 mph speed limit in the park -No ground fires, no fireworks, or illegal firearms are allowed in the park. -Check-in is 3 pm. We ask that guests check-in upon arrival or call if arriving after hours -All visitors must check-in at the office -Check-out is at 11 am. We ask that guests please inform the office upon departure -We reserve the right to refuse service to any RV based upon its appearance or condition. All RV’s and Motor homes must be licensed and have current registration. -Only licensed motorcycles are allowed in the park. -Golf Carts, ATVs, and UTVs are allowed in the park but must be properly operated at all times. -All RV’s must have a proper Electric Power Cord and sewer hose seal Only one RV unit per site. -Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children and financially responsible for any damages incurred by their children. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. -No swimming is allowed in the lake. Paddleboats and kayaks are allowed if life preservers are worn. No motorized craft is allowed in the lake.

Cancellation Policy

FLEXIBLE If the guest cancels at least 3 days before their check-in day and time, they will receive a full refund (minus Spot2Nite convenience or resort fees). If the guest cancels within the 3 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
